Category: Condemnation
Nominee: StarClan Warriors
Proposed by: Jakesadia
The World Assembly,
Acknowledging that nations have a right to their own political and religious views and privacy within a region
Noting that StarClan Warriors is a wolf in sheeps' clothing by having rules like "get along" and "have fun"
Disgusted that their idea of "fun" is harassing other nations and regions about their political and religious views
Shocked that they create satellite states and fake accounts to join regions, gather information, and leave to join StarClan Warriors to harass them
Confused on why they join other regions' private social activities uninvited
Horrified that they relentlessly harass other nations until they join their region, and verbally and cybernetically abuse them for having their own freedoms and opinions

Repeal: “Commend Imperium Anglorum”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Category: Repeal
Resolution: SC#223
Proposed by: Jocospor
Security Council Resolution #223 “Commend Imperium Anglorum” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
Acknowledging that Imperium Anglorum’s (herein “I.A.”) contributions to the world as outlined by SCR#223 are considerable in number, specifically the authorship of (now) twenty-six General Assembly resolutions, though some of which have since been struck out;
Warning this Security Council not to mistake quantity for quality and, equally, reminding this World Assembly that many General Assembly and/or Security Council authors are never commended for their efforts;
Alarmed that SCR#223 would falsely present the import of legislation that I.A. repealed to mislead this World Assembly:
GAR#329 did not “[permit] national sub-groups to disregard and neglect nationwide laws.”
GAR#350 did not “[stop] the World Assembly from passing any laws.”
GAR#396 did not “[slow] down the Internet.”
Calling into question, in fact, the very sincerity of I.A.’s World Assembly operations which, though lauded by SCR#223, have of late caused mass controversy and disharmony among this World Assembly, particularly GAR#433 “Preventing the Execution of Innocents”;
Contesting that I.A.’s “helpful and constructive feedback” as suggested by SCR#223 is reserved for a select few; namely, those who serve a political interest;
Reminding this Security Council that the lauded Communiqué detailed in SCR#223 is fundamentally of a misleading nature, that being that telegram recipients’ identities are hidden from one another, and has been used by I.A. maliciously;
Believing that maintaining an index such as ‘Passed General Assembly Resolutions’ is unremarkable; affirmed in this belief by this very Security Council, which has not previously commended nations maintaining similar indexes, such as The Dourian Embassy or Tim-Opolis;
Disgusted that SCR#223 would consider the acts outlined in its sixth clause as worthy of commendation, for such acts are only the duties of any invested World Assembly Delegate;
Unamused further by SCR#223’s belief that a region’s primary government official penning and enacting the region’s laws is worthy of commendation, along with SCR#223’s choice of the phrase “has extensively wrote […] other policies for Europe”;
In the case of Europe’s Government Act 2017 (then appropriately addressed as The Basic Law by SCR#223), noting that such deceptively cements I.A.’s hold over Europe, contrary to the region’s democratic values;
Surprised that SCR#223 makes reference to the growth of Europe during I.A.’s World Assembly delegacy on the grounds that regional growth is hardly commendable, as this objective Security Council has ruled in the past;
Insulted that SC#233 would commend I.A. for “their hard work and commitment” when many hardworking and committed nations will forever go unnoticed by this World Assembly;
Exposing the author of SCR#223 to be, during their time and at the time of this resolution's writing, a crony of I.A., with the latter assisting very much in the running of the author’s region, the now-terminated The Honorary Allied Nation States;
Urges this Security Council to see through the poorly-written and inaccurate resolution that is SCR#223, so as to afford a level of integrity to this World Assembly, and restore the import of the honour Commendation;
Furthermore, urges this World Assembly not to be deterred in its objective judgement come what may opposing this repeal;
Hereby repeals SCR#223 “Commend Imperium Anglorum.”

The World Assembly,
Cognizant that Ponderosa has been actively engaging in world affairs for more than six years and has during that time displayed a high standard of professionalism, tact, and positivity;
Recognizing Ponderosa's authorship and publication of an accessible and incredibly beneficial guide on how to present national information in a standardized and aesthetically-pleasing 'wiki' style factbook format;
Understanding that this guide alone has been viewed almost one hundred thousand times and has very likely been utilized by thousands of nations in the past five and a half years;
Praising the dedication and selflessness that Ponderosa has shown in this venture by continuing to actively assist other nations in the preparation and publication of these 'wiki' style factbooks;
Believing that these actions, having had such a widespread and positive effect on the greater community, are more than sufficient for recognition;
Hereby commends Ponderosa.

OOC: Question about this one: "engaging in world affairs for more than six years" - does that read too much like the engagement of an actual player? For some reason, the quantified time period doesn't sit well with me; obviously it's measured in real-time and real-time would seemingly apply to a real player? I'm not sure. Thoughts?

Time and dates:
Referring to years, months, days of the month, and days of the week is legal within a proposal. Reference to real-world time-zones or eras (such as B.C. or A.D.) is not, as this would violate Rule 4. See here.

Two moderators marked this legal when it in fact isn't. The operative clause says "Hereby commands Siwale" instead of "Hereby commends Siwale".

Commend Hexinati
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
Category: Commendation
Nominee: Hexinati
Proposed by: Worst Ever Run Nation
Dear members of the Security Council,
I would like to propose that we commend the nation of the Hexinati for it contributions to promoting civil rights and freedom of speech as well as protecting the environment and promoting peace.
The Hexinati, for its entire existence has strived for peace and equality. The nation has made sure everyone has a say and promotes freedom by allowing the use of cigarettes, recreational drugs like cannabis and alcohol, and abortion. It is democratic nation and people are allowed to vote for their leader. The nation also supports the rights of the LGBTQROSI+ community by legalising same sex marriage and fighting (verbally) for their rights on other nations.
The Hexinati has also strived to support the environment by preserving the environment and banning zoos and other animal enclosures. The Hexinati has always helped the environment even when its economy has at risk.
The Hexinati is the head of the Hexinati World Order where nations with similar ideologies can join together and help create peace. This region allows people who do not wish to join the WA to support its goals and create peace.
The Hexinati has also strived for peace and has decided to have a very small military that is only used to help other nations in need of food and resources. The nation also keeps its number of soldiers to an absolute minimum and strongly opposes conscription as it is seen as taking away people’s freedom. The Hexinati also keeps all its borders open for anyone to enter the nation or leave it.

Commend Zetox
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
Category: Commendation
Nominee: Zetox
Proposed by: The Civitas Islands
The World Assembly,
NOTING, that diversity is part of what makes this world, and therefore, this World Assembly great;
UNDERSTANDING that trolls are an integral part of the Nationstates culture;
REALIZING that without such people the World Assembly would be cursed to live in a reality of only pure belief of political philosophy without the regard for those who understand greater things in our existence;
RECOGNIZING the Empire of Zetox for its ability to attach to a particular ideology and use it to troll those of us who attach to our own;
CLARIFYING that there is no way anyone could believe with such intensity the rhetoric which is spewed from the nominee of this proposal and that only a most powerful troll could hope to ascertain the respect garnished by one who pretends to believe such filth so vehemently;
NOTING that the world assembly does not often commend trolls, however,
BELIEVING that this may be the greatest troll who ever lived, one who has convinced an entire region of their faithfulness;
FURTHER UNDERSTANDING that without the influence of the nominee of this proposal, our region would be a bleak and mediocre place to reside;
HEREBY NOMINATES the Empire of Zetox for a commendation by the World Assembly for his steadfast ability to cause debate and thought within an already diverse region by maintaining a character to be remembered for the ages.

Repeal: “Commend Gay”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Category: Repeal
Resolution: SC#254
Proposed by: Atlantiona
Security Council Resolution #254 “Commend Gay” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
Acknowledging that the proposal commend Gay has caused a nation of considerable size to leave the world assembly, DeltaSource, we move to repeal it. Fisrt and formost, this is not to be sexist or unjust to members of the LGBTQ+ community, it is simply to make it right with other nations that may have left the WA because of this proposal. Gay does not need to be commended if we are to veiw people of the LGBTQ+ community on equal ground with those not in it. If we follow the logic that regions that support the LGBTQ+ community are to be commended for making members of that community equal, then we should go ahead and commend every region to make them equal. This resolution hereby repeals Commend Gay

Condemn The MT Army
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
Category: Condemnation
Nominee: The MT Army
Proposed by: Fort Cordosa
The Security Council,
Acknowledging The MT Army has successfully fought fascism and as such has been commended by Security Council Resolution #240 and believing that The MT Army does not deserve to lose this commendation,
Noting The MT Army, as highlighted in the destruction of Northern Redlands, currently sets a dangerous precedent for the targetting of non-fascist regions through their own policy of potentially targetting regions due to their tags or embassies,
Understanding many nonfascist regions have open-embassy policies which justfies The MT Army to raid them whilst further understanding many nonfascist regions use tags nonreflective of their true political beliefs,
As evidenced by the region of Northern Redlands, a nonfascist politically diverse region with an open embassy policy, targetted and destroyed by The MT Army, it is evident that The MT Army not only has set a dangerous precedent, but it also uses that dangerous precedent to actively destroy regions they dislike,
Furthermore, even the term fascist is vague in its own; The MT Army is able to attack almost any region they please and label them fascist. Their previous commendation establishes credibility which reduces the need for The MT Army to provide solid evidence behind their attacks.
Distraught by the praise The MT Army received for their attack on Northern Redlands despite there existed very little evidence that the region was, in fact, fascist, whilst grateful of The MT Army for their service in eliminating fascism,
Convinced the commendation of Security Council Resolution #240 stands as a testament to The MT Army's fight against fascism whilst a condemnation would warn the world about their raids against non-fascist regions,
Hereby condemns The MT Army.
