Subsidiary Powers: Being a Fairy involves retractable wings, the shedding of fairy dust which can be controlled to lift and move objects or be projected forcefully as an attack, the ability to shrink and grow between normal size and pixie size, minor illusory tricks, and a connection with the natural world which includes a strong relationship with Corgis that Melanie has as of yet found no explanation for.
Limitations: Fairy powers are magical in nature, and could not be used in any kind of magic nullification field. In fact, a powerful field of such nature would cause Melanie physical pain. Additionally, fairy dust is not an unlimited resource and must "recharge" if overused.
Weaknesses: Pure iron burns to the touch regardless of it's heat, and crossing lines of salt can cause serious pain and illness.
Skills: Singing/dancing, first aid, baking, persistence
Job: Community activist (volunteering in soup kitchens, organizing community groups, etc)
Notability : Though she has only been in the city for a few months, Faerie has gained a small but solid reputation as a warm, non-threatening meta-human with seemingly pure intentions.
Equipment: A selection of stylish clothing options, a cell phone, a first aid kit, snacks for in-flight.
Personality: While Melanie could always have been described as a "good" person, her run-in with an ancient fairy ring that changed her physiology cemented this. She has easily hurt feelings, but turns to anger only very rarely. Warm, generous, caring, and often trusting, her pure spirit is rather notable in a city like this. Perhaps she has simply not been around long enough to know better.
Goals: Not personally ambitious, Melanie simply hopes to be able to do her part to it's fullest to make the world a better, kinder place. This extends to all peoples, but particularly Melanie hopes Metahumans can learn to co-exist with the majority of the population, and each other.
Setbacks: Melanie was making significant progress in Boston with the Metahuman Rights Organization that she had founded there, up to and including several ex-supervillains joining the Boston Metahuman Community Center peacefully. The UN declaration that ostracized metahumans and swept them into designated areas destroyed much of this work.
Biography: Born in a small town in Massachusetts, Melanie was a peaceful child, though not particularly notable in her schoolwork. After graduating high school, she had moved to Boston to learn to become a Nurse. A short time into her study, while on a break in the county side, she stepped into a fairy ring without even noticing it, and triggered ancient magic that recognized her pure heart. Over the next few days, she came to terms with her new found abilities, and found it difficult to continue her study. For a while she tried to split her time between study and honing her skills, particularly flying which she had trouble with. When she used her powers to lift a little girl out of a river and save her from drowning, the event inspired her to finally commit to helping others with her powers, becoming Faerie.
Her superhero activities in Boston mostly involved saving people from accidents or burning buildings, or stopping petty crimes. For the most part, she was left alone by supervillains who saw her as below them. Seeing the troubled relationships between metahumans and the world, she started an organization to serve as a voice for them in the local area, which became a very successful venture, leading to Boston becoming one of the most accepting cities in America for Metahumans. When the UN declaration was passed, she was crushed but accepted the rule of law. She visited her parents in secret to say goodbye for the time being in person, before making her way to Westernport. She had enough money saved to get an apartment in southern Westport Island, and has since devoted much of her time to rebuilding some kind of community spirit for the very divided metahumans.

Right now there's a confrontation going down in the park between Blur (evil speedster), Michael (weaponmancer) and Captain Silver (classic hero), with some goons from Relentless (anarchist).
Soon after this, a hit is going to be put out on Blur, and taken on by Void (super assassin), who Relentless is also trying to identify (without much luck)

Meta-Power: Super Strength ( Class 5 - 4,500kgs)
Subsidiary Powers: Due to Super Strength Enhancing Muscles, it adjacently enhances his personal Stamina, Physical Endurance, and metabolism
Limitations: Bannon's super strength is still in it's early form, stuck to around small building tier. As well, increased endurance and pain resistance still leaves him open to being gravely wounded/killed by fire arms, blades, and someone with greater damage in their attacks.
Weaknesses:
- Cardio: While Bannon's gained a meta power that allows him to increase many factors of his physical being, he's still open to becoming tired. Fighting for long periods of time/being gassed will result in his punches, strikes, and lifting ability decreasing, even if his gas tank is massive
- Paper Skin: While Bannon's increased strength and density in his muscles allows for a bigger resistance/tolerance to pain, he's still vulnerable to stabs, cuts, shanks, bullets, fire, bombs, and other weaponry/meta powers if he's not careful

Biography: Once upon a time, a man walked into the cage around a decade ago, with nothing but his grit, his body, and a will to fight. The man would find early success, his size, strength, and will to constantly adapt and become better lead him to many early successes before he would eventually claim a spot on the professional stage, where he would go on to win The Heavyweight Title and be known as one of the baddest men there was, is, and ever will be. His name was Benjamin Bannon, thought as of right now, he's only a little more than a shell of what he once was. How did this come to be? A bit of a snowball. It all started the one day Bannon was penned in to fight a man called "Franklin Aldias". Aldias was an up an comer to rival Bannon's experienced veterancy of 8 years at the time. Though Aldias had 8 consecutive brutal knock outs leading up to his bout with Bannon, the champion at the time remained confident he could beat the man. So it was, early into the fight, though Aldias came at Bannon with heavy hands, Bannon managed to beat the boy at his own game, and blitz him. He had him pressed up against the cage, when Aldias' corner team sprayed pepper spray into Bannon's eye, where he was blinded, and taken advantage of when Aldias capitalized and KO'ed him. The fight was never listed as a No Contest, because Bannon knew the referee was paid off, and all that remained of Bannon's first loss was a heavy set back, and controversy.
Now you may ask, what is there to tell? This is just a simple comeback story, well, easier said that done- or told, perhaps. Bannon, due to his injuries and medical issues, took a 7 month hiatus before returning to the cage, where he faced a, though relatively new, still a vicious striker. Bannon noted he felt alive, renewed, and more ready for this fight than he had felt, since his 7 month string of "Bad Health". Turns out, that 7 month string was something more, Bannon peppered the man with early strikes, and believing he'd simply gotten a good combination, peppered the man even more.... but that's where things went sour. The man died, not because of some brutal refusal to stop the fight or mishap by Bannon, but because the force of his first early uppercut snapped his neck, and following strikes after further doomed the man. How had this happened? Even if fighters were strong, there were none ever strong enough to kill a man from a single good punch.... That's when Bannon started noticing things. Accidentally ripping a locker door halfway off, bursting a punching bag after a set of strikes, nearly wrecking his car door after slamming it too hard. The Doctor said, quote, "There is an increased fiber density and strength in your muscles, nearly 7 times a normal person", coincidentally, that 7 month hiatus was because Bannon felt like his muscles and nerves were shot to hell....
That was 6 months ago, and while the man the public knew as "The Executioner" Benjamin Bannon, had gone on a hiatus for more medical reasons, it was, in fact, for a much more dire reason. Something was happening, to Bannon, to the world, he'd not known about what was happening before, never paid attention. But now, the meta humans, the mutations, the sort of white noise of more world problems Ben had tried to silence was now at his doorstep, not just in front of him, apart of him, wrapped around him like a web he never wanted to be apart of. He doesn't know what happened to him, he doesn't know what happened to anyone who gained this sort of "mutation", what he does know is nothing good will come of it if he doesn't go to find out. So, keeping his travel low key, and departing from his home in Long Island, Bannon headed to the only place he could find, where he might find answers.
A little Island collective called "Westernport", home to metas, freaks, and buried information he desperately needed.
