I did, and this could be it but I have three characters across three role plays if I do not count Daniel Cain here. As he is secondary.
My RP Nation is the Islamic Republic of Alamon

Ah, someone's started to get active I see, fair enough :P

Could always make her more of a secondary character as well, or start her off with a solo arc and go at your own pace.

Independent.

Name: Johnny Swift; aka the "Speed Demon."
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: Stands at a rather unintimidating 5 feet 11 inches, messy black hair, black eyes, fair skin, a bit of a skinny fellow but at the same time a pretty muscular bro. His unusually muscular legs are capable of supporting him moving at high speeds and allow him to kick pretty well. Normally dresses in a black T-shirt, dog tags, green army jacket (speed demon is sewn onto the front tag underneath "ARMY," where the wearer's name would be), black pants, and aviator.

Johnny

Young Blood?: N
Bio:
Born to an upper-class family in an upper-class part of town, Johnny lived a pretty privileged and posh life, unsurprising for the bit of a scumbag that he would become. Born to a busy working mother and an incredibly rich father who apparently was a Vietnam war veteran, Johnny became used to the evils of alcoholism, racism, and discrimination in his household, and his father pushed him to become the best academically and physically. While he was just that, for the most part, he still had a lot of anger built up in him from his father, which he would commonly take out on people in the form of bullying. More specifically, bullying other students.

Johnny was notorious for being the stereotypical school villain in middle school middle school, feared and respected even by those in High School, despite his age. He made good grades where he went, yes, but the teachers all unanimously thought he was a menace to his school and, by freshman year in high school, he received his first expulsion. Luckily due to some under the counter handing-over of money, the incident did not go on his permanent record but, nonetheless, he was out of luck. It was around this time that Johnny's powers began to manifest - and he would commonly use his super speed to sneak out without his parents knowing or do other illicit things with his friends whenever he could. The streak of "Go to this high school, then get expelled, have dad pay off to keep my record clear" lasted until a school suddenly offered him a chance to attend: Thomen High in San Diego.

Entering as a junior, Johnny looks forward to attending college either for track, or just going his own way in the world, possibly down the path of a soldier of fortune like his father always said he was. One thing was for sure, though. Now that he's settled down cozy in Thomen High and hasn't hurt anyone yet, Johnny isn't looking to run anywhere else for now.

Powers:
  • [Speed Demon]: Johnny is an unusual metahuman in that he is capable of reaching ridiculously high speeds that are considered ludicrous, if not unnatural, even for a few superhumans. Sometimes, these speeds are so fast that afterimages can be created behind him. This translates to an overall quicker reaction time, better chance of dodging, and overall much faster speed in general. Johnny exploits this power in combat for obvious reasons, using the momentum to pull off some pretty nice hits on whatever he can hit or, conversely, for running away.
  • [Enhanced reading and Total recall]: Coincidentally, Johnny has a photographic memory. With this, and his superhuman speed of quite literally speed-reading things, Johnny can effectively finish books in seconds and still retain the knowledge at hand for a while, though blanks only a few times on remembering small details.

Limitations:
  • Going at super speeds requires a super metabolism, and this means hunger and thirst is very common. If Johnny does not stay hydrated and/or fed constantly, his powers will weaken severely.
  • Johnny must have a running start in order to get up to his full speed, he won't be able to just go from 0-1500mph in a second, that requires much more of a distance for him to pick up speed. Likewise, he needs ample room to slow down, so any trips or sudden stops can potentially injure him majorly. A balance must be made on whether or not ludicrous speed is required or not.

Weaknesses:
  • [Tough Guy]: Johnny isn't the strongest person physically... or the friendliest person. He's cocky, arrogant, and disrespectful, figuring that his powers will back him up in space of his rather weak and frail body frame. One good punch is enough to knock him out, if his own clumsiness wont.
  • [Ice and Loud Noises:]: Sonic-Based Weaponry/Powers, for some reason, will hurt him majorly. With enough exposure, it could potentially kill him. Also, Cold based weaponry/powers are able to cause slowing of molecular movement, this makes it difficult for him to maintain his speed and will slow him substantially.

Likes: Good music, good food, girls with nice assets, aviators, competitive figure skating, track and field, smoking.
Dislikes: Skateboarding, football, ice cream, hamburgers, vegans, vaping.

Additional Information
Birthday: March 24
Theme song: Johnny Swift hype song, Speed Demon theme song
Favorite food: Chicken Sandwich with a bun that's toasted
Greatest fear: The dark.

Quick question: A Colossus-esque character would fit well in the current power level of this thread?

Looks good. Only thing is that the second limitation is actually a weakness (which is fine and all, since that means you have decent weaknesses to balance out your power, you just put them in the wrong place :P), but that's minor, just change it when you can. Accepted.

Guy who can turn his skin and muscles into a particular type of metal, enhanced strength and agility, some prior martial arts experience, that's pretty much it.

Villainous Team Name: The Weirdo Clique
Location: San Diego
Leader: Keter
Description: A powerful group of like-minded teenage/young adult outcasts and generally strange people with a rather nefarious aura and even stranger choice of attire, the Weirdo Clique, for the most part, keeps to themselves and keep quiet, causing little trouble with people that don't have any business with them. This group is generally considered to be a bit of a strange bunch, but what's even stranger is their apparent goal: Going through with a strange chaos magic ritual on strictly certain nights of the year to further their knowledge in Chaos Magic. Their plans have been foiled once, but, knowing this, they won't be easy to let up a second time. At least, this is all speculation, but you never know what they're planning.
Members:
  • Keith Westwoods - Keter
Powers: Telekinetic Force Manipulation; Chaos Magic
  • Clara Mason - Binah
    Powers: Chaos Magic
  • Gabriel Queen - Yesod
    Powers: Skeleton Manipulation; Chaos Magic
  • Thelma Graves - Malkuth
    Powers: Gravity Manipulation; Chaos Magic

Young Blood?: No (Weirdo Clique)
Bio:
Clara Mason always hated that she never had natural superpowers like many of her friends. She wasn't always the fastest, or strongest, maybe not prettiest, but she was always the most determined and one of the smartest out of the small group of friends that she had throughout middle school. Still upset by the lack of her powers that were having a number on her popularity, Clara gladly asked her parents to order her a book she found online — one which she was better off not reading at such a young age.

But her parents, as gullible as they were, bought it anyways. So, at the age of 12, Clara found herself with a rather large book on Chaos Magic, one which her parents laughed off as nothing more than a piece of "emo garbage." But Clara read it anyways, soon finding out about the dark history of the book and the powers contained within it as she binge read it, taking in as much information as she could on nearly every aspect of the dark and selfish art of Chaos Magic confined within the pages. As she read it, she began to change the more she read, hanging out less with her friends and more with herself, where she found herself experimenting with basic spells of Chaos Magic whilst keeping to herself, desperate on finishing the book. By the time she'd ended the book she felt as if she knew nearly every aspect of Chaos Magic, but really had only scratched the surface — for the book mentioned that the true way to find the limits of one's power in the art of Chaos Magic would be through self-discovery and experimentation, not through reading the pages of an old book.

And, so, she set out to complete her studies herself. By 16, when she'd met Johnny Swift and fallen for the young speedster, she was also casting powerful new Chaos Magic spells, memorizing hand motions and phrases in the ancient language to experiment with the extent of her powers. But, deep inside her, she also felt a longing to get back out into the real world, to put aside the magic for one moment and focus on what was in front of her now: love. Her desire to learn more about the secrets around her often clashed with her desire to stay with Johnny, but the boy would get in trouble too much — while she would learn about the ethics of using her powers for good at Thomsen High, Johnny would find himself getting into trouble, which drew suspicion from her parents and her friends on her apparent boyfriend. As much as she loved to stay with Johnny, the speedster was becoming more of a liability to her and her training in Chaos Magic and popularity, and thus she had to make the heartbreaking choice of leaving him to focus on her studies.

A year later, Clara suddenly met Keith Westwoods out of the blue, a quiet and reserved boy who also held a dark secret himself: he too was a practitioner of Chaos Magic, albeit to much less of an extent that Clara had. Clara would find that Keith led the Weirdo Clique, a trio of like-minded individuals who looked out for one another and kept to themselves in the otherwise harsh environment of Thomsen High. After joining the Weirdo Clique, Clara would find herself involved in the escapades of a group of people who she could truly call friends, though still found herself with that desire to go out into the "real world" that she'd so desperately wanted after she left Johnny.

Her desire to reunite with Johnny conflicted with those of Keith, who would consistently insist to her that her presence was needed for the execution of a Chaos Magic ritual that, somewhere in the back of her mind, Clara knew was the secret to unlocking the full extent of her Chaos Magic abilities, and the secrets she so desired from the beginning.

Powers:
  • [Chaos Magic]: Compared to the rest of the Weirdo Clique, Clara is a rather adept practitioner of Chaos Magic, a dark and rather selfish form of magic whose spells allow for the warping or manipulation of reality around the user. Although Clara herself has barely scratched the surface of her potential, the Chaos Magic that she does know so far makes her ability a rather versatile one, and includes the casting of various offensive and defensive-based spells (like blasts and shields/constructs), creating vivid illusions for her foes, picking up objects from afar, and transmutating objects, such as when she turned a car into ravens. This ability does, however, carry several drawbacks.

Limitations:
  • Offensive spells require a direct line of sight on the target.
  • Defensive spells are only limited to the user and his or her surrounding area.
  • Transmutation requires Clara to have physically touched the two target objects before, such as a bird and a car.
  • Only one spell is capable of being used at a time. In other words, Clara is not capable of using two different spells at the same time.
  • Chaos Magic spells require both hands to be used if a spell is to work.
  • Chaos Magic spells require vocalization if a spell is to work.

Weaknesses:
  • [Pacifist Route]: Clara is a natural pacifist, who has made a personal vow to never use her powers in any violent manner except for self-defense.
  • [Energy-dependent:] The strength of Clara's Chaos Magic is dependent on her physical energy, which in turn is dependent on the finite pool of chaotic energy that she draws from when casting spells. The two work in unison — if Clara is exhausted, so will her energy reserves be. If Clara continuously casts spells without taking a breather, she will find herself becoming tired.
  • [The Words and Hands]: A Chaos Magic spell is cast both by voice and by hand motion; whether it be a whisper or a shout, if Clara does not vocalize her spell, it will not work. Conversely, if she does not move her hand in the correct manner, this would lead to casting the wrong spell.
  • [Only Human]: Clara is only human, at the end of the day, and is just as vulnerable and delicate as any regular human without her powers.

Likes: Classical music, 80s movies, the color purple, Johnny Swift, obscure geopolitical history
Dislikes: Fast food, pop music, motorcycles, not having natural superpowers

Young Blood?: No (Weirdo Clique)

Bio:
Born and raised in rural Maryland, Keith, as an only child, carried a vibe to him that his parents could never truly get. The boy would often keep to himself and his studies and was quiet, to the point where some teachers in school would often forget that he was even in class. A quiet, selfish demeanor and hidden raw telekinetic strength only drove him further and further away from his squabbling parents, who often argued with him just as much as they argued with each other. One day, though, Keith snapped, unleashing his strength on his family unintentionally, the results of which drove him further and further away from his family and more to a self-dependent lifestyle.

His parents put him through as many boarding schools for "gifted youths" as they could in an attempt to suppress their son's abilities. It was during his time in one of these schools that he met Gabriel Queen, a boy his age who could manipulate his body in ways Keith had never seen before. The two-like minded youths were lucky enough to enroll into an interstate program, where they were given the opportunity to transfer to the prestigious Thomsen High, a school in San Diego specifically for youths gifted with such powers. His parents relocated to San Diego due to the move, his father using the rather bloated family inheritance fund to buy a home in the city of their son's new school, though found themselves outside and away from the house more than their son was.

Keith and Gabriel would later meet Thelma Graves, another like-minded person who introduced them to the mysterious art of Chaos Magic, a selfish and dark form of magic that the trio would become obsessed with. Taking the pseudonym of Keter and giving Gabriel and Thelma the names of Yesod and Malkuth, respectively, Keith formed the Weirdo Clique, a group of his friends dedicated to unlocking the true mystery behind Chaos Magic and the power within. Although they would find themselves unable to move to the next level of their studies, Keith would later find the metaphorical key to the next level in the form of Clara Mason, a rather powerful Chaos Magician and the newest member of the clique.

From then on, the Clique would continue their studies on the occult, preparing for their chaos magic ritual while they did so.

Powers:
  • [Telekinetic Force Manipulation]: Keith is capable of harnessing his mental energy into generating raw telekinetic force. As a result, his applications are not as diverse as others, being limited to object handling at most, but, in return, what is lost in telekinetic dexterity is gained in sheer overwhelming power. Keith can easily crush and destroy brick walls with his mind, throwing away objects and people alike or simply ripping reinforced doors down, and can incapacitate opponents at close range by "squeezing their heads." His telekinesis is primarily destructive, sacrificing controlled damage for raw damage.
  • [Chaos Magic]: Although not to an extent as Clara, Keith is knowledgeable in the art of Chaos Magic, using it primarily to execute Chaos Magic rituals alongside the rest of the Weirdo Clique.

Limitations:
  • Unless he is executing an AoE attack, Keith requires eyes on the target for his telekinesis, meaning he cannot crush an object that he cannot see.
  • Keith's abilities are destructive and uncontrolled, at best, meaning he must pick specific targets if he is to limit collateral damage or accidental team damage.
  • Keith's Chaos Magic requires proper vocalization and hand movements if they are to work.
  • A sober, calm mind is required for the best, most controlled effect of his telekinesis.

Weaknesses:
  • [Bloody Noses]: Extensive use of his mental abilities will give Keith nosebleeds, and cause him to become nauseous and disoriented, which further decreases the effectiveness of his powers.
  • [Only Human]: At the end of the day, Keith is only human, and carries all of the weaknesses that other humans have.

Likes: Gregorian chants, rap music, expensive designer clothes, shiny things, his van
Dislikes: His parents, headaches

Young Blood?: N (Weirdo Clique)
Bio:
Born and raised in a small town in West Virginia, Gabriel was an oddity to begin with at birth. Testing had shown there to be an increased amount of calcium present in his body, which the doctors shrugged off as just a sign of "denser bones." As a child, Gabriel would often play hard, contact sports such as football, rarely breaking a bone, if any, on the field. Of course, this all seemed to be pretty normal until Gabriel hit puberty, when his mutated meta-gene activated at around age 11. Then, Gabe was just a scrawny little kid who happened to play football. As he matured, though, he turned into a selfish, narcissistic and downright diabolical mind who loved winning at other people's expense. As an only child in a household that was frequented by squabbling parents and money issues, Gabriel soon turned to delinquency, injuring his first victim during an altercation in school that resulted in one kid blind on one eye from a bony dart and another with a badly broken tibia. It soon became clear to Gabriel's parents that something truly was wrong with their child, not just in his appearance (of various, sharp bones protruding from his body when angry), but also his behavior.

Gabriel's parents quickly put him into a boarding school in rural Maryland for "gifted youths," as they put it, which, in reality, was just an attempt to forcefully suppress the uncontrollable abilities of the students. It was during his time at one of these boarding schools that Gabriel met Keith Westwoods, a boy capable of causing massive amounts of damage with his mind alone. The two quickly formed an inseparable bond, and were lucky enough thanks to high test scores to be selected for an interstate program, giving the two the opportunity to transfer to Thomsen High in San Diego, a school specifically designed to teach youths gifted with powers like theirs on how to coexist with society. However, Gabriel didn't see such an optimistic view in Thomsen High, and would frequently use his powers to harass others either out of pleasure or for his own personal gain, citing unfairness in his world as his main motive to harass others. This earned him great notoriety among his class, the respect of Keith, and the attention of another like-minded individual that Gabriel would meet: Thelma Graves.

Thelma was a young woman capable of manipulating gravity, who would first become acquainted with Keith and Gabriel, then friends. Like Keith and Gabriel, Thelma was an outcast, but differed from the most in that she had an interesting hobby: reading about Chaos Magic, a selfish and dark form of magic that the trio would soon become obsessed with. Taking the pseudonym of Keter and giving Gabriel and Thelma the pseudonyms of Yesod and Malkuth, respectively, Keith formed the Weirdo Clique, a group of friends dedicated to unlocking the true mystery behind Chaos Magic and the power within. Although they would find themselves unable to move to the next level of their studies, Keith would later find the metaphorical key to the next level in the form of Clara Mason, a rather powerful Chaos Magician and the newest member of the clique and an interesting figure to say the least.

From then on, the Clique would continue their studies on the occult, preparing for their chaos magic ritual while they did so.

Powers:
  • [Skeleton Manipulation]: Gabriel's meta-gene affects the serious mutation regarding his skeleton. In short, the bones in his body grow at unnatural, almost inhuman rates, all the time. In any other event, his mutation would've been seen as a death sentence to anyone normal should a bone penetrate something like a vital organ, but Gabriel actually thrives with his condition and is capable of accomplishing a variety of feats with his skeleton. This includes rapidly growing and reshaping his bones to his liking, manipulating the density or weight of his bones, protruding bones from limbs or other parts of his body, and even firing bone-based projectiles from his body and making bone constructs. At will, Gabriel can hide or "unsheath" specialized bones in on his limbs and joints that can serve as impromptu close-quarters bladed or blunt weapons easily capable of shredding through foes, and can also produce a thick bony armor over his skin to aid in defense, or shoot calcium-based projectiles from his body. Effectively, this turns Gabriel into a living weapon, able to enter traditionally no-weapons areas and use his own body as a weapon without detection, turning him into a dangerous close quarter combatant and infiltrator.
  • [Strong, Swift, or Sturdy]: Gabriel's bones, by default, are much stronger than ordinary bones, and can also be used to increase his strength and resilience in battle. He may grow a thick bony armor over his skin in combat, increase the density of his bones to add extra power to his blows, or even make his bones hollow like a bird to increase his mobility and agility in combat.
  • [Pseudo-Regeneration]: In order to accommodate for his skin constantly ripping from bones emerging, Gabriel's skin heals at a much quicker rate, allowing him to recover from minor injuries in a couple of hours. This also translates to his bony abilities: should a bone in his body break, he can simply mend them together and move regularly, albeit painfully.
  • [Chaos Magic]: Although not to an extent as Clara, Gabriel is knowledgeable in the art of Chaos Magic, using it primarily to execute Chaos Magic rituals alongside the rest of the Weirdo Clique.

Limitations:
  • Decreasing bone density or making bones hollow makes Gabriel's bones significantly easier to break.
  • Increasing bone density or weight can weigh Gabriel down, as can growing a bony armor over his body.
  • Growing new bones is highly painful for Gabriel and requires a reserve of energy.
  • Gabriel's Chaos Magic requires proper vocalization and hand movements if they are to work.
  • A sober, calm mind is required for the best, most controlled effect of his Chaos Magic powers.

Weaknesses:
  • [IT HURTS]: While Gabriel is by no means invincible, it should be noted that he can still feel pain in his bones, meaning that it is entirely possible to beat him by making him succumb to pain and not by beating him senseless. While Gabriel has since become used to doing so with small bones, causing larger bones to exude from his body is rather painful, as are breaks. Also, as stated before, Gabriel's skin may be frequently torn open in order for bones to emerge, which too is very painful for larger bones, and takes longer to regenerate.
  • [Weary]: Constant extrusion and regeneration of bones can also wear out Gabriel—as can forcing him to fight with large numbers of bony weapons and armor growing from his body that cause him to be weighed down.

Likes: Skeleton charts, Power Metal, skeletal cadavers, Thelma, messing with Thelma, messing with people's heads
Dislikes: Hugging

Name: Thelma Graves - Malkuth
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Appearance:
Image

Young Blood?: N (Weirdo Clique)
Bio:
Hailing from nowhere else than the world-renowned and famous city of Bowie, Maryland, Thelma Graves never really had a good relationship with her parents. As a child, she was often imaginative and cheerful, but unfortunately lived in a rather divided household. Her mother was still trying to graduate from college, while her father, as docile as he was, had definitely screwed up in getting Mom pregnant in the middle of college, leading the two to fight constantly. Thelma's father eventually moved to Alaska, after somehow gaining a job with the government, while her mother finally graduated from school, ending up in a relationship with none other than her old science professor. Thelma was then thrust into a new life with new family, though, unfortunately, this did not last for long.

Around the time she reached puberty, Thelma's new father began a downwards spiral of alcoholism and domestic violence, forcing her and her mother to once again leave, instead moving to San Diego to stay with some family friends. It was in one of the schools in San Diego that Thelma found out that her powers had manifested, during a fight with another student that left the latter hospitalized. She herself began to change into a more selfish, reclusive, and, at times, indifferent person, a far cry of the outgoing, cheerful person she once was. Her mother grew concerned with her new growth, but her child was otherwise a good person who only acted out of self-defense, so, she was spared from most of the backlash that came from violently using powers to advance one's personal gain.

When she enrolled into Thomsen High as a freshman, Thelma picked up the hobby of reading books about Chaos Magic, a dark and selfish form of magic that thrived off those who were naturally reclusive, cast out from society, or otherwise selfish. She quickly became obsessed with the occult and this form of magic, yet, found herself unable to continue on in her studies. She later would meet Keith Westwoods, a young man who could cause mass devastation with his mind alone, along with Gabriel Queen, a teen around her age who could manipulate his bones into blades. The trio all shared one common interest, that being their desire to go further in their studies in Chaos Magic while also trying to survive the otherwise hostile school environment of Thomsen High as societal outcasts.

Keith Formed the Weirdo Clique in response to this, taking up the pseudonym of Keter and giving Thelma and Gabriel the pseudonyms of Malkuth and Yesod, respectively. This collective was dedicated to solving the true mystery behind Chaos Magic and the power within the art, while also defending one another and their interests. While they would find themselves unable to move to the next level of their studies, Keith would later find the metaphorical key to the next level in the form of Clara Mason, a powerful Chaos Magician and the newest member of the clique and an interesting figure to say the least.

Powers:
  • [Gravity Manipulator]: Thelma can manipulate gravity, allowing her to bend it to her will to make the area around her (around 30 feet) "heavy" or "light", altering an objects gravity by causing loose objects to fall up instead of down (or "sideways"), cause objects to orbit around her, flatten or compress objects, or downright removing the gravity of an object. With her powers, she can mimic telekinesis or flight. Theoretically, she is also capable of manipulating the gravity of astronomical objects like comets, or simply throwing space rocks down onto targets, though this requires concentration, awareness of the location of a celestial object, and, of course, time.
  • [Chaos Magic]: Although not to an extent as Clara, Thelma is knowledgeable in the art of Chaos Magic, using it primarily to execute Chaos Magic rituals alongside the rest of the Weirdo Clique.

Limitations:
  • Thelma is unable to create or destroy gravity, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources. Thus, "removing" an object's gravity would simply be lowering its gravitational pull to the point that it is effectively weightless.
  • Because they can control their own gravity, other gravity manipulators and those who can alter their own personal gravity are immune to her abilities.
  • Thelma's center of gravity is always herself, and, thus, she can only attract/repel things relative to/from only their current location.
  • Thelma can only manipulate gravity in a 30 feet radius around her body. By physically straining her body, this radius can expand.
  • Thelma's Chaos Magic requires proper vocalization and hand movements if they are to work.
  • A sober, calm mind is required for the best, most controlled effect of her powers.

Weaknesses:
  • [Weakling]: Take away the gravity manipulating and space rock-dropping powers and you're left with a regular human who can be killed like any regular human. Additionally, Gravity is the weakest of the fundamental forces, making it easy to be canceled out by the other forces.
  • [Energy]: Because energy does not have mass, and her powers involve manipulating the gravity of matter, Thelma cannot repel or destroy energy attacks. Additionally, the strength of her powers is directly related to her strength. A wide-awake Thelma is leagues more powerful than one who is tired.
  • [Cigarette's Curse]: For some reason, Thelma often feels like danger is looming over her when she smokes.... and she smokes a lot, making her constantly on edge (and under the effect of the curse)

Likes: Sci fi movies, smoking, astronomy
Dislikes: Pluto

So my biggest thing is, wifi and lacking combat skills are def limitations. I would appreciate one more significant weakness maybe something like electricity? Magnetism seems like an obvious one too.

Oh, okay. Sure, I'll add it soon enough.

Name: Akira Yasunaga

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Appearance (pics if possible):

Young Blood?: Nope. And never will, apparently.

Bio:

Born in Kyoto, Akira Yasunaga is the youngest son in seven siblings of Yasunaga family, a long-line generational family that dated back to Sengoku Jidai. Their origin closely related to mercantile and subsequent connections with Shimazu clan, but as centuries passed they began to turned their resources and focusing on technologies, although in the end they ended up only forming small-scale company developing technology devices for those who wished to be superheroes with technology-based superpowers instead. Akira was already an intelligent boy when he was young, with the knack of computer and engineering. It's apparent that his intelligence is high enough for him to developed things for his own and for the betterment of Japan's prowess in technology side.

For example of this intelligence, he was graduated from University of Tokyo with the engineering degree and with the highest scores. And even then it is simply just not enough for him, as he began to established himself as an independent hacker/contractor, working for those who offered him jobs, often on villainous acts. At this point he was simply felt bored and underachieved on things he already did so far. He did some research on his own as for explanation of his own powers and was revealed as a genetically-based powers, having been brought on from his ancestors. It was apparent that his powers are more than just intelligence in the highest level of the humanity, it is slightly reaching enhanced even when it is only the best in engineering and IT-related. Soon after this he was already 15, and by this time he also contributed wealth and resources to backed his own experiments and developments on things he wanted to do on.

He subsequently gained huge resources as the result, and began to working on his own suit as the means to protect himself more and thus lessening the cost of hiring bodyguards whenever he has to go on the field (despite the logic that hiring bodyguards is cheaper than making a suit). His villainous fame attracted attentions, one of which came from Warwolf International, who was pretty much attracted to his underworld fame as the independent hacker/contractor, and recruited him albeit temporarily as per the contract that he never work for anyone permanently, but in a period that can be extended. Soon after he relocated from Japan to United States and taking up residence in Hawaii, while waiting for his next assignment for Warwolf, having already worked for them in a "surveillance operation" in Egypt from a contract with one of the first world nations.

Powers:
  • Enhanced Intelligence: Genetically came from his ancestors, nonetheless the intelligence that he owns is higher beyond the limit of humanity's intelligence. Although it is only set maximum on engineering and IT, science is slightly higher but normally in the limit.
  • Enhanced Inventing: Able to invent technology-based devices and tools, provided he has the resources and the means to do so.
  • High-Tech Exoskeleton Suit: Employed by the Lycan means he has enormous resources to working upon. He built himself a high-tech state of the art exoskeleton suit in order to protect himself when he needs to be deployed to the field. The suit provides him with toughness, slight boost of strength, the blast abilities (repulsor, the likes of Iron Man's blast-type ability) and EMP-resistance.

Limitations (Reasons why your char can’t end the universe):
  • His prowess is limited on the technologies available to humanity, and despite his intelligence and adaptability, he only knows to a degree about Hadrian-based technology and he has no ambitions to rule the world whatsoever. His suit is also one-of-a-kind because of its huge cost in making one, thus not very easy to maintain the suit until an easier viability appears.
  • Electricity : He is weak to electricity, or more specifically his suit is vulnerable to electricity.

Weaknesses (Reasons why someone could kick their ass):
  • Physically untrained for combat: Combat-wise, he has little training in close combat and marksmanship.
  • Suit Vulnerability: If anything else, the suit is vulnerable to strong EMP-based attack, and the toughness only survived until so many hits.
  • No Access to Internet: Without access to internet, he is not strong.
(Note, you do not have a maximum or minimum of 2 weaknesses. If you don’t need all those, delete them. If you need more, copy and paste.)

Likes: Hacking, inventing things
Dislikes: Being quiet.

Additional Information (Optional; remove if unused)-
Birthday: February 28th
Theme song: Akira's Theme
Favorite food: Salmon, anything that is salmon-based.
Greatest fear: Without internet

Name: Sebastian Miller
Age: 30
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance (pics if possible):
Normal and Transformed (reference)
Harry stands at 2,23m and 120 Kg.
Young Blood?: N
Bio:

Sebastian Miller, son of the heavyweight boxer Gerald Miller, was close to his father since childhood. It wasn't hard to spot the boy near the ring while his father exchanged blows with the competitors, and it wasn't hard to guess the career he would choose if things kept going that way. Even if his father always mentioned to the boy that the fight was "the cleanest part of a dirty scheme", the young boy was fascinated by it. And his size definitely helped him.

His calm childhood and teenage years were only shaken by the event that showed him his power: When he was 16, he was about to be run over by a car, when his skin turned into metal. The crash did more damage to the car than did to him, and the whole thing ended up being kept as a secret. He continued normally with his life, eventually debuting as a MMA fighter when he was 22 years old. In three years of fighting, he built a respectable cartel and acquired the reputation worthy of a skilled fighter.

However, his career would end three years after his debut. His victory over a more popular fighter caused the considerable loss of money for a major gambler. Knowing that he wouldn't get back from the blow, the said major gambler ordered a hit on him, one made to look like it was a robbery. The "robber" managed to kill Sebastian's father, however he failed to do so with Sebastian himself. Once again his power saved him, but he was destroyed by what happened. He retired one week after the death of his father, and found himself falling into depression. It was during the year he was depressed he learned to "activate" and "deactivate" his powers, eventually considering something very distant: A life of vigilantism. Following the well-known examples of extremely strong and resilient heroes like Goliath and Mammoth, Sebastian set his mind out to fight crime. His naturally strong complexion allied with his power transformed him into a walking tank.

Now, four years after the start of his career, his identity is a secret. But how long can he keep this secret and how long he can stay away from the many heroic teams in America? Only time will show Sebastian's future, and how he will deal with the things ahead of him.
Powers:
  • Organic Metal Transformation: Sebastian's main ability is to transform his skin and tissues into a type of organic metal in a few seconds. This transformation affects his whole body, and he can't become selectively armored.
  • Superhuman Strength, Stamina and Durability: As a result of his transformation. Sebastian gains superhuman levels of strength, being able to lift around 100 tons when transformed, keep up considerable efforts for a long time and is able to withstand bullets, considerable explosions, low and high temperatures with ease.
  • Expert Fighter: Given his experience as a fighter, Sebastian is a dangerous hand-to-hand fighter even in his human form. He applies his experience and strength when fighting while he's transformed, which makes him an even more dangerous foe.

Limitations:
  • Without his transformation, he's a normal human.
  • Even transformed, he can get tired and his strength, even if it is enormous, will meet a limitation.

Weaknesses:
  • Humanity: Don't expect him to survive a bullet to the head if he's not transformed.
  • Physics: When transformed, Sebastian's body will behave like metal. Under absolute heat, he'll start to melt and under absolute cold, he'll freeze and get fragile. Given the metallic nature of his powers, he is an easy target for metal manipulators.
  • Magic: Even if he is extremely resilient, a blade or bullet that is enchanted will easily get through his skin when he is transformed, given the fact his power doesn't come from a magical nature.

Likes: Weightlifting, Exercise, Fights
Dislikes: Gambling, Illegal fights, Crime bosses

Additional Information
Birthday: October 23rd, 1987
Greatest fear: Failing to protect the people he cares about.

Finished.

If there is any need to change anything, tell me and I'll edit it.

Hmm. Well, most of the characters are at San Diego, and a few players are starting up a group of ruthless vigilantes. If you're into that, you can get in touch with Rebel. Otherwise, IIRC Anxiety Cafe wanted someone for his character to interact with over in New York, you can hit him up as well if you want.

We have a Discord server if you want more direct communication, the invite link's on the OP, though not all members are on there.

Name: Sydney "Syd" Ramirez, AKA Ember
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Appearance (pics if possible): Sydney Ramirez
Young Blood?: Y
Bio: Born and raised in the Big Apple and surrounding areas, Sydney Ramirez had a loving family with bad luck. The second of six children, 19-year old Syd was forced to help her mom around the small house from a young age while her father worked a boring office job to provide for the family. She has vague fond memories of an older brother that she barely knew, who left when she was very young.

Sydney discovered her powers early in high school, accidentally scorching the ground against some longstanding bullies. After that point, she tried her best to only use her powers for harmless things (cooking food, warming the house, etc). Regardless of how the powers were used, they were still an anomaly and people treated her with caution. To solve the problem of super-prejudice against their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ramirez sought out a place where Sydney could learn about her powers in relative safety. She acquiesced, and was sent across the country to Thomsen High School in San Diego, with room and board and a little job all for herself. After a year and a half at the school, Sydney made some friends, made alright grades, and made some progress with her powers, but otherwise she was doing alright for herself while growing up on her own.

Powers:
  • Fire Manipulation: Does what it says on the tin, Syd can create and control fire.
  • Pyrokinetic Constructs: Making things out of fire. Commonly used by Syd to shape fire into a sphere that bursts on contact.
  • Fire/Heat Immunity: Immune to high temperatures and the effects of fire.
  • Fire Absorption: Extending to fire she didn't produce, Syd can absorb it to fuel her own abilities.
  • Healing Factor (Minor): Syd can recover from wounds slightly faster than normal humans.
  • Enhanced Condition (Minor): Syd is slightly stronger, faster, and more durable than normal humans.
  • Fire Mimicry: The ability to turn into fire, partially or wholly, but for a limited time.

Limitations:
  • Concentration: Fire is wild and volatile, and if Syd isn't careful it can get out of control very quickly. Her Fire Mimicry is more susceptible to this than others; if she loses concentration her body will resume solid form, wherever it is, or her body might get too spread out to reform.
  • Atmosphere/Fuel: As of this date, science has not discovered a way to have fire burn in space (and Syd hasn't found out a way either). For the fire to continue burning after projected from her body, it needs fuel on contact with a surface. So hitting a brick building might leave scorch marks, but won't leave the stone burning.

Weaknesses:
  • Water: She can't use her Fire Mimicry when soaked, and her fire can be doused like any other. "Weaker when wet."

Likes: Cooking, soccer, exploring new places, rock music.
Dislikes: Wasting time, people who act entitled, homework.

Ok, just a suggestion to slightly nerf Syd, maybe make the water an actual weakness when on fire? Like, maybe water would feel like acid or give scars/burns.
yea bro idk

I think the part about needing fuel is a limitation rather than a weakness, and I'd appreciate either another actual weakness or another limitation, but if you can't think of any, that's fine, I don't think she's excessively strong regardless.
