interesting so an error technically makes everyone subject to a paddling for stepping out of line?

Very well, but she must keep it concealed. I'm trusting you aren't going to do anything foolish with it.

While we are at the topic of weaponry... I must submit now, that Mona of course carries the two daggers standard for Selkie, plus another two throwing knifes (which will most likely stay in her lugguage). And an empty rifle cartridge (mind you, no gun, not even a live cartridge, but one, which has already been fired).
Of course, all of that will be concealed (the cartridge is actually a pendant gifted to her by her father).
Would that be okay for Kuronami laws and the school?

EDIT: As for the padding, that sounds like a great idea!

I like that paddling plan, too - however, since it's not very common, but technically legal in Lillorainen, my character wouldn't really get to the idea to protest against it, I'm afraid. But maybe we find some other country that screws PC less than Lillorainen does (shouldn't be that hard, actually).

I'd also have Britta taking an army knife with her, concealed and left in her room during classes - if it's okay. (While gun laws are lax in the FL itself, students weren't allowed to bring them onto her old school's grounds anyways, so she won't miss not having one.)
Since Lillorainen's geography is currently being overhauled a 'tiny' bit, most information on it posted before December 12, 2018, is not entirely reliable anymore. Until there's a new, proper factfile, everything you might need to know can be found here. Thank you. #RetconOfDoom (Very late update, 2020/08/30 - it's still going on ...)

Celeria, on the other hand, recognises the absolute and unalienable right to carry any gun anywhere by anyone, including children and including the mentally ill. It has gotten to the point where Celari citizens often feel worried in countries where they cannot carry guns.

Yes, it's normally hardly different in Lillorainen - it's the school rules of her particular (private) school that keeps them from bringing theirs, not federal (or state) law. No worries, it has (locked) weapon cabinets, just in case. ^^
However, Lillos leave their guns at home when going to countries with gun control laws, as they generally respect other countries' law.
Since Lillorainen's geography is currently being overhauled a 'tiny' bit, most information on it posted before December 12, 2018, is not entirely reliable anymore. None of your people should visit the Free Lands, then... while, literally, everyone has at least two daggers on them, the ownership of guns by private persons is strictly forbidden. That includes by tourists, who have to surrender their weapons upon entry, but who get them back upon leaving (or get it send home by post, whichever is preferred).

EDIT: Then there's the Younger Militia, though...

Celeria is just one of the provinces of my nation, of which they are many. Celeria, with its over-libertarianism and Velstrania, with its holy warriors, are by far the ones I rp most though.

Celeria doesn't even have a national passport scheme, and many people the government doesn't even know exist are officially certified as Celari diplomats. Aside from in cases of war, due to the highly fractured nature of Celeria, although it is extremely rich it is often considered a failed state.

Seems reasonable and you'll be allowed to have a mobile on you so long as it's not a distraction and not disrupting class.

I came to make things interesting and include a character that might be familiar to some or not.

Name: Keller Harrington
Age: 17
Nationality: Main Nation Ministryian
Current/Previous School: Residential Sector 18 Educational Facility
Health Issues: "None, however is recommended to not discuss personal topics or matters with Harrington."
Background: "Keller Harrington was born in Victory Square Hospital to former General Winston Harrington and Margaret Harrington at the year of 2001. While her life was normal, it wasn't till the year of late 2016 to early 2017 was when her father was executed for crimes against humanity while being manipulated by a terrorist. Despite the obvious source of blame, Keller was emotionally affected, as she was in a state of self-loathing, as she believed she needed to redeem herself for her father's crimes. Eventually, after a brief incident, The Leader went up to her face-to-face to get her act together, which she admits has helped her and gave her a sense of meaning. In terms of education, she has been obtaining mostly A-'s and B+'s in her classes, while managing to the only person in math class to not be physically injured for getting multiple math problems wrong at once." - Written by General Emmanuel Jones
Why You Wish to Attend: "Keller Harrington has been mandatory selected by the Ministry of Education with orders from the Leader to attend Redford Academy for Young Ladies for reasons on learning about the cultural lifestyle of Kuronami." - Emmanuel Jones
Favorite Subject: Physical Education
RP Sample: You probably know me, but in case, you want some details on Keller, I got several posts for viewing.
And a visual appearance
Image
Local 22 year old Diet Coke Addict College Student Ruins Everything

Quote of the Week: "A NEW STORY ON WRITING THREAD FOR HALLOWEEN!! MYSTERY MINE AVAILABLE NOW!"

RPs I do
- How do you do fellow kids? You want to see something violent? - Artemis: Deimos Trafficking League (Horror/Mature)
- Descend into the forgotten tourist traps of Florida on this transgressive RP! - The Community (Mature/Black Comedy/Slice-of-Life)

My overall account that I use for P2TM and even for international roleplaying! MNM is a mysterious and extremely dangerous dictatorship filled with supernatural oddities, demons, militarized soldiers everywhere, and a misanthropic nihilistic dictator who doesn't give a damn. It's basically if the SCP Foundation got mixed with 1984.

Background: Marie was born on the 12th of March 2002 as the daughter of Kristina and Floki Bjork. Her mother was originally a member of the Swedish Bernadotte family, and through that family connection her sister Svala inherited Hemophilia. She was fortunate in that after testing, it was determined that Marie was neither affected by Hemophilia nor a carrier for it. Age: 17
Nationality: Alsasean
Current/Previous School: Brightwall Scholar Academy
Health Issues: None to be noted
Background:
Alyssia or well Alyssia Marie Fairfax the Third, is the Second Princess of Alsase, born as daughter to Henri I the 17th Sovereign & Head of the Fairfax Household. Originally, sheltered and behind the shadow of her brother, who was first to succeed the throne, which she now holds after his sudden disappearance as the result. Lady Alyssia is more of a pacifist than a fighter and holds high standing in humanitarianism, which has caused discrepancy with the Alsasean Nobility due to the clear incompetence of us humans. However, she as the sole heir to the throne, has given her leeway on beliefs. Despite this, she is a highly intelligent individual, ranking top 10 among Alsase's top academic institution (Brightwall Scholar Academy), whilst being more than capable of handling herself more than paper can describe; Which many commend of her as one who lived sheltered from politics & the outside world, most especially as a female noble.

Name: Marianne Cotta
Age: 17
Nationality: New Edomite (Baran-Cornellian)

Current/Previous School: Whitehaven Academy

Health Issues: None
Background: Her fther is the Minister of Culture, a post he ascended to after his predecessor and mentor, Solomon Cain, died in a stadium crash. He had a successful career in the army before entering politics. The family is generally interested in film and photography in particular as well as outdoor pastimes, picnics and country style nature. The extensive family largely lives in Etruria Majora, New Edom's northernmost home province. She has two brothers and a younger sister.

Marianne is fond of swimming and boating, and enjoys the company of animals. While she enjoys reading she is equally happy out of doors. She has begun shifting from a chunky girl to a shapely young woman.

While she had enjoyed her time at Whitehaven, it was known for over a year that she might end up going to a foreign academy to learn about the wider world. This is an increasingly common practice in New Edom. She has been thinking of joining the Navy for at least a few years.

Why You Wish to Attend: There are friendly relations between Lamoni and The Selkies and both our nations. New Edom has developed an educational system very similar to that of Lamoni, with many cultural differences, and arguably education, trade and the navy have adapted in many ways towards a more Lamonian system which might make visiting the academy very compatible.

New Edom wrote:Name: Marianne Cotta

Favorite Subjects: History, Athletics
Extras: Would like to bring her bring her Ibizan Hound Julia. She would like to be able to have at least 2 hours a dayto walk her, look after her and spend time with her.
RP Sample: (your essay above can also double as your RP Sample if you lack anything concrete but ideally I'd like to see something)
New Edom and the Age of Glory

Unless puppets are being used, this isn't Lamoni's rp.
