The Frozen Forest wrote:Just behind him came Ari, dressed in a less expensive but Frozen Forestrian made Skraeving Suit. The pair were sure of themselves, and though they appeared flashy they both appeared welcoming, even if Ari were sour underneath the facade. They passed the doors and Ivan slipped past a young pink-haired girl and her interpreter. Ari wasn't so careful though, accidentally bumping into the young girl and turning to face her. He was greeted by a pair of blue eyes, he immediately recognized her as the Duchess of the AHSCA. One of the few faces he had taken the time to view when the list of potential guests had been drawn up in Truvaria. "Sorry, i didn't see you standing there." He offered a half-hearted smile and rushed forwards after his brother before the situation could become awkward.

In their right hand they carried a lance flying the Royal colors of the High Kingdom and sitting on their left shoulder was a white cap with the Royal Eagle proudly displayed. As he passed by cheers erupted from the crowd as they caught sight of their king, with many snapping off salutes, the kings gaze fixed directly in front of himself. Frederick looked to be a warrior of old with his blonde hair spiked in the way the Celtic warriors of old would and his ancestral sword hanging by his hip, a warrior king certainly and a king much loved by his people. His 12 followers followed in two lines of six flanking the king and raising their lances up in salute every now and then eliciting more cheers from the crowd, they were an assortment of ages but what unified them was the obvious feature on all of them that they were veterans and battle hardened.
They arrived at the cathedral and Frederick gracefully dismounted, his horse led away and his 12 followers following close behind, reaching the top of the stairs he turned around to face the crowd. Clicking his heels together he gave the Roman salute to the crowd and shouted "God protect Camelone!" Turning once more with a flourish of his cape Frederick entered the cathedral crossing himself as he passed the threshold. At his entrance the Archbishop's guard slammed their polearms into the ground once more and announced his presence and the Archbishop himself, with a procession of priests, walked down the aisle to the king who was again flanked by his 12 Knight Palatine's. Halting a few feet away from the king the Archbishop began to speak.
"Hail King Frederick Krieger, Defender of the Faith and Bear of the North. Kneel and surrender to the Prince of Peace." Unsheathing his sword he knelt and offered the handle to the Archbishop who took it graciously and handed it off to a priest. The 12 Knight Palatine's began to take his armor off folding up his cape tightly and removing every form of armor from his body leaving him kneeling with only his steel boots and his trousers on. Standing bare chested it revealed that the blue Celtic knots swirled across his chest and arms connecting perfectly to the knots on his face, and how much he put his body on the line so as to secure his throne and to fight for his people. A small group of people moved forward with a blue tunic and Frederick stood so as to help put it on him and the Archbishop spoke once more "The people clothe you and our your responsibility. Your conduct towards them is what the Lord God will see on your Final Judgement." With the tunic on and secured the shoulder cape was once more put on by Duke O'Devlin. A member of each of the Estates walked up to Frederick next each bearing a golden torc, one was placed on each wrist and on each ankle. "We shower you in treasure but always remember that in tyranny the glint of gold becomes the cold steel of shackles, you rule in our name not over us. Freemen tolerate not the heavy hand of the tyrant." And finally three more men approached, the Grandmaster of the Tomb Guards wearing full black and his skull helmet mask tucked under his arm revealing a pale and sunken face, the red lenses of the Lord Inquisitor's gas mask glinted in the sunlight it caught, and the simple brown habit of the Abbot of the most ancient monastery of Camelone approached. The four leaders of the Camelonean clergy gathered around Frederick and laid their hands upon him, after a short prayer the clergy released the king, returning to their former positions within the cathedral, and his sword was returned. With the formality done Frederick straightened up and began walking down the aisle, the nobles along the sides of the aisle unsheathed their swords and held them up as the king and his knight palatine's made their way forward. Arriving in front of the alter Frederick and his followers knelt and crossed themselves with the knight palatine's splitting up and the king standing at the alter rail, hand resting lazily on his sword as he waited nothing betraying the nerves that he was feeling. Nearby stood Senschal Cormac Kendrick wearing his formal black suit he always seems to wear and having a giant smile plastered on his face.

The Frozen Forest wrote:Ari's dash was stopped after a step when the girl greeted him, offering her hand and her name. Spinning on his heel he took her hand as gently as he could. "Prince Ari of The Frozen Forest. Its a pleasure to meet you Duchess, i've wanted to visit the state of Aurora since i was a child." It was the usual small talk that he was expected, to put on his most pleasant smile and be as charming as he knew how. The truth was though, that he did want to visit Aurora since he was a child. The Duchess, her face was new but the AHSCA was a popular destination for the Frozen Forestrian Royal House to visit on Holiday, though only as normal, if not wealthy tourists. "Your gown is beautiful, might i say."
