It has been raised for discussion. You are by no means the only person that has gotten irritated with the spammy 0.01 offers.
Add a summary set of rules of the TCG that every player is informed of by a pop-up when they first click the "cards" section. Like an EULA, they ought to read it before proceeding and they consent to the rules after advancing. For players that participate before this hypothetical update, inform them the first time they click after the update.
Then make 0.01 spam an offense that is punishable by restriction of sales, banning from the TCG, or a DEAT. That way rule-abiding players do not suffer.

This, or having sell/buy offers time-limited. For instance, offers would only have a validity of 24/36 hours or they'll be removed.

Or even an hour. That could work too.

Actually, I am one of the original Forest residents. Been there for years, long before you arrived, as you can see from my Residency stat.
The fact is those bids were made to demonstrate why tying the collection value to buy requests was a bad idea. And it worked: it got fixed quickly. I additionally reported the effect that 0.01 transfers have on the average card value, which has also already been fixed.
The bids were not random: they were (and are) mainly for the cards that my puppets are holding, ones that I've been meaning to transfer them over. But thanks to the interface, that's been slow work. To complicate matters, I started getting donations from fellow Forest residents, after they noticed that I have a large collection. Trading those collections took a long time, which is why the original bids have sat for days.
The goal was to have one of the largest collections, so that Forest can rank highly in the stats (assuming that there'll be any). Meanwhile, you're turned that combined effort into baseless accusations and a public debacle without even asking me about it first. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from an editor.

My broad thoughts here, which I'm sure have been suggested elsewhere:
1) Set minimum trade price equal to junk value.
or
2) Allow an account to have no more than 5 trades offered at any one time.
Both have got their downsides, but either would fix the problem.

You even lied about me reselling the cards at profit. The only cards that I've sold are a few overpriced commons to my puppets, plus couple of requests from Forest residents, and a legendary that I sold at a fair price after getting a polite request for it from a collector.

You are lucky that the mod team has treated this as a technical issue with the game and not warned you for your obvious spam. CWA is not the problem here.
Who has been in Forest longer or why you are there is beside the point.

It also doesn't matter. It's game cards worth nothing that do nothing but take up your time. You lose nothing if Araneidae gets a good deal. As with all things, my recommendation is to buy or sell for what you think something is worth. If that turns out to be a great deal for someone else who cares.
