EDIT: I say out of interest, but actually I was planning to put a comment in if we time skip, which I am planning to do, though not beyond the opening post or so of the next scene so you don't get left behind.

Ok, I've got about ten minutes of internet right now. Basically, he'll probably advocate it but also just try to talk to her, acting as if he's an old fried of hers she'd forgotten, which is almost accurate on his side. He'll probably want to see if he can get her to come along willingly.

Also, while originally he was planning to keep his world-hopping exploits a secret from everyone else, now he's just gonna try and play it off as this only being his second loop, instead of the number being in the hundreds.

• Big explosion took out FEB HQ, wiping out the leadership and the Russian delegates they were meeting.
• The fight in the square was a distraction to get people away from the HQ.
• The enemy squad who attacked the bank managed to escape courtesy of someone who created a portal.
• The FEB has evacuated to a backup location in the country.
• The FEB have identified Blur as 'Harriet Newton', a young socialite with a reputation for hard living. This was done when she chose to drop some not-at-all subtle hints in a television interview. It isn't clear is she is taunting the FEB or trying to get their attention for some other reason.
• The team have been shown an image of Newton's penthouse apartment - there are guards in the lobby and a big squad on the floor below.
• JJ Triggs (Cuttlefish) has proposed that the team infiltrate one of Newton's parties, someone tries to lure Newton onto the roof where Zinnia can snatch her up (specifically, she has suggested male team members use a 'James Bond' approach).
• While a number of people have objected to the plan, nobody has come up with another one that doesn't involve storming the building (which is likely to be frowned upon by the police).

I mean, maybe, but as far as I know, the Omnibus has only ever traveled between parallel universes from one earth to another, and even then, it usually seems to jump from country to country on the same earth. I don't actually know who originally made it, probably either Dyelli or Primordial Luxa, so I'm willing to bet Dyelli would probably know more than what I can give. At this point though, he's kind of like Michaels R2D2.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Source of Power: he's a psychic ( or in other words, his own mind )
Powers : He can control every invertebrate in 50 meters of him and move them up to 200 meters, he can also see through their eyes, which is a good thing since he can't see through his own eyes while using his power, while using the powers he usually keeps his pet tarantula on his head ( using calculating powers, it was calculated that he, at average takes control of 50 000 different invertebrates, only about 2 500 provide any combat usefulness, but this statistic changes in rain forests too much, much bigger levels, he is rendered nearly powerless in polar regions )
Abilities: Nah, he is your very much regular guy... Maybe making good coffee
Equipment: ( would you guess he has a gun? He has a gun ) Colt 1911
Weaknesses: he is not able to see through his own eyes while using his power, he uses his pet tarantula for seeing, so if you take it out, you render him pretty blind, also, he is pretty weak in hand to hand combat

Background:

Job: a Barista in a local Starbucks
Legal Status: he did not commit any crimes, so, he is okay with the law
Backstory:
Living normally for most of his life, graduating from high school, then getting employed in Manhattan's Starbucks... His life was just like everyone's else life without any sudden tragedies, with nothing to write about. Except when he was accidentally involved in a mugging in 2016, just walking down the street, he looked into a back alley, when he saw someone being mugged with a gun, deciding to intervene he went into the back alley, the mugger turned towards him, shot... Blackness followed, he did not see anything, he could only hear. A gunshot hitting something, it wasn't his body even though the shoot was directed towards him, but he could hear something being hit, something fleshy, then a scream, nothing, another scream, but unlike the previous one, this one was getting away from him, then silence. His vision eventually returned, he saw a lot of cockroaches scattering in all directions, and on the ground, a seriously bleeding man, bleeding from what looked like a lot of small bites, and under Andrew's feet, shreds of cockroaches, Andrew fled the scene. For the next two years, he was plagued by head splitting headaches, when he went to the doctor, they said nothing was wrong... Eventually, he was picked up by First Earth Battalion, they told him, he had superpowers, those headaches were signs of where his power came from, he was a psychic. After learning that he immediately joined FEB and for the past year was training his powers, also bought himself a pet tarantula to accompany him.
