Official Message From the Emperor of Greater Prussia

By the Grace of the Gods and the Will of the People, We, Alexander Blaken-Kazansky, Emperor of Greater Prussia and the Thousand States, King of Allanea, Reichskamphen, Leipzig-Island, Tsar of All Russia, Moscow, Vladimir, Novgorod; Kazan, Astrakhan, , Siberia, Chersonese Taurianl Lord of Pskov and Grand Prince of Smolensk,; Prince, Karelia, Tver, Yugorsky land, Perm, Vyatka, and others; Lord and Grand Prince of Nizhny Nogorod, Ryazan, Polotsk, Rostov, Yaroslavl, Belozersk, Udorsky land, Obdorsk, Kondia, , and all of the northern countries Master; ; hereditary Sovereign and ruler of the Circassian and Mountainous Princes and of others; Lord of Turkestan; Archduke of Free Dragkon, Duke of Leyfield, Blaken-Island, Schleswig-Holstein, Stormarn, Dithmarschen, and Oldenburg, Count of Centreville, Protector of Snogohsia Liberator of Torontonias, President of the Capitalist Internationale, Friend of the Elves, and Headmaster of the Leyfield School for Girls, hereby establish this Greater Prussian News Service.

From here on out, the Greater Prussian News Service (hereinafter: "GPSN") shall be used by Us to disseminate all news regarding the joint Greater Prussian Imperial Agencies, the fortifications and improvements promoted by Us in the waters and grounds of the Greater Prussia Majeur region, and any other lands of the Greater Prussian Empire or its member states, and any operations of the joint Greater Prussian Military, and any needful decisions made by Us, or other Imperial Dignitaries, as the need shall so arise.

This Greater Prussian News Service shall be the official medium for any of Our Imperial Edicts, and shall be used to disseminate the needful decisions, and the details thereunder, to the various clerks, employees, servicemen, soldiers, sailors of the joint Imperial Agencies, and their various counterparts in any of the sovereign and free member states of the Greater Prussian Empire, as the need may arise.

OOC: This will be a development/maintenance thread for all joint GPE stuff given that the previous ones have become defunct. ICly, please assume the existence of a service that publishes official press releases, rules, and any other such stuff that a transnational organization promulgates regularly.

Being concerned regarding the continuous terrorist activities of the so-called 'Kingdom' of Ealdurim, and its atrocities against Our allies the Noldorin Ascendancy of Menelmacar, and the Serene Republic of the High Treefolk, hereby have commissioned the Ministry of War of the Free Kingdom of Allanea to commission a plan for a Marpath Line to protect the border of the Serene Republic from incursions by the Ealdurimite Terrorist Entity.

In light of negotiations with Our Beloved Aunt, Her Imperial Supremacy, Elentari Sirithil nos Feanor, Lady Protector of Elvenkind, et cetera et cetera, We have worked out a plan for joint operations to secure Our Allies against the Ealdurimite Terrorist Entity. For every terrorist attack against Our Allies, or Allanea itself, there will be a swift and certain, but limited, retaliation, until at last a plan for the replacement of the illegitimate leadership of the so-called Kingdom of Ealdurim is worked out with Our Allies.

In addition to the plan for the construction of the Marpath Line, and the joint security cooperation we have worked out here, We also invite the Serene Republic to conduct joint training exercises with the Free Kingdom's Special Forces, to share their experience in jungle fighting and special operations with us.

Furthermore, we are interested in organizing a joint maritime exercise between the Free Kingdom Navy, the Greater Prussian Navy, and the Serene Republic's Navy, to be codenamed Exercise Shieldbearer.
