Now, the suggested cities that I believe the future world CEO is most likely to reside seem to be New York, London, Dubai, Tokyo, or building a new one on the moon. Would it make a difference which city it was if selected by an American or Chinese corporation?

Tbh, I think a city in a neutral country, such as Zurich in Switzerland, would make the most sense as a world capital from a diplomatic standpoint.
