Wedding of the Century
Crown Princess Maria Christina and Prince-Royal Matthieu are married!

Crown Princess Maria Christina and Matthieu, Grand Duke of Baranja have been pronounced husband and wife at Saint Stephan’s Basilica in Bledaoestra. The Crown Princess and Crown Prince , as they will now be known (also titled Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Baranja), made their vows in front of 8,450 guests and the eyes of the world.

All eyes were on the bride as she made her way towards the abbey. She showed few signs of nerves, smiling and waving at the crowds from her limousine and sat next to her uncle, Archduke Leopold, Grand Duke of Crisana. The bride opted for a gorgeous and regal creation by Elizabeth Percy, an A-line dress floor length off the shoulder lace sleeves, a swagged train and a fine veil of chantilly lace. According to Bleda Palace the dress "epitomises timeless craftsmanship by the best in the world for the best in the world".

Flanked by her sister and maid of honour, Archduchess Maria Amalia, who was wearing a long, cream silk gown, the bride was also accompanied by young bridesmaids Crown Princess Michelle of Poland, Tünde Papp, Princess Charlotte Josepha of Lüneburg, and Bernadette Szilágyi, and pageboys Prince Christopher de Condé and László Katona-András.

Matthieu stood next to his maternal cousin, Prince Jean, and as Maria Christina joined him at the altar he and the heir to the throne broke into a smile. Maria Christina’s mother, Empress Maria Anna, wearing a fitted blue-grey Kis Endrecoutfit, looked on with pride.

The wedding was recorded as the largest public Imperial event since Francis II’s coronation in the 2016 and the event with the most foreign dignitaries as guest ever in Polonge. Guests included eleven heads of states and monarchs outside of Polonge:

Two prime ministers also attended, Lord Variés of Derita and Lord Rhodeste of Beliany. All of Maria Christina’s aunts and uncles and cousins attended, expect for the Grand Duke and Duchess of Lorraine. The same was true for Matthieu expect his uncle Leo III, his aunt Princess Maria Raphaela, his cousin King Luis II of Portugal.

The wedding ceremony passed without hitch, with the only moment of tension provided as Matthieu struggled to put the ring, the same one his mother, Empress Aubrey of the Royally United Provinces had worn, fashioned from Provite gold given to Matthieu by his grandfather, on his bride's finger.

After the vows Cardinal Kristóf Várádos, the head of the Roman Catholic Church in Polonge, declared: "I pronounce that them be man and wife together, in the name of the father, and of the son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen."

In a prayer, written by the couple for the occasion, they said: "God our father, we thank you for our families; for the love that we share and for the joy of our marriage."
As the couple left Saint Stephen’s Basilica, the crowds, some of whom had been camping for days for the moment, erupted into a fresh wave of cheers as they climbed into state landau carriages for the horse-drawn procession to Bleda Palace.

The married couple waved at crowds as they passed the crowds via Parliament Square, Sandárplatoa, Fortess Domonkos and Saint Alanna Square. Despite fears of thundery showers, threatening grey skies produced no rain.

The couple joined the Empress who is giving a lunchtime reception at Bleda Palace for 650 guests, described by the palace as "a private gathering for guests drawn from the congregation who will represent the couple's official and private lives". Here they had their marriages blessed by former Emperor Francis II, former Empress Alanna and former Empress Josephine.

At just before 1:30 pm Matthieu and Maria Christina kissed for the first time in public on the balcony of Bleda Palace over looking the Danuj River. The fleeting embrace sent the already ecstatic crowds wild, and was repeated during a flypast.

After more than five minutes of waving to the crowds, the couple walked hand in hand back through the doors of the palace. Earlier, stepping on to the balcony, Matthieu appeared to gasp "Oh my" as the royal couple saw the tens of thousands of well-wishers lining Saint Alanna Square before being joined by members of their family.

The Empress of Polonge will give a private dinner, followed by dancing, for close friends and family.

Imperial Navy trails the NTS Izanami

Grand Admiral Alphen has ordered the Carrier Strike Group Lorraine and Carrier Strike Group Gallia to monitor the North Timerian carrier strike group as it passes by Atmoran territorial waters, HMS Gallia will be monitoring the NTS Izanami while it's traveling through the North Atmoran Ocean as the HMS Gallia it will be joined by the Westphalian Carrier Strike Group Vovelsheim.

HMS Gallia and HMWS Vovelsheim will continue to follow the Izanami until it reaches the Central Atmoran Ocean, where it will be joined by HMS Lorraine after it has left Imperial Forces Base Esquimalt. Grand Admiral Alphen has expressed his concern with a North Timerian Carrier passing through Atmoran waters, and has stated that the Imperial Navy and the Imperial Westphalian Navy will be working together to ensure Atmoran sovereignty in the Atmoran Ocean and that sure provocative manoeuvres in Atmora's seas will not be tolerated nor will the Atmoran people ever forget this dangerous move off their coast.

Not only has Lord Alphen deployed two Imperial carrier strike groups in the Atmoran Ocean, but he also ordered the immediate deployment of Carrier Strike Group Winter's Embrace and requested Mizuhan Carrier Strike Group Taihō to immediately depart from their homeport of Yokosuka to patrol the Jade Ocean and pass through the Timerian Strait, where from their they'd turn around and make port at Polonge, where they'd remain until returning back to Imperial Forces Base Yokosuka.

Atmoran begins airstrikes in Estovakia!

Field Marshal Lord Altena, Commander-in-Chief of the European Command has announced today that Imperial Forces will immediately begin conducting airstrikes within the Republic of Estovakia. The Fleet Air Arm and the Imperial Air Force's target in Estovakia is the Free Estovakian Army an terrorist organisation hell bent on destroying regional peace. The decision to get involved in the Estovakian Civil War comes about after the Sierrapolis Police Department prevented a terrorist attack in Sierrapolis from happening.

A small group of Members of Parliament, most notably from the Liberal Democrats and the Greens have denounced Atmoran Intervention in Estovakia, calling for immediate end to Atmoran airstrikes in the region. Prime Minister Lady Campbell has dismissed the concerns from the Green Party and the Liberal Democrats, stating that Atmoran intervention is necessary in order to maintain regional peace.

Polongain Drone Strikes in west Estovakia!

Anett Csatár spoke in a press conference today announcing the beginning of a campaign in west Estovakia in support of Atmoran forces in the Estovakian Civil War. General Csatár, recently appointed as Secretary of the Air Force, has ordered the attacking of a Estovakian city, Kisalu, just 27.7 miles from the border of Polonge on the coast. The attack saw 24 Fokos cruise missiles being fired on the city. Csatár has said that

"It is in the interest of empire that peace be maintained against the threat of this so calledFree Estovakian Army. The Republic of Estovakia can not be allowed to fall and we shall do whatever necessary to prevent this."

Some critics, including Alex Fekete, Speaker of the National Assembly has taken a cynical view of the actions of the military. A moderate from the Javulo Party, headed by Prime Minister von Hopfer, Speaker Fekete has gone as far to question if Polonge should involve itself with their eastern neighbor and yet another armed conflict so soon after the end of the Joskaiote War internally. Speaker Fekete stated that if Maria Anna launches airstrikes on Estovakia, it will not be long before she marches an army in as well.

Invasion of Estovakia!

Fifth Army marching into Western Estovakia

General Bakos Mihály, General Renátó Lakatos and General Vasa Géza marched the Fifth Army, Fourth Army and Third Army of Polonge across the border into Estovakia, capturing the city of Kisalu, a city that had been bombarded by air strikes only days ago. There had been threats of invasion of Estovakia since early this month following the beginning of an air strike campaign by Atmora. The invasion force of 540,000, including 300,000 veterans of the Joskaiote war swiftly marched through the grassy knoll plains of the western region of the country. Following the capture Kisalu, Prime Minister Nickolaus von Hopfer made a statement in Bledapestra.

“Estovakia is a nation facing many struggles and has become an unstable section in the region and it has become our duty to intervene. Despite earlier reports, we are not fully supporting the military junta that has taken root in Estovakia. Nor shall we support the actions of the so called Free Estovakian Army. The FEA has a reasonable goal and while democracy is a righteous cause, it is not an infallible one. Acts of terrorism will not be tolerated. It is the duty of Polonge to stabilize the Republic of Estovakia, through whatever means necessary.

Bombs over Novigad

As the 3rd, 4th and 5th Armies of Polonge march on Novigrad, Anett Csatar has up the airstrikes on Estovakia, aiming most of her drone attacks on the capital of Estovakia itself, Novigrad. Supposedly the 5th Army has annihilated any civilian resistance it has come in contact with, its overwhelming size and force cutting a path through the countryside and destroying and everything its path that threaten to stop the goal of a stabilized Estovakia. The continuous bombardment of the city has seen over 134 ALCMs striking the capital while dozens of other smaller strikes pepper much of the the western part of the country. In Ploce, Commodore Aloysius Héroux has ordered an amphibious assault landing, with 15,000 landing on one of the closer peninsulas of Estovakia on Lake Royva, the transboundary lake that sits between Polonge and Estovakia. Meanwhile 15,500 more troops are expected to hand near Novigrad within 48 hours.

Crowd tear down statue of Generalissimo Oslo

General Bakos Mihály marched into the capital city of Estovakia, the city of Novigrad today with the fast moving and mighty force of the Fifth Imperial Army and the 5th Imre Division under Commodore Aloysius Hérouz. The capture of the city has been hailed as the great achievements of the empire, seeing that they are powerful enough to quickly capture a foreign capital and protect its borders from the dangers of others and stabilize the region.

Nearly 200,000 troops marched through the ruins of the bombarded city.

Polongains were meet with mediocre resistance, the vast majority of the Estovakian defenses having be destroyed in the interest aerial bombardment of the city by Polongain Air Force. Despite the relatively weak resistance that was put up against the Imperial Army, there has reportedly been a very high number of Estovakian causalities.

Reports are unclear as to the number of deaths, but there are reports as far as up to 2,300, most in civilian lives lost.

Polongain Imperial troops, arriving from both the lake and from through the carnage of the city attacked the headquarters of Oslo lead Junta. Forces quickly destroyed much of the Junta Headquarters and searched the government buildings, finding most of them abandoned. It appears that much of the Oslo government fled the city shortly before the arrival of the Fifth Imperial Army.

General Mihály however did capture President Kyle Oslo, Supreme Commander of Estovakia, taking him prisoner.

General Bakos Mihály has announced that he has forcefully removed Oslo from office and has accepted the position of Interregnum President of Estovakia at the urging of foreign powers for the sake of stability. Mihály has declared martial law throughout Estovakia with roughly half of the country under Polongain Imperial Armed Forces control. He has demanded that the rest of the nation’s generals surrender and that the F.E.A stand down so that talks can begin. Bakos Mihály has assured the world that he will lead Estovakia through strength and might with the consent of the people, but only until a new government can be born through compromise and peace.

Estovakian Flee Polongain Invasion Forces

As Polongain forces continue their advance into Estovakia more civilians have fled to the East in seek of refugee. As thousands of Estovakian migrate from the West many have been concerned about the humanitarian crisis this war has created. With nowhere to go the civilians have been caught in in an unwavering hail of munitions. North Timeria has yet to set up a major refugee program and Estovakians are wondering when they will receive help. Currently, the FEA is their only help as they fight to protect Estovakians across the country.

One of the biggest concerns coming out of Estovakia is the reportedly high number of civilians casualties. Some are questions if the parties involved are respecting civilians lives while engaging. WIthout any direct access to Estovakia, horror stories have been flooding out of Estovakia on social media. They have not yet been confirmed but many people are looki9ng at the government to do a formal investigation into some of the reports. Some of the worst reports are coming from the Polongain occupation territories as civilians flee the area. Many are missing family members they were captured or have lost contact with those from certain cites. The TIA has stated they are looking into reports but have yet to state any finding or official reports. Many are waiting for a response from Reeves who has been extremely conservative on taking any action.

The troop's morale is high and the expectation is that this will be a quick and easy victory.

The Royalist plot involved one of the President's own once close friend, Jack Taylor. Grand Duchess Charlotte of Lorraine, the young estranged wife of Grand Duke Joseph III who just months ago unsuccessfully tried to seize the throne from his older sister and just last month was exiled to Astraeus, announced that she is pregnant from her exile in Gênes.it appears that Joseph and Charlotte were able to share one last moment together before Joseph was taken away to the prison world. News from Berlin yesterday left many curious about international and inter-royal relations today.

Kaiser Wilhelm III of Rhine-East Berlin announced his engagement to Princess Marianne of the Netherlands, the posthumous daughter of King Willem-Alexander II, who went mad and eventually died in 2059, just months before Anna Charlotte ascended the throne. The birth of Prince Alexandre and Princess Marianne from Queen Dowager Alexandrine has left many wondering about the succession.

Prince Jean, the second son of the Empress and third-in-line to the throne, acted as a representative for the Crown today, stating that while Alexandre and Marianne are recognized as heirs to the throne, the family of the reigning monarch takes president over them. Anna Charlotte, according to her son, “Is happy to see Marianne become Empress Consort of Rhône-East Berlin” and “looks forward for the wedding.”

Fortress Zon: The first and last line of defense for the Solar System

‘’The Solar System is the one and only birthplace of humanity. Through the construction of these massive fortifications we can assure the human race that we will never have to look for a second home ever again.’’ –Niels Kamp, chief architect of the fortress.

‘’During the winter of 2072 there was a very real possibility that the Solar System would have fallen to the Vrakyan and Phannon war machines. Back then only the combined strength of all the human fleets could have made the difference. When the fortress is fully operational these fears will be extinguished forever.’’ –Jonathan Kroon, UFSC Grand Admiral.

Having learned their lessons from only half a decade earlier the United Forces Space Command has received the necessary funding and resources to transform the entirety of the Solar System into an impregnable fortress. Fortress Zon or ‘Het Zonnefort’ as it is known in Iravian will become the first and most important line of defense during an inevitable second battle of the Solar System.

‘’Humanity is expanding faster then we ever have before in history. The last few decades are perhaps only rivalled by the colonization efforts of the early Iravian empire and works of fiction. Sooner or later this expansion is guaranteed to bring upon us a larger and more formidable foe then the Second Contact War has given us (Atmora & Irav). Therefor it is in our best interest to begin preparing for the inevitable right now. –Jasper Collens, ex-military governor of Khitomer.

In a press conference on the 7th of May the United Forces first informed the public of the massive undertaking and began revealing little pieces of details concerning the different lines of defense that the fortress would feature. Now that more information has become available for public knowledge we are able to give you a detailed insight into the plans of the United Forces Space Command to construct Fortress Zon.

The first line of defense; the Oort Line, is as the name would suggest located in the Oort cloud. The first line of fortifications are named after the Iravian astronomer Jan Oort, who was the first one to prove the existence of the Oort cloud. The Oort Line is located 86.000 AU’s (astronomical units) away from the center of the Solar System and consist of a 360 degree bubble of interplanetary quantum radars. These quantum radars can detect starships traveling at the hypothetical speed of Warp 9, a speed that human ships have yet to come close to.

Backing up the Oort Line is the UFSC Solar Tactical Response Unit or the UFSC-STRU who will receive six new bases of forward operations at a distance of 82.000 AU’s from the center of the Solar System. If a threat is detected the Tactical Response Unit can move in to intercept in less than an hour. This unit has also received the responsibility to police and monitor the various Alcubierre highways leading in and out of the system.

One controversial part of beefing up the defenses of the Solar System is that all passenger and cargo ships travelling to and from humanities home system will be forced to get a license to operate. Director of the UFSC Solar Tactical Response Unit, Owen van Baelen, has mentioned in a press release only hours ago that any ship, Iravian or not, that refuses to oblige these new rules will be boarded and searched as a result.

‘’We are doing everything in our power to provide the safety of the Solar System and its many billion inhabitants. If such safety requires permits and licenses then that is a price that we must be willing to pay. Safety is not free, and without monitoring the flow of cargo out and into this system we might as well dismantle the entire fortress. What good is a multi-trillion NSDollar fortress when the enemy could smuggle all its weaponry straight through its walls?’’ –Owen van Baelen, director of the UFSC Solar Tactical Response Unit.

After the formidable defenses out in the Oort cloud we find the second line of defense of the Solar System. The Kerstholt Line is situated out in the Kepler belt, at a distance of 47 AU’s relative to the center of the Sun. The Kerstholt Line will feature more defensive installations and a large part of the UFSC Sol Fleet will be based right behind this defensive line. Here to we find plenty of interplanetary quantum radars. These radars however will be, together with the radars on the Donovan Line, able to track all ships throughout both the inner and outer Solar System.

The Kerstholt Line is also the place where the Alcubierre highways come to an end. This requires the Solar Tactical Response Unit to intercept any suspicious and illegal cargo at the several defensive installations that the Kerstholt Line will feature. Apart from the above mentioned equipment and hardware the second line will also be equipped with the first anti-ship defenses of the Solar Fortress. Thousands of asteroids will be rebuild to anti-ship battery stations which can assist the United Forces Space Command during battle.

After the Kerstholt Line we find the gas giants of the Solar Systems, namely Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, and Jupiter. These enormous planets are of great tactical importance to the United Forces Space Command. Any invading force would use the enormous gravity of these behemoths to slingshot themselves towards the inner Solar System. A move that is widely taught in the UFSC and various foreign academies. To prevent an invading force from using these tactics against the United Forces Space Command, the architectural team has drawn up plans to transform a dozen moons around the four gas giants into giant mobile battle stations. These stations can either engage incoming fleets themselves or can act in a supporting role to the UFSC task forces.

These battle stations will feature the latest planetary laser-based technology that was available to the Iravian planners. It is rumoured that the technology used to make the intercontinental railguns Tundra and Little Titan will also be used to construct the lasers on the dozen new moon sized battle stations.

The last line of the Fortress is to be found no further then the Asteroid Belt. Here we find the Donovan Line, which is truly the last line of defense for planet Earth if there is ever an invading force descending upon the fortress. The Donovan Line is named after the 181st president of the Iravian Federation, Justin Thomas Donovan, who was considered to be the greatest statesman of his time by many experts. Many of the defenses found in the Kerstholt Line, such as the quantum radars, defensive installations, and the purposely rebuilt asteroids that function as anti-ship missile platforms.

‘’In a worst case scenario the Donovan Line could hold of a far numerically superior force for multiple months. The installations, quantum radars, and anti-ship platforms are too numerous to be taken out any sooner than that. Combine that with the might of the UFSC Sol fleet and you have just created yourself a receipt for success.’’ –Lonneke Mertens, Rear Admiral of the UFSC Sol Fleet.
 
In the event that the inner Solar System is under siege, the United Forces Space Command has one more ace up its sleeve. On the surface of Venus, far below the toxic clouds and atmosphere of the planet there are numerous verteron array’s. The verteron array is an incredible powerful directed-energy weapon. The verteron array has been in position for decades and has even assisted in terraforming planetary bodies like Mangala (Mars) and Yue (the Moon). Similar weaponry has also been constructed in reinforced bunkers on Mangala and Yue.

As of right now the fortress is still in its infancy. The only real weaponry is found on already Iravian controlled worlds such as Mangala, Venus, and Yue and has been in place for several decades now. What the construction of the fortress will mean for interstellar travel is not yet certain. However the director of the UFSC, Marten van den Berg, has reassured the public and the numerous world governments that apart from a required and free to obtain license not a lot will change.

Prince André, Duke of Normandy opened the Musée Pinchon in Vanessa today to a crowd of 32,000 people.

The Pinchon, formally a Château owned by Martin Pinchon-Rossignol, has been branded as the National Museum of Intellectuals of the Celestial Empire. It has been made to honor the hundreds, if not thousands of Deritains who have severely impacted the nation and the world.

The museum as over 58,000 exhibits. The museum branches to have included professionals, erudite and artists.

The 20 year old Duke of Normandy, grandson of the King-Emperor, was chosen by the Board of Commissioners to open the Pinchon do to his own many contributions kart with his many paintings and poems that have become world known as heart-breakingly beautiful.

The Duke of Normandy then lead the first tour of the Pinchon, visiting many of the most important and flashy exhibits, though not all. Experts say that it would take 82 days to see every artifact and painting in the museum, and even then you would only be able to spend 30 seconds on an exhibit. And that’s if you were at the museum all day everyday without stopping.

Some, though not all the exhibits that the Duke of Normandy visited, were that of of Jules Cesar, discoverer terrestrial helium. Mathieu Auguste, discoverer of Lithium. The Duke of Normandy even visited s replica of Caos’ tomb, who was not actually a Deritain, but spent much of his life in the Celestial Empire and died on Andoraan in 2073. Caos was buried in Derita in 2076.

The tour ended at the Pinchon’s massive stature of the King-Emperor, of whom many see as one of the greatest intellectuals to come from Derita. The life size statue stands on a 25 foot tall stand, all made of solid gold and obsidian.

The tour and opening of the Musée Pinchon ended with a speech by the Duke of Normandy.

First Annual Majestueux Music Festival

Neven Culic, Director of Public Affairs made an agreement with Bruno Ardouin, President and CEO of Majestueux Music to host a large scale music festival in late August on the beaches of Mauzer Island. The festival will be held every year for the foreseeable future. It is hoped to bring in musicians from around the world to perform at the 12 day festival. It is hoped that the festival shall bring in large amounts of visitors and revenue for the Kingdom.

Amperiale Forces raised the flag of the Celestial Empire over Nagakita on the Kapurikōn Strait today as the Celestial Empire celebrates peace and victory after Prince Regent André led an expeditionary mission unto the princely states of these southern islands.

On July 28, 2078, the Prince Regent and a force of 20,000 Amperiale Soldiers landed on the island of Sougawa at the request of Prince Kinjo Natsuo as the region was splintered into civil war.

The seven clans, Kinjo, Tada, Fujikawa, Harada, Maki, Chigusa and Dokura have been fighting among the selves in the Asakura Isles for nearly eleven years, each clan controlling little more that one area of the nation and gaining very little over the years. The chaos caused lefties thousands dead. Finally, Prince Natsuo sought to bring peace to his land and sent Ishikawa Tokaji to Fontainebleau to request aid from the Celestial Empire in the matter.

In a rare act of interventionism, Prince Régent André agreed to help the Kinjo Clan and bring peace to the isles.

After landing in Sougawa, they seized control of the tiny but well located island of Pīkantaipu, captured the head of the Fujikawa Clan, Prince Ashihei and 1,148 of his soldiers.

A second attack happened on July 29, 2078 under Lieutenant General Jérémy Vallotton attacked the island of Asarano and Jamigawa, resulting in the Battle of Hashinai in the early morning. Eleven members of the Harada Clan Army were killed and over 95 injured. 52 Amperiale Soliders were also injured. Later that same day, General Vallotton faces Prince Masahiro of the Harada Clan and Prince Yosuke of Maki Clan the at the Battle of Kumikani on Asarano. Vallotton’s forces, supported by air strikes routed the defenders, Masahiro killed by one of the missile strikes on his base while Prince Yosuke committed suicide before he could be capture. On the night of the 29th-30th, Princess Waka, widow of Yosuke surrendered Maki Castle to special forces that had landed on the island of Jawigawa.

Also on the 30th, a brief bombardment of Kuzubiro Island saw the surrender of Prince Takanori of the Tada Clan.

At 12:00 pm, July 30, 2078 Prince Chikao of Chigusa and Prince Aki of Dokura surrendered. At the Dokura estate of Masuda they meet with Prince Régent André, Prince Natsuo. They were later joined by Prince Ashihei, Prince Roka (Masahiro’s successor) and Princess Waka as representative of her toddler son, Prince Yataro.

With the Treaty of Masuda, the Isles of Asakura formally ended their civil war and recognized Natsuo as Ōji of Asakura, high prince or king of the islands. Several hours later, Ōji Natsuo declared Christopher II of Derita as Emperor of Asakura. The capital was moved to Nagakita, the former capital of the Dokura Clan. The Prince Régent has announced his intention to return to Nagakita with his family to take a tour of the islands.

Today after weeks of intense debate, the Viscountess Campbell has pushed her Sentient Beings Rights Act of 2078 through the House of Commons and the Senate, along further funds for the rebuilding of the Kingdom of Vrakya and reparations for Vrakyan families who were deeply impacted by the Atmoran-Vrakyan War. The SBRA was filibustered for nearly a day by Frederick Lawrence, Member of Parliament for Lincoln-Graycott the Leader of the Conservative party in the House of Commons. Mr. Lawrence filibustered the SBRA and allocation of funds to Vrakya on the basis that the Atmoran Government doesn't owe the Vrakyans a single Guilder, they were the ones who sacked Actium and Eirene they were the aggressors not the Atmorans, he believes if anyone owes money it's the Vrakyans who slaughtered innocents.

Prime Minister Lady Campbell, Opposition Leader Nycole Bellerose and VNSP Party Leader Elsanne Noodvelt ended Lawrence's filibuster with a Supermajority vote from the Liberals, New Democrats and VNSP.

The Sentient Beings Rights Act, extends humans rights to the non-human species of the Atmoran Empire, whether they be Mithran, Vrakyan or Sangheili they will protected by the law as equals to the Terran-Atmorans. Stellar Defense Fleet Announces Rearmament and Modernization Program

From it's conception, the Stellar Defense Fleet has been playing catch up with the larger and more advanced Interstellar Nations of Terra. However with the discovery and subsequent adoption of hyperspace technology for standard use, the fleet came one step closer. Now the SDF has announced that it will be undergoing severe doctrine changes within the next few years, as well as adopting and constructing new technologies, weaponry and starship that will allow it to stand on equal terms with its contemporaries in the interstellar playing field. Although the fleet has not released information on exactly what will be changing, it has given a revelation of the beginning of construction of a new Class of warship, which it claims will be designed to equal the firepower of any vessel currently in Service with any navy of Terra. The fleet has claimed that the new ships will be based off all of the lessons learned on interstellar warfare up to this point.

In the same light, the Stellar Defense Fleet, and indeed the Confederation Senate itself, has refused to provide resources and funding towards the construction of Fortress Zon. The Senate has simply stated that the Confederation has more important matters to concentrate on at the moment, such as the continuing expansion of the growing colonies within the confederation, and that these concerns take precedence.

3 Tristanian expatriates were arrested today in Bledapestra after Prime Minister Hopfer and Chief of Police, Sándor Gyulás uncovered a plot, nicknamed the Pokoli Eszköz Plot to kill Empress Maria Anna and Marko Warburg while the two meet together at the National Assembly building. Chief Gyulás reports that his agents were able to uncover the plot following the red flagging of one of the Tristanians and launched a raid on their house in the city. The materials needed for making a of a bomb and detail plans of the National Assembly Building, Bleda Palace and the famous Operáz were found. Prime Minister Nickolaus von Hopfer has ordered the three expatriates, all men in their thirties, into the infamous Csonka-Faragá Fortress until further notice. Chief Gyulás has reported that the reasoning behind the plot was so to the empress and foreign ministe’s quasi-aggressive policy towards Tristania. Chief Gyulás has assured the public that they are investigating if the plot was connected to the Tristanian Government.

Across West Estovakia, traitors attempted to rise up and attack their neighbors. In response, Chief Gyulás has the insurection crushed. Across West Estovakia, good up standing Polongains along with their brothers in arms, snuff out the sins and devils of the Estovakians. Within hours, with amazing efficiency unparalleled by any nation, Hundreds of thousands of evil villains sins were sent directly to hell. The National Cabinet announced their approval of annexation by Polonge. Empress Maria Anna accepted and Cameron Wynn, after being president for little over 17 hours left the nation for Makonia. Airports were seized by the army shortly afterwards. Empress Maria Anna, Chief Gyulás and the Duchess of Cadíz took a tour of Ancihódítása, formerly known as Novigrad. As entire cities were destroyed, cleansed by the Titkosór in the cloak of night, a new dawn rose over Polonge. In the shining light of the newest addition to the empire, Maria Anna gave a short speech as thousands of traitors, Estovakians refusing to assimilate, across the land were swiftly released from this world by firing squads.

“Polonge rises like the sun today as we start a new chapter. The blood of traitors, of those who are not of the glory of Polonge and her allies, shall fertilize our land. For this is our land. The Iravian ambassador to Estovakia, Sir Frans Stoker, has delivered a speech to the entire Estovakian nation. He and his supporters came to the wall, near the city of Marulić, to speak out against the wall and the ‘’Butchers of Polonge’’ who have killed more than two million people since the annexation of western Estovakia.

While the speech of ambassador Stoker were mainly targeted at the people of Estovakia and the government of Polonge, there was a special undertone to this speech. One that many people didn’t notice. The Iravian Union is now committed to the defense and well-being of Estovakia and her citizens. The country will not and cannot rest until both Estovakia has been reunited and Maria Anna and her war criminal general Géza have been brought to justice.

‘’What has happened in Estovakia is a tragedy. The butchers of Polonge have invaded this country, they have divided and pillaged the rich and fertile lands upon which this country was built. And have enslaved, conquered, and outright butchered her people.

For six months the Estovakian wall has divided this country. For six long and dreadful months this monstrous wall has torn apart friends, has torn apart family, and has torn apart loved ones. For six months this wall has brought us nothing but misery, bloodshed, and untold horror stories of Pologian soldiers marching through the streets, needlessly butchering the native population.

Millions of Estovakians now have to live with the knowledge that even when this wall is coming down, that they will never be able to reunite with their family, or reunite with their friends, or reunite with their loved ones. And ask yourself, who is responsible for this immense suffering? It has happened because Maria Anna and Vasa Géza have decided that a false sense of security is worth more than the lives of the people of Estovakia.

To Maria Anna and Géza subjugating an entire country and killing more than two million innocent citizens in the progress is worth more than the live of the teacher, who teaches geography at a high school in Karlovac. They believe it is worth more than the life of a single mother of three children in Novigrad, hell … To Géza and Maria subjugating this country is worth more than the lives of every single one of you who have come to listen to my words today.

To both these war criminals I have but one thing to say. Leave these people alone. These people, the Estovakian people have done neither you nor your country any harm. Under no circumstances has this country ever been a threat to your country. Work with us to reunify this country once more. The people deserve to live in a country free of foreign oppressors and overlords. The people deserve to live in a country where they and their children can be guaranteed a life free from persecution and needles slaughter.

Maria Anna. If you truly care about these people, the people of Estovakia. If you wish for diplomacy to triumph over war. If you wish for Polonge, peace and prosperity then come to this wall. And open these gates that have separated the Estovakian people for too long. Maria. Tear. Down. This. Wall.’’

Through backchannel diplomacy ambassador Frans Stoker has issued an ultimatum to the government of Polonge and to Maria Anna and general Vasa Géza in special. In the ultimatum Stoker explains that her country [Polonge] has two days to meet with him and an Iravian delegation at the Iravian embassy to negotiate an end to this humanitarian crisis.

The ultimatum further explains that a failure to comply with these demands shall be met with an immediate and adequate military strike against the butchers responsible for the slaughter of Estovakia. No pain and suffering shall be brought upon the Polongian people, but what has happened in Estovakia cannot go unnoticed, the ambassador explained in his ultimatum.

The Iravian war machine shall not stop before the entirety of Estovakia has been liberated from the bloody grasp of Maria Anna and her murderous general Vasa Géza.

Today columns of armoured and mechanized vehicles and troops could be seen marching through the streets of Vukovar, Požega, Varaždin, and other major cities in the remainder of Free Estovakia. The ambassador to Estovakia, Sir Frans Stoker, who has found himself on the diplomatic frontlines in the conflict between his country Irav and Polonge, has requested additional combat troops to reinforce the garrison on his side of the Estovakian wall.

The Legion Inferno Verde as they are known is one of the few Golden Legions of the United Forces Iravian Army. And is home to some of the Union its finest and most professional troops within its ranks. The Legion has fought for many years with pride and distinction against the Phannon armies during the Second Contact War with terrifyingly effective results. Its commanders have described the legion as ‘’Humanities finest’’.

The Legion Inferno Verde numbers more than 930.000 professional soldiers from all regions of the Iravian Union. This number, nearly twice that of Géza his army is deemed more than sufficient to stonewall any further Polongian attempts to subjugate Estovakia and to deal with threats coming from their side of the Estovakian wall.

This Golden Legion is only one in a series of nearly unlimited tools that the Iravian ambassador Stoker has at its disposal to bring an end to the humanitarian disaster that is the Estovakian crisis. Earlier this week the light cruiser UFSC Annan could be seen in the Estovakian atmosphere, and similar visits have been made by the UFSC Paukenschlag and UFSC Ishca. The display of Iravian military might, and the deployment of its soldiers, material, and equipment is seen as a positive development by many Estovakian citizens who are afraid of further Polongian offensive action.

In addition to showcasing its legion to the citizens of Estovakia, the commander, Niels Kuijpers, gave a speech to inspire the troops and to assure the citizens of the country.

’’Iravians from all parts of this great Union. For many years now you have been described as Irav’s first and finest soldiers. For years you have taken your place at the forefront of humanities war efforts and for years you have fulfilled that task with pride and distinction, with immense dedication, skill, and bravery from all of you. Never have I seen a more proud legion in the Iravian army than you.
Irav calls upon you one more time. To defend freedom and liberty. To defend democracy and a way of life. To defend the lives of the people of Estovakia!

Behind this wall rests a murderous butcher and general. His name? Vasa Géza, better known as the butcher of Estovakia. This man is singlehandedly responsible for the slaughter of more than two, maybe three million Estovakian men, woman, and children. The people on our side of the wall are frightened that the same fate will await them. That the same fate will await their families, and will await for friends. And their fears are justified.

This legion, the Legion Inferno Verde, finds itself once again at the vanguard of Freedom and Liberty. To defend a people who are afraid that their lives depend on a decision made by an insane and unstable general. That is why gentlemen, those people put their trust and their faith in you. Ambassador Miklós Miksa to Irav from Polonge has said that he his more than happy to discuss with the Iravain Government a swift, peaceful and reasonable end to the conflict in Estovakia. The cheerful ambassador gave a short speech just hours after Francis Stoker’s own in Estovakia.

“It is troubled times that we are going through these days. Around the world great fights have broken out against the forces of democracy. From Estovakia to Seidang, we can see this. Polonge marches into Estovakia to overthrow the dictatorship of Kyle Oslo. But we were betrayed and left without allies. From all sides threats closed in on the honorable leaders of the world. And the unhonorable took advantage. Vasa Géza, who had been awaiting trial for his actions earlier, took advantage of the chaos and brought down a hammer upon Estovakia. But West Estovakia’s government, lead by President Wynn legally allowed the annexation. The execution of traitors, was done in the same fashion as that of our Atmoran allies, after all it is from Atmora that Polonge has taken notes from ever since the Treaty of Jedlovo. And there are the traditionalists, who look back at when Polonge was more Amperiale than Imperial, more like Derita and REB than Atmora and Irav. And it is because of people like that the National Assembly is open and welcome to negotiations, for peace talks on this issue. We look for peace and prosperity, just like any nation. Queen Jelena III signed into law this afternoon, following some debate and advising with the Royal Cabinet,a new national policy stating the same-sex marriage, along with polygamy is now legal in Makonia. The Marriage Equality and Plurality Act of 2078, as it has been named, has gone into effect immediately.
