Extalia, Propose:

What is Extalia?
Extalia is a relatively new (Founded October the 18, 2018), where all are welcomed. We are interested in mostly in roleplay, and R/D.

Notice of disapproval against the New Pacific Order(NPO)
We recognize that the NPO believes in Francoism, the notion that GCR's are better the UCR's just because they were founded by a game administrator. The NPO has repeatedly bullied and raided smaller regions for not totally conceding to there demands. They have repeatedly subjugated free and independent UCR's, thus downgrading them to trophy's or protectorates. An example of such bullying can be found in St Abbaddon, were the NPO through off legitimate government and installed a puppet government and a puppet delegate of Kitsco. The NPO then called this puppet government a protectorate of theirs when it was more like a trophy region of theirs that they were just giving the privilege to the natives to stay there. A few days those that sought to do remove such government and reinstate Topids legitimate government and remove the invaders, the NPO, were the subject a declaration of war against them.
Extalia's government hereby formally states that it disapproves of the state reasons and the bulling tactics the NPO uses against UCR's, Warzones and the NS community as a whole.

Declaration of war on the NPO
Extalia never wishes for conflict or confrontation, but there are times when the call for conflict or confrontation is louder then that of peace. We must then accesses in the necessity, to wage war against them, as they would do us. Such has been the cry of Extalians against the New Pacific order, the Pacific or the NPO. They were founded by a fascist dictator Francos Spain. They would holds us as lesser then them not because of the active of our region but because we were founded by a user and not by a game admin. They would threaten our sovereignty if we were to ever become founderless. They would put pressure on one of our colonies, thus forcing them to close an embassy that they did not wish to. They would raid us for the sole reason of closing the embassy, when embassies are a two way street. They have repetitively subjected our fellow UCR's by downgrading them from a independent region to a trophy or protectorate: An example of this would be in St Abbaddon were they through off a legitimate government and installed a puppet government calling it a protectorate, when in all actuality it is one of there trophy regions that they just have given the natives the privilege to stay with in the region. They have waged war agisnt those that wished to end there tyranny in St Abbaddon. They have banned anyone that speaks out against them in any form of commutations. They have installed a puppet leader at home and let a tyrant lead. Extalia officially declares a state war on the NPO, and no longer recognizes there government as legitimate. So I end this with this, We will fight in the Warzones, We will fight in the Founderless UCR's, We will fight in the Founderfull UCR's, We will bring the war to them! NPO delenda est!

It's been a mere few days and I'm already losing a few brain cells every time I see a post that merely reads "NPO Delenda est"..Don't get me wrong, I'm not siding with the NPO or with the people declaring war on them, but I don't see the need for the constant "NPO Delenda est" in nearly every thread created relating to the war(s)?

Nevertheless, the involvement of Extalia is certainly interesting.

The Monthly Update
Extalian Stats
We have 117 nations, 23 WA nations, and our delegate has 8 endorsements! We are hopeful that we will grow this next month
The NPO
We are at war with the NPO. I Domais tried to work with the new emperor to no avail. We stand against the deeds of the NPO and will continue to fight the NPO. We stand with our new found allies in this fight.
New President
Our President Lunar and our Vice President Albert both resigned last month. Founder Domais was made president and Prime Minister Wassia was made Vice President.
Senate Elections?
We held senate elections last month and Kham and Josh were both elected to the senate, bringing the senate to 4.
Forums?
Yes Extalia got new forums last month, we encourage you all to join it
Embassies?
Last month we purged a lot of embassies, this was done because of our new embassy policy. The policy can be viewed on our forums.
News paper?
I decided to add to our GP section on the NS forums with a monthly update.
