Yohannesische Börse AG, or known internationally as Yohannesische Börse Group, is the centralised monetary and corporate holding authority of the nineteen countries. It was established following the historical political unification of the nineteen monarchies as the Kingdom of Yohannes, and the subsequent Royal Proclamation Act to unify the nineteen countries' banking and financial exchange reserves.
The corporate entity is known best internationally as that of a stock exchange; a central trading market consisting of shares, bonds, and various forms of financial securities and corporate holding. Historically, billions of monetary worth of shares and various other securities were traded within the confined operational market trading area of Yohannesische Börse Group, with not just multiple Yohannesian corporate entities, but that of other multi-national corporate entities stepping in to reap the financial benefit and rewards, with the increasing chance of spreading one's portfolio and an entity's profit significantly portrayed most visibly within a truly international central trading market.
Yohannesische Börse AG, established in 1987 is at present reopening its business back from scratch after a recent brief terra incognita isolation, and is once again looking forward to be the financial markets operator and provider of eager governments, friendly organisations, innovative storefronts and businesses around the world. We are here to stay this time, and not for us.
But for you. Your interest and your profit.
Te Whanganui-a-Tara, the financial capital of the nineteen countries
[OOC: you do not need a storefront to be listed in Börse AG. We welcome the opportunity of roleplaying with any fictional businesses, whether that fictional business will have fictional silly storefronts or not, we can care no less!]
Yohannesische Börse regard itself as an international trading market and financial institution. We accept the application of companies wishing to participate within our guild and once accepted, will be given the opportunity to expand their investment options by releasing their shares and securities, whilst still retaining complete control of their own companies. With nothing to lose and boundless opportunity to expand and introduce their growing businesses internationally.
The Börse has adopted since its inception a strict registration and share trading regulation and policy, with an extensive screening programme dedicated to the preservation of its collective guild of companies as a whole.
