I don't think believing in the legitimacy of Tsarist rule makes one far right necessarily (or being a monarchist in general). Tsarist Russia was a multiethnic state that a decent degree of tolerance for other religions, at any rate it's a far cry from "muh white skin shows muh superiority" and things that usually crawl out of the far right.

It may be considered far right in a certain sense, especially if you support absolute monarchy. It may be different from the popular stereotype of what "far right" means, but it certainly is right wing.

It's impossible to talk about proletarian democracy unqualified, because various tendencies have meant very different things by it. A Stalinist apparatchik would talk about proletarian democracy being the backbone of the Soviet Union right up until the moment the GUGB beats him until he signs a false confession of being an English spy and is shot in the basement of Lubjanka.
