Special Notes about your civilization: Unlike the description of our tier, our AI is actually sapient, but otherwise Tier 8 describes us to a tee, as cybernetic augmentation has come into vogue, and recently cyberneticists have developed bio-androids, beings that almost indistinguishable from wholly organic beings even down to the nanoscopic level, possessing organically generated technology within them. As for our Arcane Tier, most of our human populace falls actually under Level 0 or 1, but roughly a third of our populace is non-human, in particular our large Fabulous Onigiri populace, and they are the primary reason for our Level 2 rank. Our Type 5 rank is derived by our being the founder and leader of our region, and making peaceful relations with several other regions, such as Oatland, Angels of Derp, and Coristno, to name a few.

The Commonwealth is actually Tier 11, and Type 11, always Level 9 because we can never figure out how to create life. Note, the Commonwealth (only 10 nations make up the Commonwealth in NS, RP wise there are an infinite amount of nations in an infintely growing Imperial Senate) as a whole is Tier 11, Level 9 and Type 11. We expanded by incorpating our counterparts in other universes/dimensions, and we could become Tier 12, and Type 12, if we didnt have this much randomness going on between all our leaders and the Monarchy.
I mean damn it! We have 550 original Monarch members, times that by infinite, and how much incest is there!? INFINITE!
