Hackers aren't really that useful or a focus of the RP. Atlas no doubt has all the intel it could want, and is more focused on the actual operations. A lot of time we might not even have communications up, or have the chance to have them up

The RP is mainly focused on Squads [9-13] going on operations. And while there were a few guys who only applied in groups of four or six, having only one or two guys under your control isn't going to make a whole lot of sense [though not ever person of a unit is always deployed on every mission]

I'm definitely adding more characters. I just need people's opinion so I can determine which direction I'm going with my squad. I've got a sniper, a WIP defense-heavy human shield with a shield muscle man, a WIP explosives master, and two WIP covert agents. I'm wondering if I should go with the covert agents or the demolitions expert and the guy with a shield.

I suggest looking at the other apps listed in the OP for ideas on what you should and shouldn't have. 'Cause, we're also not your standard counter-terrorist-R6-style so much as we are teir one. So we do it all, so specific roles are nice, but everyman a rifleman and all that jazz

Someone captured some of my guys in a thread I'm in right now and then tried to pick a fight with an unrelated transport helicopter. My forces showed up with a Hind and threatened to blow the entire building up hostages and all unless they came out with their hands up.

They threw in the towel pretty quickly.

Mission Briefing for TF: Atlas Teams

OP: The Democratic Council of Kryztov
Operation Code Name: Summer Rain
Type of Mission: Asset Retrieval
Location: Malden, Gibraltar Straights Image
Environment: Malden's environment mimics that of the mediterranean climate, during the operations start it will be clear however the following day expect rain and fog.
Outline:

At 1500 last night Project Argo, a well known International Aeronautics and Space group, lost connection to one of its 8th Generation Satellites. This satellite had next generation tech being developed for the Government of Kryztov. Operation: Summer Rain is the Kryztovan governments attempt to recover the device before it falls into the wrong hands. It has contacted Project Warfighter/ Task Force: Atlas and its members to recover the satellite and all its components and return it to the Kryztovan Government post haste.

Primary Objectives: retrieve satellite and its components
Secondary Objectives: If Unable to recover the satellite it must be destroyed
Parameters: Local Civpop must remain unharmed. Local Greenfor (Malden Armed Forces) must remain unharmed. No damage to buildings and infrastructure
OpFor: Unknown at this time
Number of Teams: Waiting response from Teams
Notes: Project Argo is at the top of the world stage when it comes to space and avionics. Anything from Project Argo is going to be worth blood to get a hold of it. Expect shows of force from all factions and Opfor to show up if the mission goes on for too long. With the island small but mountainous the Defense analyst from Kryztov suggests groud vehicles like ATV's to be brought with the team to move the Satellite and components with speed and a Air or Land Asset to pick it up and move it out of Maldenian waters.
