I'm on the fence as to whether this violated any rule. The legal defense loophole that I see, is that this was their opinion of what would happen, rather than an actual policy proposal made on their behalf; so it was all taken out of context. My interpretations don't hold any power or one iota of influence, but I ask that it be taken under advisement that this is possibly just a misunderstanding?

I accept my warning if reporting things in Moderation counts as spamming moderation, but I notice that other things were ruled on without comment on this, so... Neither involved nor contributing relevant info (as which, I'm given to understand, opinions do not count) on a report (unless they were involved, in which case they are evading a 10-day player ban).

Please be aware, that while mods may choose to honor a third-party request for a second opinion at their discretion, they are not required to do so. Formal appeals must be made by the person who was subject of moderator action, and not by a third party. Third-party appeals will not be considered.

There's absolutely no reason to report things that occur in Moderation, to Moderation. It will be seen when it's seen, and either acted upon if actionable, or not.

In this case, it's not actionable. The player involved was a party privy to an exchange that resulted in another player's account being DEAT'd, and thus may have information relevant to the context of that same exchange.
