- Greetings and good tidings. This is Her Majesty's Foreign Affairs Office of Freilibre. On behalf of Her Majesty's honourable 34th government, we have opened our borders and arms in peace and in cooperation towards the nations of the world. Her Majesty Queen Margrett IXX has expressed her most gracious welcoming towards all national governments/organizations/et cetera who are willing to go out, hand in hand, to preserve unity and peace, through the exchanging of ambassadorial representatives and governor generals between our nations. Freilibre Embassy is the administrative head for communications between the Foreign Affairs Office and the representatives. Please refer to Freilibre Embassy for inquiries.
Underneath EU code, as well as certain aspects highlighted by Her Majesty's Ministry of Internal Security, embassies are asked to comply to regulations, laws, and other mentioned criteria to be permitted entry and residence in Freilibre. These aspects pertain to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers, and are in no way biased or negative; these are certain rules all must follow, with the exception of diplomatic immunity, which will be discussed later, or if the applying nation deems it fit, in the telegrams.

Staff Safety:
- All embassies are underneath the protection of the Freilibran Armed Forces and the elite special forces detachment of JSOF. Regular patrols in the ambassadorial district are employed by regular Adélaïde Metropolitan Police. During times of international events, such as the olympics, or the Commonwealth Games, the Metropolitan Police Armed Forces Unit will be utilized. If need be, during times of political uncertainty, the applying nation is able to acquire Vraxuis PMC Mercenaries and Contractors; these contractors are still underneath the Armed Forces, and any unnecessary use will be dealt with appropriately. Please do not hesitate in alerting possible crimes and/or illegal assembly of protests within embassy property. Upon review, the Metropolitan Police will be dispatched to calm any situation if necessary. For consulates, they are under protection of the Freilibran National Police, and in times of distress, JSOF and armed personnel will also be dispatched appropriately.
All staff members are guaranteed the right to a lawyer, and a right to a hearing underneath trial and a court. Please do not hesitate in alerting possible abusive members of security.
Weaponry:
- Weaponry is strictly regulated within Freilibre, and assault weapons are not tolerated. Sub machine guns may be approved, as well as shotguns. Handguns are permitted, however, the wearer must display their firearm; concealed weaponry in any embassy or consulate will be considered an act of war, and NATO members will be notified, as well as other close allies of Freilibre.
All firearms must display the appropriate registration labels and bar codes, and its licence must be carried by the wearer at all times; in and out of embassy grounds. There is a maximum of one firearm per security personnel. Upon arrival, if a staff member is carrying illegal weaponry, such weaponry will be confiscated and the member will be arrested and detained. Land Vehicles:
- Under provincial and city laws and regulations, embassy vehicles in the capital must not exceed 10 small sedans (or equivalent); and must not exceed 5 larger SUVs or vans (or equivalent). Consulate vehicles must not exceed 5. Any military vehicle will be denied of entry, and the application must be either resubmitted appropriately, or have the offender's embassy closed immediately.
After cities in Europe, including the capital of Freilibre, Adélaïde, had consistently exceeded EU carbon limits, and following the recent decision made by the German government to allow cities to do so, the federal government of Freilibre has followed suite in allowing the ban of diesel-fueled vehicles. Adélaïde is among many cities which have done so, and the ban will be implemented later this year. ALL diesel-fueled cars will be refused from entry to any embassy, or consulate within Freilibre, and the offender must resubmit their application appropriately.
Vehicles will be subject to carbon taxes, given the appropriate circumstances. If the vehicle is electric, hydrogen, bio, or other forms of renewable energy-powered, there is a tax exemption for said vehicle, including exemption of fees in tollways, and a 30% reduction in parking fines and fees.
Regulations:
- All staff, including ambassadors unfortunately, will be subject to regulations underneath the European Union. Fines, taxes, worker rights, et cetera, are some aspects of these regulations. It is adamant that the main embassy in the capital receive and employ no more than 60 staff members. This is to comply with regional and certain EU regulations. No more than 20 security guards, and no more than 15 armed emergency personnel may be brought, nor employed.
For consulates, it is imperative that no more than 45 staff members may be recieved or employed; no more than 20 security guards, and no more than 10 armed emergency personnel. This is to comply with provincial laws and regulations, and will not be followed by the main embassy in the capital.
If any of these limits are exceeded by the applying nation, their application will be terminated, and embassy licence revoked, and will have to submit a new, proper application. Fines may be imposed upon offenders; International courts, as well as allied nations of Freilibre, and fellow NATO members may be consulted.
If staff members and other diplomatic employees wish to purchase and trade within Freilibre, EU regulations permit a 10% tax on all sales made by residents, regardless of position.
Nations who are accepted are expected to provide their own transport. Aviation is regulated and the appropriate papers and agreements must be signed following EU code. Upon arrival, if staff members are found to have carried illegal items that are banned in the European Union, appropriate action will take place. Any member of staff, regardless of position will be subject under the normal review of regular illegals. Diplomatic Immunity:
- Embassies and consulates are open to virtually any country, and Freilibre welcomes all. However, there are certain steps and measurements that have to be taken care of. Because of the EU and the Geneva Conventions and Treaties, Freilibre has set it forth to apply rules and regulations that pertain to certain staff members.
