Jeoguk has decided to consider the offer for negotiations. While many ministers and generals oppose negotiating with the IDDF, President Gong has realized that even with support from many nations it is unlikely he can militarily retake Jeoguk anytime soon, so a favorable result from talks would perhaps bring more benefits. The IDDF has also welcomed prospects for negotiations.

Air raids of the Virgin Islands continue to do damage, killing hundreds of IDDF fighters and slaves, however they are also more vigilantly attacked by anti-air missiles. There are also considerations of moving IDDF facilities to mountains where they are harder to spot and attack.

In the Virgin Islands the IDDF agents decided to order the pro-democracy movement to turn violent. They would assault police with molotov cocktails, 3D printed guns, and random objects. Violence will be unfolding soon. There are attempts to make police and soldiers sympathetic to the democratic cause to perhaps incite a civil war but only time will tell if it is successful.

Sultan Gulrez Al-Badr of Badrstan stands in one of the inner rooms of the capital palace of Shekan, being briefed of the news while being surrounded by advisers, military generals, and other aides. There’s about thirty or so people in the entire room, each one with some kind of title such as Royal Advisor For The Spread Of World Islam, or Royal Advisor For The Defense Of The Realm Of Badrstan. Every one of them is also wearing some kind of fancy outfit or hat, befitting for royal advisors such as themselves. As they go through the list of news items for the day, the Sultan stops them and picks out one specific one to focus on.

“Stop. What is this about the nation of Hwangyuk and slaying ponies? I believe that this is the most interesting news story of the day,” said the Sultan, and the Royal Advisor For The Reading Of The News To The Sultan Of Badrstan flipped back a page in the briefing book and moved closer to the throne, pointing out the image and the printed out news story.

“It appears, my Sultan, that the nation of Hwangyuk is engaged in armed combat with the nation of Solisia because Solisia is… How do I put this? Quite degenerate. According to the leader of Hwangyuk, Kim Tae-Il, the nation is a defender of ponies. Something that is absolutely degenerate under Badrstani law, of course,” the Royal Advisor For The Reading Of The News To The Sultan Of Badrstan stated. “Would you like to intervene in this situation? Perhaps through offering support to Hwangyuk in their fight against this degenerate behavior?”

The Sultan of Badrstan pondered this, stroking his beard as he thought. “Give me more details on the situation. This story is old. How far have things progressed since the article you’re showing me right now?”

It displayed the list of actions that had been taken by the Solisian Union so far, revolving around missile based submarine warfare mostly. However, all of their actions were focused to the east rather than the west, which created a vulnerability to Badrstan’s forces that were based out of the Arabian gulf. “We will put an end to this degeneracy before it can become a larger problem than it already is,” said the Sultan, drawing a gasp from the advisors in the room.

The Royal Advisors For The Waving Of The Palm Branches Towards The Sultan Of Badrstan even ceased their sole duty of waving palm branches for a moment, before realizing their error and resuming. The Sultan stood up from his throne, walking to the map in the middle of the table and drawing out an attack plan using a red marker. “We shall send one Akula class submarine towards the Solisian coast from the west side, and we shall assist Hwangyuk by launching a R-29RMU2 missile equipped with the nuclear warhead that is in our storage. Fired from a range of roughly 5,200 miles away, in the Arabian Sea, there will be no chance of a retaliation attack on our submarine.”

The Royal Advisor For Nuclear Warfare To Protect The Territorial Integrity Of Badrstan gave a salute and turned back towards the door. “I will begin making preparations, your honor. The degeneracy shall be cleansed before the end of the week.”

As if this war couldn't escalate any further. Yoko shook her head in disbelief upon being briefed by her lieutenants in the bridge of the latest situation of the war. Another silly country, a monarchy, have dared entered again into the killing field that is Jeoguk, bringing with them a substantially large force however, they were not much of a problem as they had entered this was in an incompetent fashion firing blindly on positions they have no way of even locating except by blind guesses. This incompetent force was thankfully shot down by the combined IDDF and Jeoguk forces. This just comes to show the monarcucks, as the Otakus call them, have no place in warfare apart from the grave.

Big mistake. The silly transmission from the strange so-called "Emperor South" made the forces of the Virgin Isles Empire a target for the anime forces. The ELINT and reconnaisance forces made up by the E-3 Sentries and modular ELINT equipment fitted unto some of the cargo ships stood vigilant for the arrival of this force which openly declared their intention to crush the KPOP rebellion, which in principle for the Otakus, was an attack on eastern culture in general. The E-3 Sentries kept patrolling at a wide perimeter around the fleet just enough so their radar ranges barely overlap like a Venn diagram in order to expand their reconnaisance radius. This has been their protocol since the beginning they were deployed and this was still the protocol now. This meant that the radar range of the fleet is approximately no less than 850 kilometers thus ensuring that any deployment to the east coast of Jeoguk, from the southern tip at the Jeongju metropolitan area all the way to the northern frontiers of the country were within the sights of the Anime fleet, double even. This will mean that the Virgin isles, apart from damaging nobody with their lack of ability to do reconnaissance and hence inability to locate their targets, will be wide open to surprise attacks from beyond the horizon, having no reinforced their fleets with anything that will enable them to see what goes beyond the horizon apart from the forces that they will bring with them in the field of battle. These 50 "ships" and 3000 "planes" along with the forces they are carrying with them will receive nothing but a total of 100 M-4.5 Saigants coming towards their ships from beyond the horizon.

The entire fleet was to destroyed. M-4.5 Saigants were used for this operation. Each VLS ships fired a total of 20 Saigants for this phase strikes. Dark conical missiles rested in their launchers before they took off and cruised at the sea silently at a subsonic speed hence making them virtually undetectable while at this initial cruising phase before entering before into their terminal phase where they will accelerate at mach 4, colliding at the most direct path; straight into the enemy thus eliminating unneeded time that might give the enemy time to respond with their point defense systems, that is, if they can still use their targeting radars with all the electronic storm produced by the electronic warfare aircraft buzzing around them. The Saigants, upon impact, would impart tremendous kinetic energy with the force of its collision alone ensuring that the targets were vaporized and there will be no survivors amongst their crew. The Virgin ships would turn into coral reefs at the bottom of the ocean. Due to their lack of reconnaissance (this incompetence was expected of monarcucks like them), they would not see any of these attacks coming before it is too late. The Anime Army taskforce meanwhile, would be able to see everything with their Sentries flying high in the air. The 3,000 planes meanwhile were expected to crash because they lacked sufficient aircraft carriers and range hence they would run out of fuel in the middle of the Pacific before they are expected to reach their intended targets. All these losses would be expected to take their toll on the Virgin economy which is not enough to sustain this campaign repeatedly. Basic economics would doom their empire to extinction.

As soon as the Virgin government declared its intention to "dominate" this side of the world, the Anime Army hacking forces had trained its sights on the degenerate nation. However, the Otakys did not intend to attack the Virgin government directly with force, having already been invested in defending its flanks in Jeoguk and having already dealt with its navy in the Pacific, instead focused on humiliating the Virgin government by means of token attacks. Cyber attacks were perfect since they will be able to send a message that the Virgin government is not invincible and the attackers will always get away scott free, not to mention it was cheap.

The Kawaiimmunist Sector, the Anime Army's online community immediately hatched a plan for action; Operation Virgin Humiliation, the plan to humiliate the Virgin government. The attacks were relentless, summoning the full labor force of the cyber division, special programs were employed to conduct brute force attacks against the Virgin government website administration logins using thousands of computers from all over the bayan (each using IP changers and other methods to utilize proxy servers in order to mask the attacker's country of origin and to have a fallback strategy should one IP's login attempts be exhausted). From the perspective of the moderators of these websites, it would seem like the Virgin was under attack from random locations all over the world. The KS also tried to find weaknesses in the Virgin government websites by investigating if the websites were using third party java script hosters and hence tried to attack those hosters using a widespread DDOS attack that floods the third party hosters with traffic from botnets installed via Punch all over the world. Access shall come from international locations putting web traffic in the Virgin government websites to number at around billions, overwhelming them with traffic. The mere traffic and information overload was expected to take down the Virgin Empire off the internet for a good amount of time to be noticed by its citizens, that's just enough time for the Virgin government to be humiliated in front of the world as they will see the websites of their own government being defaced with various content that ranged from mere anti-Virgin propaganda to statements saying the degenerate government of the Virgin isles promotes skat porn.

After suffering from a torrent of strikes that resulted in the complete loss of their first fleet, the capabilities of the Anime Army forces have significantly lessened. The reinforcement naval fleet alone could barely put up a capable defense should they be spotted by the enemy again so they would have to rely on keeping their fleet out of the sights of their enemies. Jeoguk and its allies lack the tools to spot their fleet as virtually all the radar platforms, whether AWAC or OTH (Jeoguk does not possess them in the first place) have been neutralized and thus that threat has been taken cared of so they would at least, by Yoko's judgement, be safe for now. Still however, she ordered that since missiles were a big threat, it would be wise for the fleet to activate its numerous yachts' blip enhancers to act as decoys. They would pass off as one of the more attractive targets of the taskforce by emitting bigger radar returns than the actual important ships. In order to fend off submarines, the yachts carried towed acoustics with them and were prepared to utilize their noisy acoustic decoy torpedoes in the event of a submarine attack. Meanwhile, the F/A-18 Hornets had encountered a problem as the new carriers which they landed upon did not possess any catapults hence greatly impeding their ability to fly. In an attempt to rectify this, majority of the plane's cargo was removed. It was only allowed to carry two long range AIM-120D (C-8) missiles and the fuel it carries was reduced to 20% of its capacity allowing it to takeoff with minimal weight in relation to its subpar thrust power. These crazy adjustments meant that the Hornet could only fly around 15-20 minutes before completely running out of fuel (5 minutes to take off and land) hence their function was relegated to protecting the AWACs as they were in no condition to take part in any advanced SEAD operations. The same changes were done to the Growlers (which on the other hand were stripped of all weapons). This was a big adjustment that severely impeded the efficiency of their operations but the Otakus have no other choice but to do this if they desire to continue. Luckily, the Zhouranese planes did not appear to possess similar limitations due to their much better engines and thus were able to take off just fine and operately quite normally. It would seem that the new aircraft would take the place of the Western weapons they possessed in the first place. It was more fitting considering their cause was supposed to be a purely Asian one, it was only proper they'd be fought with Asian weapons.

Apart from that, under Yoko's orders, the reconnaissance operators developed a simple protocol to help them be prepared against a variety of threats. The Growlers, the new Zhouranese planes and the AWACs would carry with them towed decoys (AN/ALE-50 towed decoy system) in order to deal with attempts to shoot them down with radar guided missiles. They would be assigned to greatly increase their amplitude power should its default power fail to redirect the incoming missile towards its location within 3 minutes of detection (in order to fend off the more advanced ARMs). A failure within one minute will result in all these aircraft launching flares as if all radar related countermeasures would fail, they would obviously be infrared missiles. Although these all seemed naturally intuitive, it was worth a shot to have this solidified as a system to ensure that all pilots, if they lack initiative to do what needs to be done, to find comfort in clinging to a system that tells them what exactly what to do in situations they haven't encountered. After all, majority of these Otaku fighters have never seen combat before.

The news of the arrival and the battle against this strange foreign force (which for some reason was able to bend space-time to its will to be able to deploy a large force from a considerable distance. It was as if the Pacific Ocean shrunk temporarily for their convenience) filled Simon with joy, even more joy than what he felt when he heard the news of the arrival of the reinforcements to help strengthen the field operations on the ground. He knew that another victory was what was needed to raise the morale of his ground forces, who were already losing it due to the rising reports of starvation amongst their group. Apparently, the new supplies have fallen into the hands of locals who were heavily hostile against them. They only received half of the intended aid and they were already forced to ration what was left of the food supplies. Majority of the members of the Anime Army even lacked the skill to forage off the land therefore even though the land around them was rich with natural resources, they were not expected to thrive off of it for the very reason that they spent the majority of their lives trapped in the basement of their mothers and hence did not possess any useful skills apart from speaking a very broken variety of Japanese. Approximately 73 have already fallen due to disease and another 200 were crippled by all sorts of illnesses including hypothermia. It was a mistake to have not brought with them people who were skilled in the field of medicine. Those who knew first aid were not many in number and hence were not effectively deployed to heal every single person who had fallen to sickness. Times were tough.

Still, Simon kept on. He arranged a very specific group of people, an entire battalion, to defend their site. They formed a cordon, spearheaded by Artillery, Infantry and power platoons around a 10 kilometer area which they designated as their camp. Everyone else within the area was brutally massacred and the the corpses were frozen for supper. This brightened the mind of a starving Simon; they could live off the meat of the locals. The Otakus tried their best to keep the locals alive by only shooting at their limbs and subsequently tying them up and throwing them into cages where their arms and legs would be severed and thrown into makeshift freezers made out of the snow they got from the mountains. Although no one was sure this would work for long as more people have died simply trying to capture the locals than have been fed out of their meat.

Simon, who eventually retreated to his makeshift mountain office, then utilized a short wave radio to make a speech.

"Today, on the 19th of August in the year 201X, i hereby declare the KAWAIIMMUNIST REPUBLIC OF JEOGUK ESTABLISHED. The weebs had became deranged and depraved enough to start eating innocent human beings. Fortunately this gave the Balhae Front a new opportunity. Towns were now evacuated when spotters reported Anime Army raiding parties approaching by a tunnel network or by hiding people in basements, and booby trapped to inflict casualties on the Anime Army fighters, while guerrillas attacked them from all directions. Meanwhile ambushes on isolated and small units became frequent to further demoralize the weeaboos. Very few areas outside of the heavily garrisoned anime army headquarters was now safe and even then the guards there would find themselves starving more than what humans could feed them. Killed anime army fighters were also thrown in the wild for their comrades to salvage only for the hungry beasts to find out the bodies were booby trapped and killed by nail bombs.

The rain that have been pouring since dawn didn't stop hundreds of people, mostly university students and journalists to continue their demonstration in the Royal Square of Medan Putera since words of the Great East Asian K-Pop War, fought mostly between the government of Jeoguk and IDDF are spreading throughout the country. Following similar mass demonstrations in Palembang and Kota Ujung, the protestors in Medan Putera rallied around the city's central square, shouting chants that now become one of the most famously used Twitter hashtags in the Federal Kingdom and held up large photos, with some showed the photo of various children among the ruins in Jeoguk.

Some of the protestors then laid wreaths around the largest fountain in the Royal Square of Medan Putera, that is now adorned with the flags of Jeoguk and Samudera Darussalam to pay their respect to the fallen victims of the war. Meanwhile Farah Wiratama, a Samuderan war journalist that has been covering several international conflicts, gave her speech in front of hundreds of protestors.

Following a meeting session of the parliament, the Prime Minister of Samudera Darussalam publicly declared that the Federal Kingdom will stay neutral on this conflict and contacted the government of Jeoguk if the Federal Kingdom can offer any humanitarian assistance.
