Brief Backstory:

"So you're awake..."

A nameless theif, the Dragonborn escaped his execution at the hands of the Empire when Alduin, the dragon destined to destroy Nirn, attacked. On his own accord he sought to warn the nearest town and hold of Whiterun. From there he helped the court mage by finding an artifact that provided new light to the crisis that was before them. The dragons were being raised from the dead in addition to countless other plots plaguing the region of Skyrim. Eventually, he met the Greybeards of High Hrothgar who taught him the way of the voice and revealed his destiny to him. He fought and defeated Alduin, saving the world.



Powers and Abilities:
  • Thu'um: By speaking Dovahzul, the language of the dragons, the Dragonborn is capable of unleashing the forces of nature, bending the world to his will with the thundering sound of his voice. The Dragonborn knows a total of 27 shouts.
    • Animal Allegiance- A Shout for help from the beasts of the wild, who come to fight in the Dragonborn's defense
    • Aura Whisper- A whisper that reveals the life forces of any and all (but not undead or machines)
    • Battle Fury- Enchant's nearby allies' weapons, allowing them to attack faster
    • Become Ethereal- Changes Dragonborn's form to one that cannot harm, or be harmed
    • Bend Will- Bends the very stones to the Dragonborn's will. Animals, people, and even dragons must do his bidding
    • Call Dragon- Summons the Dragon Odahviing (will not work unless in Skyrim)
    • Call of Valor- Summons heroes from Sovngarde to lend their aid across time and space
    • Clear Skies- Clears away fog and inclement weather
    • Cyclone- Creates a whirling cyclone capable of lifting enemies off the ground and throwing them around
    • Disarm- Rips weapons from an opponent's grasp
    • Dismay- The weak fear this Thu'um and flee in Terror
    • Dragon Aspect- Once a day, the Dragonborn can take on the mighty aspect of a dragon, delivering colossal blows, with an armored hide, and more powerful shouts
    • Dragonrend- Forces a dragon to land by tearing their very soul from the sky
    • Drain Vitality- Coaxes magical and mortal energies from opponents
    • Elemental Fury- Imbues arms with the speed of wind, allowing for faster weapon strikes
    • Fir Breath- Breathes fire in a blast like a dragon
    • Frost Breath- Unleashes a blizzard-like blast like a frost dragon
    • Ice Form- Freezes an opponent solid
    • Kyne's Peace- Soothes wild beasts, who lose their desire to fight or flee
    • Marked for Death- Heralds and opponents doom, weakening their armor and lifeforce
    • Soul tear- Rips the soul from the body, reanimated the corpse if the target succumbs to fight for the Dragonborn
    • Slow Time- Slows time for 16 seconds
    • Storm Call- Creates a massive storm that targets the Dragonborn's enemies with lighting
    • Summon Durnehviir- Summons the necromancer dragon Durnehviir from the soul cairn to fight for the Dragonborn
    • Throw Voice- the Thu'um comes from an unknown source, fooling enemies into seeking it out
    • Unrelenting Force- A wave of raw power, pushing aside anything or anyone who stands in the path
    • Whirlwind sprint- The Thu'um rushes forward, carrying the Dragonborn in its wake with the speed of a tempest

Tier: 9-A, 8-C with Unrelenting Force and master-level spells, 6-C with Storm Call

Attack Potency: VS Battles says Island level, though arguably his single most powerful strike is Unrelenting force which is wall level, but Storm call covers an entire country with a dangerous lightning storm that purposefully attacks the Dragonborn's enemies. So I'm going to say 9-A

Speed: Peak Human movement without shouts or magic, Massively Hypersonic reaction speed and combat speed.

Lifting Strength: At least peak human- Can fight in heavy suits of plate armor and move as if he was wearing nothing.

Striking Strength: Again, Vs Battles says Island level, but Unrelenting force is only about wall or Small Building level, so lets stick with that.

Durability: Island level- I would like to stick with this one as he took the full strength of 4 Greybeards who can shake the entire world with their voice

Stamina: Quite high- Can walk while carrying large loads and fighting without stopping, but sprinting and exerting himself will have to cause him to take a breather, and has to recharge his magic energy after using spells intensively.

Range: Melee range with swords, dozens of meters with archery, and several hundred meters with spells and shouts,

Standard Equipment: Armor (Iron and hide), Steel Sword, Long bow, Iron Arrows, Hide Shield, Some health potions, stamina potions, and magicka potions, copy of the Lusty Argonian Maid.

Intelligence: A bit basic, but very capable in hand to hand combat and spell casting, but don't ask him to do math.

Weaknesses: Can't shout back to back, sometimes needing to wait multiple minutes before shouting again. He has a limit to the amount of magicka he can use at any given time. He does take damage from swords and weapons and can succumb to his wounds. He can drown, suffocate, become infected by diseases or killed by poisons.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
  • Unrelenting Force- Unleashes a massive blast of energy capable of knocking over giant opponents and smashing through walls (not an actual mechanic in game, but the potential is there)
  • Marked For Death- This attack reduces durability significantly. The effect is permanent and stacks with each use.
  • Soul Tear- This attack rips out and destroys the soul. The corpse is then brought back from the dead as an reanimated object to aid the Dragonborn and eventually becomes an ash pile.
  • Become Ethereal- This ability temporarily gives the Dragonborn complete invulnerability to all physical, elemental, and magical based attacks, but he cannot harm anything in return. It also grants limitless sprint.
  • Bend Will- All forms of life must obey and do the Dragonborn's bidding unless their will is strong enough to resist
  • Slow Time- Slows down time by 90% for 16 seconds
  • Storm Call- Strikes down the enemies of the Dragonborn with destructive lightning. It covers the entirety of Skyrim in the game, which is a very large area.
  • Disarm- Any form of weaponry and equipment will be immediately removed from the opponent's hand.
  • Dragon Aspect- Once every 24 hours the Dragonborn can take on the power of a dragon, gaining ethereal armor as his strength, durability, and speed are dramatically increased.

Adjust his tier to ‘9-A, 8-C with Unrelenting Force and master-level spells, 6-C with Storm Call’ and then add the rest of his shouts (just shouts, not spells) and he’s good.

Brief Backstory:
When Precia Testarossa's daughter Alicia died in an explosion caused by subordinate's mishandling of one of her scientific experiments, she believed that by creating a clone and imparting Alicia's memories into the clone, she could ride out the grief. But the clone, Fate, was imperfect - in just enough subtle ways that Precia cracked, abusing Fate constantly and treating her as little more than a tool to assist in her experiments - often throwing her into extremely dangerous situations. When outside, Fate was usually assisted by her familiar Arf and armed with the Intelligent Device Bardiche. She first met (and fought) Nanoha Takamachi over the Jewel Seeds, which Fate had been ordered to capture. Considering herself unfit to be friends with such a pure-hearted and kind girl as Nanoha, Fate rejected her attempts at negotiation, determined to win back her mother's affection. Ultimately, she pushed herself far beyond her limits in a desperate gambit to obtain all the remaining Jewel Seeds at once, though Nanoha intervened when it became evident that Fate would not emerge unscathed. Shortly afterwards, Precia revealed Fate's origin; a failed clone of Precia's daughter, Alicia. Precia cruelly destroyed Fate's fragile hopes, and denounced her as both a daughter and a person. With her identity, memories, and motivation shattered, Fate fell into despair. However, with the encouragement of Arf, Bardiche, and Nanoha, she decided to face Precia one last time, and reaffirm her feelings as real, even if she herself is fake. Despite Fate's efforts, Precia died in the collapse of The Garden. Afterward, Fate was taken in by TSAB Admiral Lindy Harlaown, and awaited trial as a material witness, keeping in constant contact with her new friend, Nanoha.

The trial concluded quickly, and Fate quickly joined Nanoha in both everyday school life and the sudden battle against the Wolkenritter. During this time, she begins to develop her Fragile Speedster fighting style, with an upgraded, revolver-type magic cartridge Bardiche. She established a close bond with Signum based on mutual respect, and helped Nanoha defeat the Book of Darkness, thus freeing Hayate and her knights. She is also officially adopted into the Harlaown family, changing her name to Fate Testarossa-Harlaown.

Years later, Fate is an Enforcer; a powerful agent of the Space-Time Administration Bureau. Known throughout the galaxy as "The Ace of the Navy", Fate investigates various incidents, but takes a particular interest in cases involving children, even adopting and raising two herself: Erio Mondial, a clone created with the very technology her mother helped develop, and Caro Ru Lushe, a young summoner with immense power, who was thrown out of her tribe and sent to a high-security special-protection building. Both her and her children joined Hayate's Riot Force 6, where Fate is the captain of the Lightning unit along with her two children and her sub-commander Signum.


Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, agility, endurance, durability (with barrier jacket), magic energy manipulation, flight, lightning magic manipulation including plasma-based attacks and weather manipulation (can call forth lightning storms), light (photon) magic manipulation, healing, matter creation, knowledgeable in various forms of combat, magic barriers (resistance to physical, magical, time-space, dimensional and environmental factors), auto shields, sealing and binding spells, auto guided spells, can dispel illusions, soul manipulation, resistant to physical possession, soulfuck, transmutation and mind control, dimensional time-sealing force field creation, teleportation including dimensional travel and BFR, can destroy pocket dimensions, passive telepathy, search and scanning, extra sensory perceptions, can sense killing intent

Tier: Mid to high 6B for strongest attacks, high 7A otherwise

Attack Potency: 6B at maximum

Speed: Massively hypersonic, Mach 1600+ - one of the fastest characters in canon and much faster than Nanoha, Sonic Form boosts this speed even higher

Lifting Strength: Class M, presumably greater

Striking Strength: EJ+, possibly higher

Durability: Mid-to-low 6B, 6C at most in Sonic Form

Stamina: Superhuman, able to maintain enormous speeds in a strong anti-magic field.

Range: Extended melee range with Bardiche, at least surface-to-orbit with ranged attacks

Standard Equipment:
  • Bardiche Hornet - Her primary weapon, which she almost exclusively refers to as Bardiche. Uses magic cartridges in a revolver-style loader for swift reloading. Refers to Fate as "Sir" regardless of her actual gender. Multidimensional in form, most of its parts are stored in a pocket dimension to save weight and volume. It's also a supercomputer designed to rapidly calculate mana output, spell codes, and firing solutions, because magic in the Nanohaverse is that Sufficiently Analyzed. Has a built-in defibrillator should Fate's heart ever stop. Besides its standby form of a simple gold triangle, it has more forms than Raising Heart, specifically:
    • Axe Form: Default form. Takes the form of a bearded axe with angular blade. In addition to melee use, it is also the "staff" form for casting ranged spells like Photon Lancer and Thunder Smasher.
    • Haken Form: Bardiche's axe head flips up 90 degrees and a golden curved mana blade springs from the gap, causing the Device to resemble a scythe, with a second blade springing from the back. In addition to melee use, the mana blade can also be launched as Arc Saber.
    • Zanber Form: The spikes emerge from the top of the head and form a trident shape which becomes the hilt of an enormous mana blade, causing the Device to resemble a claymore. It is used for various powerful attacks like Jet Zanber and Plasma Zanber.
    • Riot Blade: Compressed version of the Zanber Form in the size of a normal saber. It has enhanced cutting power.
    • Riot Zanber: Two sub-forms only possible in Sonic Form. Riot Zanber Stinger takes the form of two Riot Blades connected by a mana string at their pommels. Riot Zanber Calamity is the combination of the two Riot Blades, resembling a larger Zanber Form.
    • Javelin Form: Optimized for bombardment battles, it takes the form of a pole weapon (similar to Raising Heart Exelion's Buster Mode), resembling a spear rather than a javelin.
  • Barrier Jacket - Automatically-activating defensive 'spell' that takes the form of armor-like clothing. Shown in Appearance. Only dispelled when deactivated or destroyed entirely, unlike other defensive spells. Dramatically increases the user's durability. Has several forms:
    • Lightning Form: Fate's basic combat Barrier Jacket is mostly black, resembling a one-piece swimsuit with an attached pink skirt and a number of brown belts. It includes a pair of gloves, thick ribbons which hold her hair in pigtails, and laced shoes worn over long stockings. There are rectangular plates on her chest and each of her gloves, and can store Bardiche in one of them when not in use. There are also armor pieces on her shoes and left glove. It also includes a high-collared navy cloak with maroon lining, though she does not wear it while out of combat.
    • Impulse Form: A more defensive form based on Lightning Form, incorporating a grey-blue jacket overtop the 'swimsuit' and a white cloak.
    • Sonic Form: A lighter arrangement to boost speed. The cloak, skirt and stockings disappear, its main body extends to include a pair of shorts (causing her outfit to resemble athletic gear), and the wings of Sonic Sail appear on Fate's boots and arms, greatly increasing her movement speed. However, the defense of the Barrier Jacket is weakened, so it might be fatal if she is hit by powerful spells. A 'True' form exists that eliminates the Sonic Sail and boosts her speed (and defense reduction) further, to the point that even bullets can injure her.

Intelligence: Learned and developed her magical abilities much faster than normal. At seven, she had already mastered several abilities to the point of not requiring the incantations and studied how to create and handle familiars. Years of fighting experience against diverse foes. Arguably smarter than Nanoha except in the fields of mathematics.

Weaknesses: Durability is reduced as the cost for the speed of Sonic Form, and without her Barrier Jacket her durability is Peak Human at best. Much more fragile than Nanoha and has a less diverse (and less accurate) suite of long-range bombardment spells. Has far fewer defensive spells than Nanoha, relying on speed, mobility, and rate-of-fire. Lacks any sort of EM equipment, so anti-magic fields have a much more profound effect on her fighting ability then they do on Nanoha.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
  • Blade Impulse - A shockwave of slicing wind fired while in Zanber form or any variant thereof.
  • Blast Calamity - A joint shooting spell by her and Nanoha, where Bardiche and Raising Heart join energies to fire off a massive barrage of explosive Shooting bullets. While the spells used are individually of Shooting-type, the spell itself is area-of-effect.
  • Blitz Action - A short-range movement speed boosting spell. That's her afterimage. Replaced in the air by Blitz Rush.
  • Defenser - A basic shield spell. Comes in Multi-Defenser form with multiple stacked shields of increasing diameter.
  • Dimensional Transfer - A basic teleportation spell, maximum range unknown but presumably surface-to-low-orbit distances for an individual. Allows teleportation within and between dimensions so long as a suitably stable link between them exists - for this RP's purposes it doesn't work between the Nanohaverse(s) and the MCU. Whether it will work later is up to the OP's discretion.
  • Haken Saber - A boomerang-shaped Shooting spell fired from Haken Form. While slow and with low range compared to other Shooting spells, it is homing, and can 'bite' into or even wrap around shields to deal damage. By using the command code of 'Saber Blast', it can explode as well
  • Haken Cutter - Haken's energy blade is charged up, allowing it to penetrate defensive shields and barriers.
  • Hornet Javelin - A bombardment spell used in Javelin form. Decently powerful.
  • Jacket Purge - A defensive spell. The Barrier Jacket self-destructs. A spell of last resort as it can take several seconds to reform the Barrier Jacket, and in situations that calls for this spell the mage rarely has several seconds to do so.
  • Lightning Bind - Binding spell. Target is ensnared in cubes of electomagical energy.
  • Photon Lancer - Fate's basic shooting spell. Bolts of electromagnetical energy fly at her opponent. Like Accel Shooter and unlike Divine Shooter, it can be fired continuously. Unlike both, it is unguided.
  • Physical Heal - Healing magic.
  • Plasma Arm - Electric punch.
  • Plasma Barrage - A guided version of Plasma Lancer. Slower and with weaker explosive power.
  • Plasma Lancer - Upgraded version of Photon Lancer. Midchildan magic loops charge the bolts for increased power and speed, and unlike Photon Lancer their direction of fire can be turned. Still unguided.
  • Plasma Smasher - A bombardment spell. An enhanced version of Thunder Smasher, fired from the palm. Specialized for high-speed combat, it sacrifices range for a low charge time and increased damage.
  • Plasma Zanber - A variant of Plasma Smasher fired when Bardiche is in Zanber form and charged up with multiple cartridges. Has a longer charge time and equal range, but substantially more destructive power.
  • Reactive Purge - Essentially the same thing as Jacket Purge, except automatic.
  • Round Shield - The basic Midchildan shield spell. Stronger than Protection, but weaker than Defenser.
  • Sealing - Wraps the target in bands of energy and restricts its ability to use magic. If it is a magical program, it disables its ability to interact with or react to other things. Primarily used to neutralize dangerous artifacts.
  • Sonic Move - A longer-ranged version of Blitz Rush. That's her afterimage.
  • Sonic Sail - A stronger equivalent of Nanoha's Flier Fin. Wings are generated near her ankles and wrists.
  • Spark Ender - A focusing bombard spell designed for penetration and speed. Instead of a beam, all the energy is concentrated to a javelin of light some ten meters long. Has some explosive power, but nothing compared to its ability to penetrate shielding.
  • Splash Edge - Mana is concentrated into a blade of energy from Fate's hands. Can be used without even activating Bardiche.
  • Sprite Zanber - A bombard-type spell designed to destroy force fields, illusions, set traps and other ensnaring spells. Can also be used to destroy equipment if it's stabbed into it. While powerful, it lacks direction and is thus not suitable for combat.
  • Temporal Force Field - A large, wide-area force field that alters the time flow within it. Primarily used by mages on worlds with an advancement level below that of the TSAB member planets AND have no scientific knowledge of magic, primarily to preserve The Masquerade. It notably prevents collateral damage of inanimate objects, and life forms below a certain level of intelligence. All mages in TSAB employ that have the permission to do field work are required to know it.
  • Thunder Arm - A melee-range defensive spell. A limb or body part is coated in electromagnetical energy, reducing incoming damage to that part while also shocking whatever touches it.
  • Thunder Blade - A lock-on, multi-target bombardment spell. An improved version of Thunder Rage consisting of blades of energy with added electrical and explosive force. Lacks the binding effect of Thunder Rage. On the command of 'Break', the blades detonate.
  • Thunder Bullet - A close-range, high-speed Shooting spell fired from the hand. High penetration but high charge time as well.
  • Thunder Fall - Calls thunder from the sky. Can be used as a point-targeted wide area bombardment, though it's no more powerful than regular lightning.
  • Thunder Rage - A two-stage bombardment, and one of Fate's signature abilities. First binds the target, then blasts them with electromagnetical bolts of energy.
  • Thunder Smasher - A bombardment spell fired in Bardiche's Axe Form. Analogous to Divine Buster with similar properties, but with the added electrical properties all Fate's attacks have.

Race(s) that the faction is made up of: Humans, Midchildans, Belkans, various other humanoid species

Faction age: DNS Claudia lauched as eighth of XV-class cruisers 7 years ago, current crew determined 1 year six months ago.

Technology/Abilities: Teleportation room, FTL travel (top speed unknown, Nanoha series never bothers with speed, much like in Star Wars films usually, so it can be assumed to be 'fast enough that interplanetary differences are not a big deal'), 6x cannons each of 7A destructive ability, 16x defensive magic batteries each of 8C destructive ability, force field of single-attack durability 6B, dimensional transportation (Currently disabled as of present IC), multidimensional storage, magical supercomputer suites, magical long-range sensors, medbay, repair bay, small-scale Device production facilities, dimensional and temporal shifts shielding

  • Captain Chrono Harlaown: 6C for Eternal Coffin, otherwise low 7B

Industrial Capacity: Can produce up to ten complete replacement Storage Devices (simple, AI-less mage weapons of standardized design with vastly inferior processing and therefore destructive power than Intelligent Devices like Raising Heart, Bardiche, or Chrono's Durandal, though most are still multidimensional in size) per day. Can produce up to one Armed Device (a combat-oriented Device with an AI inferior to that of an Intelligent Device but far beyond that of even the most powerful Storage Devices, feature a cartridge-loading system for a boost in damage, lack the autonomy of Intelligent Devices, though both are self-aware. Neither ADs nor SDs can speak in full sentences, while IDs can) per two weeks. Can produce one Intelligent Device per two months. Can produce repair parts for all with time dependent on complexity of part, as well as simple parts for itself. Until it runs out of materiel, which it can obtain via purchasing, mining, or Direct Teleportation of suitably pure material.

Military Prowess: While the Claudia contains a number of serious powerhouses in the form of Nanoha, Fate, and Chrono, the truth is the bulk of its might is in the form of its on-board Enforcer troops, which number at about Battalion (400) strength, though they are divided into two sets of 200 among the Dimensional Navy and TSAB Air Force. However, it and the staff specializes in handling piracy, criminal activity, and securing dangerous artifacts by any means necessary

Notable Individuals: Chrono Harlaown, captain and commanding officer. Notable for having two really powerful ice-based spells that are only really possible for him because Durandal specializes in ice-element spells, as the rest of his combat power is merely 'pretty good' compared to heavyweights like Nanoha and Fate.

Short history of the Faction: Honestly? There isn't much to note here, either for the ship or its most recent crew. Once launched it was swiftly put on a series of two-year patrols for piracy, stopping on occasion to collect the odd Lost Logia or to bring the odd non-managed World into the fold of the TSAB, which it served adequately in. There were complaints at times about the ship's lack of power, but unlike Devices, ships are pretty fixed in their makeup and big changes, such as installing the Arc-en-Ciel cannon on the Asura, are only done when absolutely necessary. Since Chrono took command, granting the ship more frequent visits from Nanoha, Fate, and Hayate, things have picked up - a few months back they helped put a stop to an entire World being taken over by a sizable (but technologically and martially inferior) pirate armada as part of the Razelgol Incident Fleet.

At present, the ship is carrying Nanoha and Fate as passengers/staff in preparation for a mission in the Chinzubora system in order to contain and neutralize a Lost Logia with a remarkably high combat ability when 'provoked' as what data exists on it says - hence taking two of Lost Property Riot Force 6's big three guns.

Weaknesses: As powerful as it may or may not be, neither the Claudia nor the very structure of the TSAB military are designed for, some might say capable of, true warfare. TSAB doctrine stresses diplomacy above all else, and facing a real martial threat may prove too much for it. Furthermore, it is but a cruiser, and its destructive abilities are arguably weak compared to starships of similar size - Star Trek ships, notably, have vastly superior firepower as early as TOS.

F A C T I O N

Faction Name: Order of the Star

Originating from: Ashoreth

Race(s) that the faction is made up of: Pretty much members of nearly every race makes up this order, they're a motley crew.

Faction age: 100 years old

Technology/Abilities: They're working out of a medieval style fortress with some modern tech like Internet, but they don't really bother with weapons beyond cannons or 18th century weapons at the highest because they're so magic reliant. Since they're 85 to 90 percent warlocks, almost everybody can summon demons and imps of varying tiers.

Tier: The High Warlock (the leader) would be an easy 7-A with 6-A summons, the archmages which are the second most powerful tier would be anywhere from 7-B to 7-C and their summons would rank an average of 8-B to 8-A (this is Pari's tier) Everybody else would rank from either 9-C at the lowest with 9-A to 9-B summons, to at the highest 8-C with 8-A to 7-C summons.

Industrial Capacity: They can produce enchanted objects like jewelry, stones and such. Average rate is about fifty swords a day and two hundred enchanted objects a day.

Military Prowess: There's no armed force since they're more like the Masons and not a military order, but they do have archmages and the High Warlock, the leader of each respective branch of the Order is the most powerful...they lead the archmages in their bases.

Notable Individuals: Thurstan Dragonsbane: Founder of the Order, once a devoted cleric but left their church when they got too puritanical about "delving too deep" into less than "holy" magic. He believed in magical advancement and that all magic could be used for good or evil depending on the individual, so created a place where people could study whatever magic they liked and choose their own path.


Short history of the Faction: The Order was created by a group of wizards, witches and warlocks who felt that the study of magic was becoming lax and too tied up with religion, so they promoted the study of secular magic that focused on the strength of the caster's will so that the churches wouldn't be able to crack down on them so hard for making advances. For a true wizard was one who bent reality to their will, was it not? It also promoted the advance of the magical arts worldwide, so they would often try to maneuver their members into influential and powerful positions. A member is trained at eleven, and at eighteen is initiated as a full member if they pass all the trials and prove themselves successful. Some would assume them to be heretics are a cult because of how secretive they are, but any member would say that it isn't true...for the sake of magic and science, they stay as far away from organized religion as they can.

Weaknesses: They don't really have any tech at their fortress except laptops, moderate firearms and cannons. No superweapons, and of course them being dark magic users mostly, many are vulnerable to holy magic. Many also consider them heretics.

Brief Backstory:
Leader of the Frieza Force (or Planet Trade Organization) and acting as the unopposed "emperor of his universe" (or at least a majority of it), Frieza was born with an abnormally high power level due to the fact that he was a mutant and hybrid. A prodigy fighter and ruthless leader, Frieza never needed to train a single day in his life to access his phenomenal power, using it to exercise a reign of terror and control over most of the galaxy—and most of the universe, for that matter. It was out of his fear of the legendary Super Saiyan that Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta and eliminated most of the Saiyan race, keeping only a few alive, such as the Saiyan prince Vegeta, for his own devices.

Frieza is a titular character in his home universe, whose actions were a catalyst for many other important events to follow. However, as it would later turn out, his own hubris and fear of the Super Saiyan would eventually lead to his demise at the hands of a Saiyan raised on Earth named Goku. As of now (the start of the roleplay), Frieza has begun his invasion of Namek, in search of the legendary Namekian Dragon Balls, relics which grant the user three wishes. Seeing an opportunity, Frieza ventures to the planet in hopes of gaining immortality from the Namekian Dragon Balls.





Powers and Abilities:
Frieza carries a number of powers and abilities due to his race and training:

  • Body Control (Can alter his body structure to create lower forms that restrict his power, and can transform into his higher forms to release his true power)
  • Impressive physical durability (Able to breathe in space, survive lethal wounds such as being dismembered or cut in half, and can regenerate

Intelligence: As over confident as he is, Frieza is still an intelligent and cunning leader who was able to maintain an effective grip over his possessions through terror and force. In combat he is skilled enough to fight on par with Goku, who was established to be a genius martial artist, and has exceptional ki control.

Weaknesses: Despite all his skill, Frieza is still an incredibly overconfident individual who is never used to utilizing his full power. This is especially evident with his final form and 100% power form, in which he inadvertently can drain his power and tire him out. When confronted with a new source of high power, Frieza isn't the one who will stop and train to master the new power first, much rather preferring to run into the source of new power firsthand without any experience with it. In other words, if you give him a new source of power, he'll just try to rush and beat you with it instead of taking his time.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Some of Frieza's most notable attacks:
  • Death Ball: After gathering ki in the shape of a sphere with a single fingertip, Frieza can create a large and extremely powerful energy sphere that can easily destroy most fighters, let alone some planets. His expertise in the technique allows him to restrain it to instead put a planet on a timer towards destruction if he so pleases. Its most powerful variant is the Supernova, a massive, sun-like sphere of energy that takes some time to charge and a vast amount of energy, but has immense power, and is easily capable of destroying planets.
  • Death Beam: Frieza's favored finishing technique is a small, highly concentrated beam of ki fired from the fingertip with enough force to easily punch through an opponent's body. Frieza often uses this technique to torture his opponents before finishing them off, and can use it with great precision. He can fire many of them in quick succession, overwhelming his opponents with a barrage of high power attacks.
  • Death Psycho Bomb: Frieza catches the opponent with a small, invisible energy sphere shot from his index finger in a fashion similar to his Death Beam. Then, he raises his arm upward, controlling and pulling the opponent high in the air with telekinesis. Finally, Frieza clenches his hand into a fist, detonating the opponent's ki and causing them to explode.

Brief Backstory:Barklem is an AMV-7 Marshall crewman assigned to Sierra, a mechanised unit from the U.S. Army's 21st Brigade Combat Team.

Going by the callsign of Sierra One-Four, his unit was attached to the NATO task force sent to the Republic of Altis and Stratis in response to the AAF attack against the peacekeepers of Task Force Aegis.
He was a part of the diversionary force that was sent to attack the city of Chalkeia in the east of the island as part of Operation Steel Pegasus.

Due to an unforeseen series of events however, Sierra was one of the many units that were shot down before the offensive could formally commence. The entire force is almost completely wiped out in the process, with Barklem remaining as the sole survivor of Sierra.

Barklem eventually manages to link up and rally the remaining survivors of other units who also crashed landed, and brings the fight back to the AAF after salvaging another Marshall IFV.

He assists in the capture of the city following a fierce battle, and manages to survive the ordeal even against the odds that were thrown at him.


Powers and Abilities:Marksmanship,Commanding skills,Excellent Engineering. (I Tried to go for a normal character but with a bloody APC.)

Speed:Purely normal,able to run about 200 meters.

Standard Equipment: her wand (ebony, Dragon Heartstring, 12.5 inches), a satchel that had the expand charm placed on it, so it can hold a lot of stuff (currently holding 10 Galleons, 5 Sickles, 2 Knuts, a spell book, and several changes of clothing)

Intelligence: Still in school so not fully developed yet. Basically she believe's she's smart enough to pass her classes with mostly good/great grades. On the combat side, she knows healing spells as well as offensive and defensive.

Weaknesses: Madi doesn't take betrayals very well, will do stupid stuff when she is angry/grieving, likes to prank people and thus gets in trouble a lot. She will also argue with people for "being idiots" from time to time.

Short history of the Faction: The task force was established in the wake of the signing of the Jerusalem Cease Fire of 2030 that saw the end of the Altian civil war.

Deployed alongside the new AAF now under the command of a hardline government led by Colonel Akhanteros, they were to monitor the ceasefire to ensure that there would be no further outbreak of hostilities from either the AAF itself or the guerrillas.

At the same time, they were to provide counterinsurgency training and limited materiel support for the AAF.

Weaknesses:The Faction is only Battalion-Sized,and the least with outdated NATO Equipment.

Brief Backstory:Miller serves as the leader of Group 14, one of the many detachments of NATO's top secret Combat Technology Research Group. He is essentially the second-in-command of CTRG as a whole, and only answers to A.J. Dutton who is his immediate superior.
During the initial attack by the AAF against the remaining forces of Task Force Aegis, he initially introduces himself as a special forces operator from the Royal Navy and quickly assumes commands of the remnants.

After the Stratis incident, Miller and his team of supposed UKSF operators are forced to retreat to the mainland in order to assist the FIA guerilla movement, where they fight against the AAF in an attempt to overthrow the existing government led by Georgious Akhanteros.

However, it becomes apparent later on that Miller had been deceiving and using both the NATO remnants and the guerillas as pawns from the beginning in order to pursue his main goal: finding CSAT's experimental WMD device.

Brief Backstory: The Szabo family's abandonment of the Association began a few generations ago, with Fionn's great-grandfather, Gerard Szabo. A participant in a past grail war, Gerard set in motion the path for his descendants to hold far greater magical power than he did. Rather than fighting directly, he used his servant's knowledge of ancient magic to forcibly enhance the Szabo family crest so that his descendents would be mages without peer. At the cost of victory and, eventually, his own life, Gerard paved the way for the Szabo family to become unequaled in the field of magecraft.

Except when Gerard's grandson, Iair Szabo, turned his back on the Association and the family. All of the work put into the Szabo family crest was nearly lost, until Iair managed to pass it on to his twin children, skipping over himself as he sought to pursue his own variety of magecraft. Fionn and his twin sister Seres have both inherited the Szabo family crest due to its unique nature, where each of them has a 'reflection' of the other's crest. Both are real and false at the same time, allowing both of the twins to be legitimate heirs to the family at the cost of losing some of the raw power Gerard had infused.

While his sister was content to remain detached from the Mage's Association like their father had, Fionn managed to make his way back into the Mage's Association, the 'returned prodigal son' who finally shows the results of Gerard's efforts. Despite his family name's association with rebellion, Fionn is loyal to the Association through and through. Ironically, this makes him a rebel against his family's rebellion.

He participated in the Tempest Grail War, summoning the Lancer-class servant Valkyrie. The Valkyries of Norse myth are a unique case amongst heroic spirits. They all possess the same skills and Noble Phantasms, but the specific individual which manifests is dependant on the summoner. Fionn summoned the Valkyrie Ortlinde. In the war, she lived up to her name's meaning of 'spearhead', serving as a powerful and effective Lancer-class servant. As the number of masters and servants participating in the war dwindled, Fionn found himself having to fight against his sister Seres- master of the Archer-class servant Robin Hood.

But for now, at least, the siblings didn't have to fight each other to the death. The Grail War was interrupted by the forced manifestation of a Beast servant. Fionn and Seres attempted to flee while their servants held off the onslaught. Both servants suffered critical damage to their spirit cores, however. In order to continue the fight, Seres and Fionn each performed a ritual spell to fuse the servant's power into themselves- becoming pseudo-servants in the process.

Fionn, however, has now found himself transported to an entirely different universe.

True to Z1's clockwork-dieselpunk construction, Z1 look like something constructed straight out of the 'Hugo' movie; her unbelievably human appearance belying the stunningly hyper-complex clockwork internals that keeps her running like any other kind of robot. Her abilities as sentient being are made possible by her hyper-advanced clockwork mechanical computer (brain), which is the most complex and advanced internal organ in her body. Her humanoid anatomy is made possible even further by the fact that she contains large components that coincide with function as well as anesthetics; such as, bellows (lungs), a heart (clockwork heart), and clockwork oil pump (liver).

To give the Z1 a system of RAM (random access memory) like an ordinary electronic robot, Z1 retain a collection of penny-sized memory disks that could be engraved or remolded mechanically to give them a non-electronic form of RAM - which works in a manner very similar to vinyl record disks and players. To prevent memory overload and reduce complexity, the memory disks are wiped clear of their memory every 24 hours - via a system of remolding/stamping presses - unless said Z1 were to keep using said memory (thereby renewing the disk for every usage); however, Z1 can only access and use one disk at a time. Her ability to learn is made possible not only by their hyper-advanced and compact mechanical computer in her head, but also mechanical receptors that grant her the senses of hearing, sight, and touch much like her electronic counterparts and biological beings.

Because of her humanoid anatomy and appearance, Z1 is capable of human expression; a basic range of facial expressions (neutral, happy, angry, and fear) that can be mixed to convey different kinds of emotions (e.g. neutral + angry = confusion; happy + fear = embarrassment; etc). Otherwise, Z1 stands 5'5ft tall and is 600lbs heavy (combined 2.5 Trillion Parts composed 90% of the weight; the remaining 10% of the weight is the chassis and the exterior), plus has hazel brown eyes and hair (short irremovable wig). And usually, Z1 is found wearing white pants with brown leather knee high jackboots, a white undershirt (plus simple undergarments), and a white trench coat coupled with white gloves, a scarf (colors vary), and a distinctive blue peakless 'feldmutze' cap with a white fur lining.

Species: Pure Mechanical Non-Electronic Robot

Brief Backstory: Z1 was built and designed by a trio of German undergraduate scientists and physicists named Max, Albert, and Irwin. Out of the three undergrads, Max and Albert had the support of their families, whom were both clockwork makers by coincidence. Irwin, however, provided the intellect and knowledge of both nanotechnology and physics.

All three friends were interested in building a robot that would have no electric components - not even old vacuum tubes and core rope memory units were an option. Their robot, Z1, was intended to operate using nothing more than clockwork and dieselpunk technology alone. While a massive undertaking, all three friends wanted to achieve the impossible.

After more than a decade of construction and testing, all three friends have finally built the chassis and the internal parts of Z1. Unfortunately, aside from graduating with their master degrees, all three friends were exhausted from their research, development, and construction of Z1. To make matters even worse, their efforts did not go unnoticed for long.

The German Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (aka, Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz / BfV) had taken noticed of the Z1 project. Before long, in the weeks following their graduations, Max and his friends were encountered by the BfV; however, there was a surprise from the visit. The BfV weren't just going to confiscate the Z1 project, but they also gave Max and his friends an offer too sweet to refuse.

Apparently, the BfV offered their Z1 project and themselves a place in the military for robotics research and development. Initially skeptical, Max and his friends hesitate with their decision for some time before accepting the offer with a careful handshake. Though once in military hand and employment, Max and his friends slowly relinquish their skepticism.

Due to the radical and exotic features behind Z1's design, the Z1 project was kept under strict secrecy no matter the costs. While an ingenious and marvelous machine, it didn't take long for military engineers and scientist to realize just how extremely complicated Z1 is...as a machine. Z1 was made up of not millions or billions, but several trillion parts - which was where Max and his friends came into play.

The secret behind Z1's construction as a purely mechanical robot was its hyper-advanced clockwork and non-electronic dieselpunk technologies. Z1 was no cyborg or ordinary android, she was a gargantuan evolution in Pierre Jaquet-Droz's automaton, The Writer. She was the perfect answer to counteracting the ever so dangerous world of cyberspace, hackers, viruses, and EMPs.

Once Z1 was finished in its many tests and experiments, Max and his friends were encountered by the military once again to try and find a way to mass-produce a line of robots like Z1. Unfortunately, there was one obvious problem with that proposal. Z1 was an extraordinarily complicated machine; mass-producing a line of robots like Z1 would be near impossible with the current technology and time.

Subsequently, Max and his friends refuse to rush Z1 into mass-production and put their treasured robot at risk. To their surprise, Max and his friends are fired by their overseer and decide to hand over the project to the army under the guise of a new cyborg program. A couple days later, in an act of desperation, Max and his friends try to transport the Z1 project back home; however, they're both caught before they could even leave the military.

Unfortunately, just when the military confiscated all assets of the project and cease control of the actual Z1 robot, Z1 herself had mysteriously vanished from the lab. Nevertheless, Max and friends were brought before a German court and placed in prison for god knows how long. Though in the mist of their incarceration, not all hope is lost somewhere out there for the German clockwork terminator-esque robot for the next three years...


Powers and Abilities:
- Z1 is powered by gears, hydraulics, cams, levers, ratchets, pistons, and other clockwork mechanisms; effectively rendering Z1 invulnerable to EMPs and electric attacks.
- Z1 uses a hyper-advanced mechanical computer that contains no electric components, which renders her immune to hackers and viruses.
- Despite Z1's extreme mechanical complexity, her vast and complex mechanical parts are made of inconel and carbon (diamond), granting her incredible durability, especially against the extreme heat.
- Being hydraulically-powered, Z1 can be able to lift weight that normal humanoid robots cannot bear without damage to their limbs and chassis.
- Despite being a pure mechanical machine, Z1 has an incredibly keen imagination, retaining a level of creativity for writing novels.

Tier: 9-A

Attack Potency:
- Small Building level (Without weapons and her own strength)
- Large Building Level (With weapons)

Speed: Peak Human - (Oil-driven hydraulic joints and pistons favors strength and torque over speed and agility, hence why Z1' speed is inferior to other robots like a Terminator)

Lifting Strength: Class 50 - (Unlike a T-800/850's frictionless bearings, servo-actuated control system, axial drive motors and clavicular trailing links, Z1's joints are powered by oil-driven hydraulic joints and pistons, combined with reinforced gear drives and gear trains to amplify torque. While far more complex and dated than a T-800/850's joints, Z1 can lift far more weight, since her strength lies in non-electronic hydraulics and clockwork control systems. If a T-800/850 were compared to Z1, it be like comparing an electric-powered train to a diesel-powered train.)

Striking Strength: Small Building Class to Large Building Class

Durability: Regular Building Class

Stamina: Unlimited (Z1 does have to keep her clockwork heart wounded up or she'll suffer deactivation, requiring someone else to wound her clockwork heart back up)

Range: Close Quarters Combat (Though Z1 has no trouble wielding and operating a gun)

Standard Equipment:

- Blue Handbag (seen in visual reference picture)
- Small Black Diaries/Journals and Pencil (manual sharpener and eraser included)
- Mechanical Pocket Watch

Intelligence: Z1 retains an IQ of 140; a surprising level of intelligence for an exotically pure mechanical robot like Z1 herself. Unlike her electronic counterparts, whom are instant 'number crunchers' and mathematically geniuses by design, Z1 has the creativity and imagination fitted for a novel writer, pencil artist, and pianist/organist composer. It's hard to imagine that after being under military funding and supervision along with her designers, one might think that Z1 would be a cold-blooded military robot; however, her intelligence and creativity make her stand out as an incredibly gifted and individualistic machine. And with such brilliance, she uses it to create rich and beautiful memories rather than to destroy or terrorize others. By metaphorical heart, she is more of a pacifist and enlightened artist than an actual 'terminator' machine.

Weaknesses:
- Z1 is composed of 2.5 trillion parts in total, subsequently weighing 600lbs and vastly limiting her agility and speed.
- Despite redundancies, Z1's mechanical complexity equals questionable reliability, which was why her designers integrated a limited space of memory to minimize memory overload.
- Z1's memory disks are wiped clear every 24 hours to free up space and memory, unless she were to keep a using said memory disk and renewing its lifespan; however, she can only use one disk at a time and she can save said memories via writing them down in her journal.
- Because of Z1's mechanical construction and physiology, Z1 cannot access the internet or any other electronic network like other robots.
- Z1 is powered by a clockwork heart, which if left unwounded for too long, she'll eventually cease to function unless she or someone winds her back up; however, while Z1 has an internal indicator for this fault, she be on low power by the time the indicator springs into action.
- Z1's dieselpunk side of her has its faults. Her hydraulics and pipelines need oil changes every once in while, which requires being strapped to a stretcher and then undergoing maintenance. Also, oil can leak from her hydraulic pistons or joints if overburdened or badly damaged, leeching and staining her chassis and plastic skin, followed with a distinctive stench as usual of any oil.
- Auditory sensors, motion sensors, and anyone with superhuman hearing or is sitting next to Z1 in a quiet room long enough can hear the 'ticking' and 'clicking' sounds within Z1's internal parts - rendering stealth rather difficult for Z1.

Notable Attacks/Techniques: Against her designer's wishes, Z1 was installed with a set of read-only discs in her mechanical computer that gave her the ability to know hand-to-hand combat. Knowing that she is slower and heavier than your average Terminator, combined with flexibility no where close to a well-trained acrobat or exotic martial artist, the German military specifically programmed Z1 with martial art techniques and move specialized in punches, simple kicks/knees, chokeholds, disarmament, and tossing. But, these martial arts abilities only activates if Z1 feels that she and/or her fellow allies are in danger. Otherwise, she was built pacifist and artist first, and mechanical killer machine last - she'll never turn hostile or rogue without absolute evidence and reason to justify her self-defense.
