Last week President Joseph Monroe announced that he would present a bill to ban immigration and expel all immigrants. As expected, the National Assembly, where his Justice Movement has 209 out of 300 seats, has today passed the bill. Immigration to Widefolkland is now banned, and immigrants are being expelled.

Already liberal groups such as the Communist Party have begun rioting on the streets, and it is reported that President Monroe will be forced to declare martial law if they continue rioting. He has said "I do not want to declare a state of emergency, but I will be forced to".

The Free Kingdom of Allanea respects the right of Widefolkland to control its own borders, although of course we severely doubt the wisdom of the decision to literally oust all immigrants from one's country. We also respect the right of Wideflkland's government to suppress rioting in the streets by all available means, and especially when rioting is carried out by Communist groups.

On the other hand, our nation wishes to reap the benefits of an ongoing stream of immigration for itself. We ask that we be able to work with Widefolkand, so we can encourage those immigrants you are now 'throwing out' of your country to choose Allanea as their next port of call.

After further investigation, it is revealed that the names of the restaurants were Franco's Chicken Hut and Horst Wessel Schnitzel two restaurant chains which supported local right wing organizations. UniversalCommons condemns the growth of fascist fast food chains in Widefolkland. It calls for the investigation of fast food chains which support these fast food restaurants. It further condemns the use of brown shirt uniforms in Franco's Chicken Hut and posters of Eva and Juan Peron in Horst Wessel Schnitzel. It is rumored that both chains are owned by the Romulus family.

These are not restaurants, they are fronts for the Justice Movement. In addition, over 50,000 wieners with mustard and onions were provided at stadium rallies for the Justice Movement by Horst Wessel Schnitzel. You can see that President Monroe eats fried chicken. He clearly likes Franco's Chicken Hut. Wieners are a very patriotic food.
