The Imperial Community of the Enso and Mu is has a vested interest in improved international relations with neighbours both near and far. To that end, it is the pleasure of the Shibata Emperor, through the State Minister for Foreign Affairs, to extend the olive branch of popular proverbs to our fellow players on the world stage.

ABOUT THE MUJIN EMPIRE- The Mujin Empire comprises the four native islands of the Mujin people (the so call "Mukaku" islands), along with native territories in Sakhalin, Java, and the Choson Pando Region. While formerly homogeneous, the expanded nature of the empire lends itself to an increasingly multi-ethnic complexion. For generations, the Imperial Family and the families of many state ministers have been avowed and devoted Rinzai Zen Buddhists, and Rinzai has been the so-called "state school" since 1787. The past three emperors have lead their governments through periods of upheaval in the name of peace and reform - the Shinjo Emperor giving up the northern portion of the Choson Pando region to mollify an internal revolt, the Ginza Emperor issuing the General Proclamation on the Limitations of the Military, and the current Shibata Emperor personally leading political figures in the "Codification of a National Constitution Movement".
Embassies
For ease of record-keeping, currently only the Imperial City of Kyoto is accepting Embassies at present. As a Convention Signatory, the Mujin Empire grants partial territoriality to Embassies - while the land upon which the embassy resides remains part of the empire, the laws of the empire are suspended on the embassy grounds within the bounds of standard diplomatic protocols. Currently there are two locations in Kyoto where Embassies can be built.
