Powers : He can control every invertebrate in 50 meters of him, he can also see through their eyes, which is a good thing since he can't see through his own eyes while using his power, while using the powers he usually keeps his pet tarantula on his head ( using calculating powers, it was calculated that he, at average takes control of 50 000 different invertebrates, only about 2 500 provide any combat usefulness, but this statistic changes in rain forests too much, much bigger levels, he is rendered nearly powerless in polar regions )
Abilities: Nah, he is your very much regular guy... Maybe making good coffee

Weaknesses: he is not able to see through his own eyes while using his power, he uses his pet tarantula for seeing, so if you take it out, you render him pretty blind, also, he is pretty weak in hand to hand combat

Job: a Barista in a local Starbucks
Legal Status: he did not commit any crimes, so, he is okay with the law
Backstory:
Living normally for most of his life, graduating from high school, then getting employed in Manhattan's Starbucks... His life was just like everyone's else life without any sudden tragedies, with nothing to write about. Except when he was accidentally involved in a mugging in 2016, just walking down the street, he looked into a back alley, when he saw someone being mugged with a gun, deciding to intervene he went into the back alley, the mugger turned towards him, shot... Blackness followed, he did not see anything, he could only hear. A gunshot hitting something, it wasn't his body even though the shoot was directed towards him, but he could hear something being hit, something fleshy, then a scream, nothing, another scream, but unlike the previous one, this one was getting away from him, then silence. His vision eventually returned, he saw a lot of cockroaches scattering in all directions, and on the ground, a seriously bleeding man, bleeding from what looked like a lot of small bites, and under Andrew's feet, shreds of cockroaches, Andrew fled the scene. For the next two years, he was plagued by head splitting headaches, when he went to the doctor, they said nothing was wrong... Eventually, he was picked up by First Earth Battalion, they told him, he had superpowers, those headaches were signs of where his power came from, he was a psychic. After learning that he immediately joined FEB and for the past year was training his powers, also bought himself a pet tarantula to accompany him.

Wow lol... I have to confess I'm having difficulty getting my head around what the power set is. Give me a chance to think about it then read it again.

I decided to remake the app after realizing I essentially could cut the length of the app four times without practical loss of content, lol.
I have wanted to play with vector manipulation character for some time, but I am not sure if I made it balanced enough in this. Do you think it is good or should I balance it some more, add some more weaknesses, etc?

Source of Power: A genetic mutation.
Powers: A type of telekinesis that allows him to control vectors (speed, strength/weight and direction) of objects that come into contact with a weak (detectably speaking) energy field which covers his clothing and body. The power automatically protects him from physical harm, even when he is sleeping or unconcious. It has a sentient mind of its own, but it appears to be protected from access by the user and Elle does not know of its existence yet. It's reaction speed is unlimited, and can control objects including the ones moving at light speed such as photons. Though Elle does not know of this yet, he can tell custom algorithms to his ability for execution, such as to do a zeroing of speed instead of reversal of its direction when encountering a specific type of object, for example. By default, his ability just switches direction of harmful external objects such as flying fists or bullets back where they came from, but has more specific methods for dealing with other thing such as viruses, etc. It also gives Ellehau an additional sense, allowing him to perceive information his power is working with in detail.

Abilities: IT/hacking knowledge, some entrepreneurial knowledge. Naturally good with lying, and has very good skills at manipulation. Highly logical and analytical.
Equipment: None.
Weaknesses: Limited range (imagine a human shadow, and a slightly bigger shadow, bigger as in around 4cm. The smaller shadow is his body, and the bigger one is his ability's energyfield and its range where it can manipulate objects that it touches with it), it's endurance is similar to a muscle's, so it will give out (fail and cease working until rested, which takes between 10-30 minutes to allow the ability to recover its energyfield) after some number of activity, same goes for high value settings for speed/strength of objects, etc, the higher they are, faster it reaches the point of failure.
Current level of his ability is what he can speed objects up to 100 m/s speeds, and stop objects moving at same or below that speed. Though the time improves with usage, his ability can currently stand 3 minutes of active usage/receiving attacks, so he can use it to either finish a fight fast or with opponents with abilities stronger than his, can deliver fast attacks and then go into cover to recovery timeout.

Job: Runs a company Itgoodfume.
Legal Status: A clean record, pretty much normal. Backstory: Elle was born in Iowa City to a family of criminals who abused him physically and sexually, with him developing psychopathic traits as he growed, possibly as a result of abuse. His power begun to show up when he was around 6 years old, at first slowing down the assaults. They pretty much ignored this, but soon the ability grown stronger and now was nearly stopping the attacks and causing pain to the inflictors. Enraged and fearful of him being a metahuman (they hated them as well) they decided to kill him. They developed a two step plan: To starve him, figuring it would at least weaken his ability, and then shot him with a gun. Luckily Elle eavesdropped on their conversation, and run away one night through a window. He run around for few days, stealing food and strangling few stray cats out of boredom. A metahuman academy found him and took him in. They helped him develop his ability and provided shelter. They also assigned him a psychologist after noting his odd behaviour, but internally they rubbed their hands, seeing him as a potential war-machine if given right conditioning. The sessions with the psychologists were actually designed to make him enjoy killing stuff and see the academy as a perfect outlet for this type of hobby, as well as to teach him how how to appear normal to increase his future usefulness. They plans were cut short as FEB cracked down on what turned to be a metahuman mercenary organisation. With nowhere to go, authorities took him in and he enrolled in a normal school. Elle, luckily for him, was smart enough to recognize what the unlawful path was disadvantegous in the long-run ans choose to live a relativelly normal life. He got interested in science and CS. Soon, he begun working as a freelance computer programmer, and in few year, run a small informal IT business. He legally registered a company Itgoodfume at some point after turning age of 18. FEB, shuffling through old archives from the Mercenary academy incident, found him and invited him to join them to help humanity. Elle accepted, though for reasons to have lots of fun, and discovering what legally beating people up, and such related shenanigans would indeed be pretty fun, and maybe to bring good publicity for business.

Yes, he pretty much has to touch something to affect it, this is it.
Cool. I will post soon then (maybe afte a couple of days or sooner).
Also, another thing is, is indirect attacks. I think of this as ideas for potential powerups for the progression of the story. So one idea is, he could learn to use air to create tornado-based attacks, or step on the ground, and amplify vibrations this causes and turn it into an earthquake around himself. Aside from this, I think this is all. But if something is still a bit unclear, let me know.

He found himself to be a skilled lair and studied in the art of Persuasion. He managed to use his skills in order to get into Harvard. He got through most of his College years like any person would be. Girls, beer, party, and waking up with a really bad hangover. He studied harder than most, often going through the night and cramming when not needed. After College, he joined the US army and fought in many theaters of the world to protect his nation. He rose through the ranks until he was recommended to the CIA's black ops team. There he participated in many operations that the public may have found distasteful but he did them without question. His service proved highly satisfactory, although his fellow soldiers noted McKinley's rather casual attitude toward command structure and protocol. McKinley's work provided vital intelligence during key moments with Libya, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Cyprus, Indonesia, China, and North Korea.

McKinley left the Black ops Group after recruitment by CIA to be a proper agent at the age of 28. There he performed well and was recommended to the "Enhanced Intelligence Operatives Initiative" (EIOI), also known by its nickname: "The Super Agent Serum". The Black Ops unit infiltrated the rouge Generals base while Warden distracted the General by pretending to be a sympathizer sent by the CIA. The Operation was a large success with eh General killed but the evac was a mess and several Black Ops operatives were killed and the survivors forced to evacuate without Warden. Warden was stuck in enemy territory and was wounded badly. However his enhancements allowed him to survive his wounds but it took him two weeks to return to safety as the Loyal Indian army battled with the rouge leaderless, albeit with significant armored forces and a competent second in command. He returned to the US where he participated in many other secret and clandestine operations. Warden has been in the frozen wastes of Siberia, the thick forest of the Ardennes, the crime-ridden streets of Rio de Janeiro, and even the bedroom of the first lady of Austria.

Warden was on a mission in South Africa when he was recalled back to the US. It turned out that most of the leadership of the Battalion had been killed in a bombing and there seemed to be a large shadowy group that was behind it all. Who best to uproot an underground secret society that seems to control all?

The name "Storm" comes from the codename "Storm situation" that highest echelons of the US military used to describe an even of massive metahuman uprising against the US government. Conclusion of this analysis was that the United States government would not have been able to survive.

The simulation resulted in a massive conspiracy at the top levels of the American military. A cabal of generals and admirals formed "The Storm" - a group that sees metahumans as a threat to national security, and wishes to get ride of them - permanently. This group operates outside any government oversight, and the government isn't even aware it exists.

Said group hired Wikus to act as their mole in FEB, and so far Wikus delivered them plenty of intel, including location of FEB safe houses, identity of various members, etc etc.

That's why Warden was sent. The government suspected that if such a strike was done on their own soil someone powerful must have been involved. Warden is also there to make sure a Storm situation will never happen.

Fears: Large amounts of pain (ex. getting shot), near-death situations, dying, and vomiting.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Source of Power: Radiation, some magic, and 2% meta genes.
Powers : May pull out any object that exists in real life (for example, a gun), from any electronic screen the size of or bigger than an iPad Pro. Stuff like hoverboards will be turned into regular looking boards when pulled out into reality (anything that cannot be done with current technology will not work). He may also enter the screen itself and hide if the screen is large enough, though anyone with a hand can sniff him out by just breaking the screen, which will force him out. As for limits in objects pulled out, well, he doesn't know that yet. But if you want to know his limits, if given a big enough screen, he can pull a Yamato battleship out (of course, he can't pull a whole battleship by himself, he will need help). Another quirk is that he can also pull people into screens, breaking those will force them out like him, only five living things can be pulled into screens along with him, anybody else will simply hit the screen. May not pull out a new human being from a screen. To pull out something, that thing needs to be in an image. And no, he may not pull out money, as these will be the copy of money shown on screen (ex. A dollar with say, a code of 700, that dollar exists in the real world and he is only making a copy out of it, too much money copies and he will get caught)
Abilities: Fooling around with electronics in order to get larger screens has given him some expertise in the field, but not as much as professionals. Can also shoot military equipment like Stingers.
Equipment: Anything and everything that can be pulled out of a 12.9-inch screen. For example, a gun, though it won't come with bullets, those he has to painstakingly pull out one by one.
Weaknesses: Any guns pulled out will not have any bullets in it, or anything that needs ammunition for that matter.

Background:

Job: SEO for a few small companies in the area. Plans on leaving his job in order to fulfill his plans.
Legal Status: Normal US Citizen trying to lay down low for the time being until an opportunity presents itself.
Backstory: Born in Seattle to a pair of rich albeit hardworking parents, it seemed as if the boy would have a normal life. As both of his parents were working, he was paid little attention on most things, as they only came to him when he really needed it. As an early placation method, he was given a gadget to play games on to pass the time. His parents didn't neglect him all the time however, and he would grow into a kid just like any other. Big words being thrown around and a lot of explanations (except for certain words) allowed him to be smarter than most kids around his age. As he grew older, his exposure to phones, tablets, and computers would increase, and with it, radiation. And as his exploration and knowledge of the internet increased exponentially, he would stumble upon a website on the dark web that would change his life. He was 15 around that time.

His memory seems to be spotty on that website's exact contents, but he distinctly remembers the odd sound that floated from his headset, and the blinding colors flashing into his eyes. He also knows that after a few minutes of the ordeal, he blacked out, and woke up to a fried motherboard and a screen that was hot to the touch. Initially dismissing it as some virus, things would start changing after he graduated college. Looking for a job in California with his Bachelor of Computer Science, he was unfortunately, down on his luck. Entering a small period of depression, he regressed back into that internet explorer him back when he was a teenager. A few events then occurred, culminating in him punching the screen, only to be shocked as his hand simply phased through. Shoving his head inside after a few experiments with the ability, his expectations of what the internet looked like when seen from the inside with human eyes were dashed as instead of seeing The Matrix-like lines of green code flowing down, he only saw a eternal white plain with a grid.

Knowledge of his new ability reached new heights when he grew hungry one day, and saw a really delicious looking pizza image on the screen. Having a moment of whimsy, he warped his hand through the screen, and again, was shocked when he felt something warm on the other side. Holding the warm thing and pulling his hand out, he was surprised when, lo, a warm pizza came out! Massive amounts of experiments commenced, with each of these showing him what he could and couldn't do with his abilities. He was pretty bummed when he found out he couldn't do a quick draw like in the movies with a phone at his belt, or that anything that needed ammunition came without it. Finishing up his experiments, he aimed on becoming a man known worldwide, what way to do that than going to the Big Apple where people like him were around.

A few inconveniences and events occurred that blocked his way, and he settled down into an apartment and began working as a SEO for small companies. Then a big event came just right after his planning to leave his current job concluded. Maybe it could be his path to greatness.

Ability's pretty fucking huge in potential, I need to flesh it out some more, but consider this a completed version.
