I'll be writing the OP for the IC today

I've also thought about how to maintain my goal of keeping this RP open for all and I've decided that there'll be periods of time where this RP will be OPEN for new players. These periods of time will correspond to whats going on within the story so new characters won't just teleport into base camp just like that. I intend for Lieutenant Jaegar Brandt to fly new characters.

When the IC is up, therell be a window of time for new players to apply and that window of time will be directly proportionate to how quickly the IC progresses ie how often people make posts in IC that further the story.

So, if anyone has any interested NS mates nows a optimal time for them to make an app if they are interested. I'll be putting the CLOSED sign onto this thread when an application window is over.

However, she seems to have suppressed the emotions though they may surface in later stages. I would recommend keeping her as a throwaway agent or at the very least a short term one

Agent Mary Downes used to work in Army intelligence until the Kiev incident compromised her position forcing her resignation. Ah, yes all characters have to work together as a team. No one can work alone in the Wasteland or they WILL get fucked. And yes, everyone starts in the same place which is a Vanquarian military base.
