@Ugumori Sozen I know. I do have to try, though. It's honestly sad seeing a grown human being unable to do anything but regurgitate the lines of Maki Kojiro's propaganda machine.

I don't consider Nifonese Christians to be real Christians, honestly, since they worship Maki Kojiro more than Jesus of Nazareth. To be frank it's kind of like a cult based around a shriveled old man with a complex. It's sad, really.

He basically proves my point in his response. He plugs his ears, shouts 'Nuh-uh!' as loudly as he can, and spews out the numbers and lines his master has told him to believe.

He's such a good dog.

He claims no Western nation has a birth rate above a certain level, and in fairness to him, many do not, but with us he is wrong. We have had a higher birth rate than the level he claims for decades, but he was taught Nifon is inherently superior, and so he refuses to believe it has equals anywhere in any way, because that would be a break from approved dogma.

He claims our family structure cannot be stable. He has never been here, and likely knows nothing of us which is not seen through propaganda filters. Suffice to say he does not know us enough to judge, though we shouldn't expect that to stop him from presuming.

My spouse is an intersex, which he seems to imagine makes a stable home impossible. We seem to be doing alright, but don't tell poor Max that.

Homosexual disease rates are higher, yes, but not nearly as bad as they once were, and this is due to various medically quantifiable reasons, not because they're all ill-principled little sex fiends like he has likely been taught to believe.

Immigration-wise, we keep our society stable by strictly controlling who comes in, when, and for how long. We unashamedly block people from countries known to produce any kind of terrorist activity. Religious extremists known to promote violence are kept out openly.

People from Nifon are scrutinized just as closely as some people from Islamic countries. Kogyokist ideology is seen to promote violence against other creeds and cultures, and so it is a possible threat to social stability, in addition to which Maki Kojiro uses their presence in foreign countries as an excuse to interfere in their internal affairs.

He probably would not have guessed any of that.

KOJIRO-SAMA DELIVERS A SPEECH REGARDING DIVERSITY!

Ishikawa, Nifon - on today's meeting of the Nifonese Political Forum, Kojiro-sama delivered a speech that is bound to cause massive controversy. Openly attacking the notion that diversity is a beneficial thing for a society and stating that Nifonese ethno-nationalism should be a bedrock of his political actions, Kojiro-sama declared that Nifon shall never surrender it's national sovereignty and will actively protect it's borders from all who are bound to break it.

The statement is sure not to be positively received by the international leftery; however, Kojiro-sama openly stated that he will not bow to any pressure that shall be imposed upon him.

Well, it's a nice speech, I will say.

Somehow, Ezhara makes diversity work, although I'd say we're a bit of a special case, & most other nations would probably have difficulty pulling it off. It doesn't mean I disagree with the Shogun though — I respect his decision, since it's what's best for his nation. On behalf of the Empire of Greater Nifon I wish to address all the voices who have responded to the recent declaration in one open statement permissible for all to read.

The Nifonese people own the land of the seven Islands. Nifonese are yellow skinned (albeit with their skin of fairer complexion than that of the Wenchuanis). Our culture has, historically not drawn from a single source. We borrowed from Wenchuan, we later borrowed from the west. Every time, however, we made the newly coming ideas with what we had before. The Kogyokist faith, highest expression of Nifonese theology, is prime example that this is possible.

We are open to others as much as they are willing to become us.

There is a saying "when among crows, you have to scream like them". Such is and will be Nifon. Every newcomer will wish to stay will have to become Nifonese and assimilate himself into our culture and our language. Failure to do so will result in instant expulsion by force if necessary.

Considering how well Nifonese populations have assimilated abroad, I do not feel any necessity to even make attempts to direct people over whom I have no authority. However, let it be known that on my territory Nifonese virtues, law and culture will be enforced. Rigidly.

Massive Demonstrations Against Cuscatlan-Kirishima Relations Occur Across Nation, Diaspora Communities

-Divouga, Guadalupador- The mood was sour earlier this week as thousands of demonstrators once again gathered across the Federal Union in protest against an announcement by the Kirishinan government that it was poised to sign a treaty with the Lopezian Federation of Gran Cuscatlan on matters of trade rights.

Heated protesters marched through the streets of Divouga and straight to the Kirishinan embassy to chant anti-SACTO slogans while a smaller group of ultranationalists marched outside the perimeter of the Cuscatlani Embassy as they burned Cuscatlani flags and hanged an effigy of Carlos Silva. The ultranationalist demonstrators later clashed with police attempting to prevent a riot and subsequent storming of the embassy. 15 of the demonstrators were arrested by police on possession of petrol bombs that they intended to throw into the embassy compound.

Grand Premier Marcos expressed "sincere disappointment" in Kirishima and his colleague Arata Kasuga in particular as he spoke to the National Assembly yesterday and pledged that Cuscatlani resources and products would never enter Guadalupadorian markets. Marcos then blasted Kasuga saying: "In all honesty this is another slap in the face. No matter how many excuses you make about warming relations with Cuscatlan this relationship is far from mutual. You've deluded yourself into believing that profiting off the mass murder and suffering of your closest ally is a positive matter."
Sources within the National Assembly have reported that the Yanamaist Party will be introducing a bill into the National Assembly to revoke Kirishima of its "Most Favored Nation" status "very, very soon."

The mood of the Guadalupadorian Diaspora in Kirishima is much more angry with the development, as a demonstration in front of the Federal Palace in Heiwa dwarfed all other protests within Guadalupador both size and scope as every Dorian-owned establishment in the Dorian Quarter in Heiwa closed their doors to service on the day of the protest to show solidarity with the demonstrators and for the owners to participate themselves. Community leaders within the Guadalupadorian diaspora have requested to meet with Kasuga to discuss matters pertaining to the Dorian diaspora within Kirishima. Many of the Diaspora leaders, including former Grand Premier Natalya Saiko have called for a mass boycott of Cuscatlani products in response to the treaty and to "support the motherland by 'Buying Dorian.'"
The political fallout from the decision has yet to be seen, however according to new opinion polls, members of the Dorian diaspora are dropping their support for Arata Kasuga and the HESL Coalition Party drastically in favor of Mi Yeong-Yi and the Liberal-Democratic Party, with one Guadalupadorian-centered political party waiting to be officially registered by the Kirishinan government.

Liberty Party Splits/H.E.S.L Coalition Consolidates/KIRIPROG with New Look

With the complications of Kirishinan politics during a legislative election year with issues in the IFC, growing acceptance or at the very least tolerance of SACTO, blowback from the Kirishinan-Cuscatlani trade agreement, many things can be lost in the shuffle. After many weeks of internal deliberation, there has been a split in the Liberty Party with moderates within the party forming the Prosperity Party, while exhibiting many of the same economic views as the Liberty Party, the Prosperity Party is committed to Kirishinan Traditional views like the ruling party.

Speaking about the ruling party, the H.E.S.L Coalition Party is no more. After years of winning elections as a large and loose coalition, the party consolidated into the Jeontongdang. While some on the fringe are expected to find new parties, the new ruling party is far more consistent and as a result, stronger as a whole. Finally KIRIPROG has gotten a new look as the premier progressive alternative to the Liberal Union.
