Age of Anarchy is set in the near future where super-powered individuals known as Prodigies were persecuted until Ace Anarchy, a telekinetic and revolutionary, forms a group known as the Anarchists and topples entire countries to free Prodigies. However, another group known as the Renegades as formed to protect non-Prodigies from Ace's wrath, and hoping to restore order actively fight the Anarchists. While fighting happens all across the globe, most of it happens in the home of the Anarchists and Renegades, Gatlon City. But not every Prodigy wishes to fight for freedom or order, and many criminal gangs have appeared full of Prodigies, and they have no allegiance. Finally, there are the common people who do not have powers, and many simply try to survive in this new world, by any means necessary.

Description This roleplay takes place in a model city built off the money of several investing mega-corporations. You thought you had won the lottery when you managed to win entrance much to the jealousness of your coworkers on the mainland. However something isn't right...people are looking a little sick. Maybe this perfect city built with corporations, and their employees in mind...isn't so perfect after all? Regardless...something ominous is coming, and you need to prepare for the worst possible outcome.

No one though the very thing that kept us alive on the irradiated hellhole of a planet following the atomic exchange of 1978 would turn around, and betray us. The very machines which allow us to live are now turning us into horrendous beings for some unknown purpose. We first thought it was a disease some poor bastard uncovered in his expedition to the irradiated wastelands of the world, but no...its our own salvation doing this. The nanites which kept us from disease, famine, and radiation are now forcefully evolving us into those things. This perfect city of ours is about to get a whole lot less perfect.

Description
AWH has been around in one way or another for over two years, and in that time I, along with influential players and coOPs, have crafted a truly interesting setting equally rich with characters and lore. "The New Guard" is set four years after the previous installment, but don't worry if you weren't a part of that, It won't hamper your enjoyment of this one.

In AWH, the world's Superheroes are monitored by Argus, a global branch of the United Nations. Over the past decade, the amount of super villains has been rapidly increasing, spreading the few established superhero teams thinner and thinner. One of the World's best heroes, a man known as Cypher, created an institute to train new heroes so the world wouldn't be left with inadequate defenses. Even more heroes came forward, and the balance between good and evil has remained locked for the time being.

You are one of these new metahumans, either hero or villain, the choice is yours. The World is yours to protect or rule. Reach out and forge alliances with fellow players while NPC Hero teams and Villains create pressures for you to jump into action.

This will be open world, so it is up to you to be involved and find things to do. You can be either a hero or villain, but you should be a newer and relatively unknown hero/villain.

I urge you to interact with other players and their characters. If you're a hero, pick a fight with a villain, and vice versa. Make rivalries, get revenge, you know... metahuman things. I will be running a few Hero and villain groups, and coordinating with Okayanos, our Co-OP, to have some large and over-arching threats to keep you all entertained from time to time.

On the matter of teams, you are free to form teams with other players, but you can't make an entire roster yourself. For now, all players will be limited to two characters with exceptions given on a case by case basis.

And as mentioned before, we are very proud of our lore, and urge you to give it a look if you consider joining, and heavily encourage that you do if you decide to become a part of AWH.

Description
We've all had that experience. Things got exciting, your characters were off on an adventure, about to reach the climax, when suddenly... the OP stopped paying attention. Everyone sorta just lost interest. The RP had hit Writer's Block and couldn't advance forward. What was once your favorite RP now lay in ash, closed or abandoned to the test of time.

What if we reopened those RPs, dusted off some of the cobwebs? What if, instead of your characters merely being suspended in time, they were warped through space-time here? I would like to posit this experimental RP, where we take characters from dead RPs and put them into a new story, from the moment everything stopped. Sound fun? Welcome aboard!

The setting for this story will take place in a verdant but otherwise practically empty world. The primary conflict is already prepared but will be natural, and it is expected that character interaction will be significant.

Description Excerpt from OP:
Fujita Kiyoshi (played by the OP) is the very first male student in an all-girls dorm, in an all-girls college, in an all-girls town. It's not that the RA/faculty/mayor were feeling progressive; they just thought it would be bloody hilarious. You are a girl in this new co-ed dormitory. Feel free to make her as stereotypical or as novel as you'd like, but note that any action you make in this RP will have consequences. Whatever your past history (or lack thereof) is with Kiyoshi, for some reason you feel drawn to him, as if he's just the right size to fill that gaping hole in your heart that you've had for as long as you can recall. All that you know is that nothing will stop you from making him your groom, not even his overly-protective sister. What you do from there is up to you!

Keep in mind that this is a trash anime, written and built by slave-wage employees in a sweatshop studio. While individually, you goal is to win over the heart of Kiyoshi, collectively your meta goal should be to elevate this anime above its peers, either artistically or through popularity. Description
The continent of Kirimaar has had a long, turbulent and near-constant history of war and conquest. Rival kingdoms and empires constantly pit their might against one another and warred over dominance, resources and sometimes even failed marriages. It was either conquer or be conquered in those days, so everybody was trying to hold on to their independence and the independence of their lands as well as being forever branded in the annals of history as a great powerful domain, that people would worship their might. Of course, all war and conquest is just as bloody and taxing as it is glorious and the people grew tired of fighting as any people would after so long. They yearned for peace, but how could anybody put so many years of war and bitter history behind them, if it was possible at all? Fortunately, life would soon make that decision for them. Zorl Karlkovi, the ruthless son of one of the stronger tribal chiefs to the west rose to power after his father's death...a young man with brash dreams of glory like most were. However, he had the planning, the drive and slowly the numbers to make that dream a reality. He cut a bloody swath through Kirimaar, gaining followers and land as he went along and it seemed like he'd conquer the whole continent. Some whispered he'd made a deal with a dark power for his success, nobody knows how he was seemingly unstoppable but he was. Cunning, he built better siege weapons and learned how to use the divide among the realms to his advantage.

He arrived on the kingdoms' doorsteps, and most of them were tired and jaded from war and were trying their best to enjoy the shaky peace. Barely any of the neighbors trusted each other, but if they fell then there'd be no chance for them. The kingdoms' leaders decided to join forces, combining the strongest forces of their militaries...which was easier said than done but they managed to do it. They were defeated alone, but when allied together they became strong enough to push back and eventually defeat Zorl the Conqueror. What helped save them the most however was an elite team of the best warriors and thinkers assembled by the leaders' summit from all across the continent, a team known as The Elite. In a twenty year bloody and ruthless war, Zorl and his army were brought to heel by The Elite and those that they helped lead to victory. You will play as an eventual member of the Second Elite, either a kingdom leader, a military member, somebody with a special skill or just a civilian that's tired of war or fiercely patriotic. Each one of you will be swept up in the whirlwind that is the new threat of Zorl's daughter whether you wish it or not, and you have to decide whether you can work together with old enemies or tentative friends to defend this hard-won peace. Or do you wish to help this new rising warlord ignite this war once again either for hatred, glory or some other such thing. But just remember...united we stand, or divided we fall.

Allarin is a world of gods and deities. The gods rule our world, with nations devoted to patron deities, churches spread in the name of their faiths and wars waged in their holy name. These are no passive deities either, many of them walking the earth in the form of their avatars. Even those who do not deign to step upon mortal soil command races of servitors, create natural disasters to punish mortals or choose champions among the mortals for their own sport and plots. Allarin is the chosen world of many a powerful and significant god.

You are, unfortunately, not one of those gods.

Gods are as hard to kill as they are mighty, however many gods do fall in power and influence. Every worshiper who converts, any who are killed in mass accidents or any who simply stop the regular rituals of worship diminish a gods power. Many major gods have been reduced to minor ones, their powers fading or being locked away with the loss in faith.

Description

This is a RP centered around the Warriors series of books by author Erin Hunter, depicting Clans of sentient cats in the forest and their day to day activities. This came to my idea because I recently went through a nostalgia trip when I found some old Warriors books of mine, and the rest is history. As such, please don't witch hunt me in my DMs and call me a furry over this.

This takes place in an entirely new area with an entirely new cast of characters than the original books, though much of the concrete lore remains much the same. This RP, centered around ThunderClan, involves the lives of the cats of ThunderClan, the rise of a group of rogue cats to power, the arrival of a foreign third party to the forest, and an ancient evil arising once more, as prophesied by StarClan, the deceased ancestors of the cats now living in the stars. You will have the chance to create a cat of ThunderClan, be it a new apprentice or Warrior, though please note that this roleplay centers around ThunderClan primarily. Plenty of action and drama is to be anticipated in the future.

Today is the 30th of Hard Rain (4) the year 4E 901. Alaro Ashen's heirs still rule his Empire, but now they, and the whole of Eroris, face the greatest threat in Erori history. Though, to get to the heart of the story, we have to go back to the beginning.

When Alaro Ashen first united the bickering states of Eroris under his Ashen Empire, the people rejoiced. They were tired after centuries in the darkness of the Third and worse Interregnum where Man killed Man, Beast killed Beast, and Elf killed Elf. The wars of the Third Interregnum were devastating. However, what the people of Eroris failed to realize at the start of the Empire was that a greater prize, dominion over all of Eroris, led to greater conflict. The years of Alaro and his son Alyari after him were times of peace and prosperity. And when I say years, I am referring to a few hundred years; elves are naturally long-lived after all. However, this tendency to live a hundred, nay, three-hundred years led many Ashen princes to ponder: "Wouldn't it be better if I was the Emperor?" At first, these feelings lingered under the surface, leaving the aging Alyari to dread what would occur following his death. He warned his family to stop bickering over the most trivial of matters before a conflict between cousins turned into a conflict between provinces. These words, however, fell on deaf ears. And, as often comes to pass with the predictions of dying old men, Alyari's fears came true. The first war of the Ashens, the War of Ember, devastated Eroris on a scale the minor warlords of the Interregnum could only dream of. A continent ripe for the taking was just too great a prize for some. There were periods of peace, yes, but in the end, another long-lived uncle or cousin emerged to challenge another for the right to the throne. All this came to a head, however, with the death of Aren II.

Now, Aren II was no ordinary Ashen. He was ambitious, much like Alaro before him, and this ambition led him to his death. You see, what is the point of ambition to conquer more for the Empire when all before his eyes is already conquered? His solution was simple: the southern continent of Akou. Now, not much was known about Akou in those days and even today. Most of the information modern Eroris has on Akou comes from the few races of the land that have migrated onto Eroris. Nevertheless, this foolhardy Emperor invaded, eighty-thousand men, the largest force ever assembled in Erori history, set out to Akou and only one frightened soul returned. Eroris forgot about Aren II's foolish mission... but Akou did not. After his death during his invasion, the War of the Black Phoenix erupted, in which all but one Ashen was killed, the reigning Emperor, up until very, very recently: Azelian the Great. Now, Azelian the Great looked back on all that had gone wrong with his dynasty, and decided that, in the event of his death, any Ashen could challenge the heir apparent for the throne not in war, but in a trial by combat: The Proving. Of course, since he was the only Ashen left, this seemed to be a wise decision on his part. However, this decision could very well doom Eroris. For just a few days before the 30th, the day our story begins, our great, wise Emperor Azelian received reports that a large group of... marauders, we shall call them, had landed on the Valyarian Isle of Alista, and had laid siege to Evermoor. He set out with a legion, confident that he would drive the rabble from his shores. Little did he know, which he would only discover upon his death, was that this was no rabble. This was an invasion...

And that brings us back to now. The Isle of Alista remains cut off from all outside contact as a fleet of "marauders" guards the coast of this great isle. Meanwhile, the sole white raven flies high towards Isnhrion to reignite a conflict between two brothers that could very well doom the world, and I am not speaking lightly when I say this. The die has been cast, the pieces have been placed, prayers have been answered, (and Lore has been typed) This is the Legend of the Akouteen Invasion.

It is highly recommended that the lore thread be at least skimmed, the races and province sections are the most important. We are nearing the conclusion of the first story arch of the RP which has been sustained buy like four players posting since last June. The second arch is far more grand in its scope and we feel that we need more voices to adequately tell the story we wish to tell. We are more than happy to give newcomer are fast run down of the more important parts of the story if they want, either in the OOC thread or our Discord.

Description
You'll play as a character in an world similar to those found in an Isekai Anime. There are a variety of races and abilities you can give your character when you join the RP. Each race has its own unique limits and strengths, and you can use those to your advantage. There are four main kingdoms that will act as hubs for players and NPCs to gather. The world is also littered with monsters of varying types and powers that you can use to show off your prowess.

The first few apps made will start off in Verai (The Human Kingdom) as humans, but as they travel out through the forest they will take on their true race and all of their abilities will be at their disposal. These "Heroes" do not necessarily have to be heroes as they are proficized. They will be members of a sort of starter party that I am going to call "Heroes." They will be given a simple bonus ability that will be disclosed IC.

Without their powerful assets the Gravestone and the Eternal Fleet, The Alliance combined with many leaving the group after its goal of disposing of Emperor Arcann of the Eternal Empire was finished. The nail in the coffin for the Alliance was the loss of the Outlander, the leader of the Alliance who was killed during war during the Republic and the Sith Empire. Without him, the Alliance would not last and later faded away while war consumed the galaxy. Both sides took heavy losses and the war ended in a draw. A tenuous peace was made but after five years of peace, it looks like another war is on the horizon.

During which the Jedi suffered an unfortunate fate. They took heavy losses during the war against the Eternal Empire and were scattered to the wind. They tried to regroup and rebuild the order on Ossus but, the Sith discovered the Jedi and even with Republic support the Jedi took loses. Now with so few Jedi left and being hunted by the Sith, the fate of the Jedi looks grim. The rest of the Jedi have gone into hiding and are scattered throughout the galaxy. However, a small group has come together and managed to find shelter on Rishi, a tropical planet that is a haven for criminals. Though the group's goals at the moment are surviving, perhaps these Jedi are key to restoring the Jedi Order and will attempt to rebuild the order. If they survive long enough to do so and not draw the Sith to their doorstep.

It is May 2019, the Commission of Jean-Claude Juncker is coming to the end of its term, and the Luxembourgian politician has declared his decision to not seek another, meaning that the reins of the European Union are up for grabs once again - and the events of the past five years have shaken the foundations of the Union to such a point that the direction of the next Commission may decide its fate for decades to come. The first years of the Juncker Commission saw the breakout of the European refugee crisis, and though situation has somewhat stabilized by 2019, the resentment and bitterness which, according to many, an insufficient EU response to the crisis fostered has led to the growth of Eurosceptic movements across the whole Union. Though the defeat of Marine Le Pen in the 2017 French presidential elections and the less than overwhelming results from Eurosceptic parties in Germany, the Netherlands and other member states gives a ray of hope to the European project, one of the three most important members of the Union, Italy, is now controlled by a self-described “populist” government.

The crowning event of the Juncker Commission, however, was undoubtedly the series of events in the United Kingdom known as “Brexit”. Having voted to leave the European Union in a history vote in 2016, the UK went through three years of political conflict, instability, and constant failed attempts to secure a beneficial deal with the EU before all of its options were finally exhausted and the island nation was forced to depart in a No Deal Brexit on March 29th. For the first time in the history of direct European Parliament elections, the legislature assembled in the aftermath will have less MEPs than it had in the previous election, with 705 seats up for grabs.

In Varietate Concordia is a hybrid between a character and a faction RP, a P2TM adaptation of the popular genre of “election games” and “government simulation games” popular on the site alternatehistory.com. Its purpose is to simulate the governance of the European Union, where the players signing up for the game play as Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and immerse themselves in the complicated European political system to accomplish whatever goals they or their characters might hold, including, but not limited to, assuming the position of President of the European Commission, the highest executive office outside of the unelected European Council.

Unlike standard P2TM roleplays, be it character based or nation based, election games place the most emphasis on, first, cooperation between players involved in the game, be it players in the same political party, or members of the same government, to achieve the most optimal possible outcome for the country/organization which the players command (in this case, the European Union), and second, RNG-based and turn-based mechanics, rather than free-form roleplaying.

The RP focused on a conflict between Mages and a Dragon for control of the city of Zid (from which the RP setting get's it's name, much like DnD's Greyhawk setting). The mages where given legislative, high judicial, and power over foreign affairs in Regency during the Dragon's long absence from the city. The city was attacked by an unknown foe and a number of mages where lost hindering the Regency's administrative capacity and thus restoration of the city. The Dragon has return to find Zid in this state and expected the Regency to step down, but it has not. Instead the Mages would like the Dragon to leave them be- aware that she plans to not only take back her old powers but expand her power into areas the mages have held sway over in the city for centuries. Players can be aligned with with loyalist to the Dragon, the Magocracy, or while mostly leaning towards one open to a middle ground with an aim for a resolution before this becomes a civil war. It's important to note that the World of Zid isn't socially progressed to modern standards. Change takes years, it takes generations. The outcome of this conflict will have repercussions down the line though we do not presently know what they will be- the future is uncertain and not set in stone.

• I can fill in details regarding the races of the World upon request and shall work to integrate your character easily into the setting. You don't have to worry about unco-operation in getting you into the game. But here are some quick details.
• Goblins in this setting are Half-Elf and Half-Orc. They are sometimes called Plains Elves. Some lean more towards Orcish culture others Elven but their societies always combine Elven creativity with Orcish Destruction.
• There are three faiths in the setting; Rightious, Traditionalist, and Naturalist. Rightious are like Catholics, Tradtionalists are akin to Judaeo-Confucianism, and the Naturalists are like Paganic Christians. The Dragonic Faith does exist to the north of Zid and like the three major religious believes in the Great Spirit (they call the spirit the Great Celestrial Dragon). They believe Dragons are spirits sent from the heavens to guide mankind and that in the heaves a battle is waged between a Good and Evil brother dragon for the fate of creation and the afterlife.
• Over 2000 years ago the Elves ruled the land before the Dragons swept in after the Elven Dominion shattered. They've only recently manage to create nations of their own again in recent times (the last 200 years).
• The Alterran Empire use to govern much of Humanity but it's shattered- it still remains but is smaller. The Grand Duchy of Elone has been requesting an artifact, the Shield of Elone, from Elenor for years since it's liberty was obtains during the Empire's shattering. The duke believes it'll add to his already legitimate claim to the throne of that land. Elenor obtained the Shield when Kalcipher Zid, the last Sorcerer King of Zid, took Elone from the Knights of Elone in battle with the Grandmaster of that order.
• Kobolds now have (thanks to the actions of a player character) their own nation, the Kobold Confederacy which warred with the Dwarven Kingdoms to it's north as the Dwarves sought to exterminate them fearing what the new state could accomplish. Kobolds have a short lifespan of around 15 years and thus it's been generations since that conflict.

Description
The RP features an alternate history world where Earth is united and under democratic rule by the year 2019. United Earth has faced many challenges and conflicts in the past centuries from military dictatorial rule, with nobody forgetting the brutal history. The beginning of the RP would be centred around the first election of this United Earth. Players create a character and can choose to form a party or join a party to contest seats in the upcoming election.

Description
Intertwined Island is a different kind of an RP. You make your character, stuff like that, but the main RP is very different.

It takes place on a island, remote, with a small port. You are a citizen there: whether you choose to be a vampire in a abandoned mansion, or a mercenary down below, you all are on the same island.

The Islands lore is built by us the players with more being added with each new player with new players being encouraged to read the over view.

Description You play as one of the many "lucky" residents of a corporate model city off the coast of Washington state. Things are much better for you here then they are in the mainland, but something different is happening lately. People are starting to get sick, and no one knows why. The very machines which allow us to live are now turning us into horrendous beings for some unknown purpose.
