Are there any prerequisites to taking part or do we just turn up and roleplay?

Those are some impressively impossible results there.
*Yes, theoretically the two semi-final results are possible under Duckworth–Lewis–Stern. But none of the existing cricket scorinators on NS Sport support that at the moment. And the final result is still impossible.

Too bad it’s what the scorinater said

You should probably understand how the sport you're doing a scorinator for works first before you put the scorinator together, then. I'd also like to see the spreadsheet, so please upload your Excel document somewhere if you don't mind.
Murwelldobah Yellow Jackets (20 overs) 117/3-126/5 (18 overs) Kempsey CC
This is simply not a possible score. If Kempsey were on 117/5 after 18 overs, the most they could score is 124/5 (6 + no ball) to finish on 18 overs. Or, if they were 117/5 after 17.5 overs, the most they could score is 123/5 (a 6) to finish on 18 overs.
If Kempsey batted first, there's no way they only bat 18 overs. If the innings was cut short due to rain, the second innings would also be cut short.
Similar problems apply to the two semi-finals, even ignoring the first one with three scores. A team will only not use its full 20 overs if it's bowled out or wins the game. (Again, allowing for rain, but that then brings a complex mathematical formula into play that you almost definitely don't know.)

Show some decency and respect for people on these boards, and delete your name of the document. You can do this easily, just following this 5-minute tutorial. After it, upload it to Tinyupload. Tinyupload does not trace your information. One can't simply expect to be allowed to participate without providing decent evidence of competition. Your entry in Champions League T20 is an insult to each end every scorinator who ensures its championships are running properly and in a fair way, and you insult us even more with your nonsense. It's not like we would use your name to voodoo or to buy things on internet.
Sorry, people, just had to say.

Okay I’ll rescorinate it

Sorry, but no. Still not possible. Let's have a quick look at the final. You've got Gold Coast only batting 18 overs without being bowled out (they only lost 4 wickets) and being 37 runs behind. That simply would not happen.
Likewise with Coffs inexplicably stopping 4 balls early with 4 runs still to win and 6 wickets in hand.
EDIT: as you said you're using xkoronate, just copy and paste the results directly into the forum please.
