Bio:
A patient man, Franz has spent his earlier years in the recon companies of the Belkan army, using a small jeep as his main scouting vehicle. Originally a radioman in the Recon Company of a Belkan armored division, he was soon promoted to be a unit commander where he would command his own Spahpanzer Luchs. In active duty, he would be expected to command a Spahpanzer Luchs recon vehicle ahead of the main force, be it as aggressive scouting, or passive tracking of enemy movements. His discharge came at the end of a five-year service, Franz deciding not to renew his contract after leaving with a large bounty and capital from investments during his time in the military.
A year of peace did little to excite him, and civilian life didn't really pack many thrills for the man. Picking up a couple of buddies from his time in the Army, Franz went from place to place as a roving mercenary, offering his services in the form of scouting, negotiations, or even fighting as an illegal combatant on foot or in a vehicle. His father was a former officer in the Belkan Army, and although it pained him to think of his son fighting elsewhere for a cause other than that of Belka, there was a little pride in that with the traditions of the Jaeger family being upheld.
His like for mobile vehicles aided in what he does best. When the conflict in Kaluga erupted, his name was one of the first on the list for Hammerhead Industries, although passport issues delayed his actual presence in the field. An AMX-13 was an ideal vehicle for him, together with its small frame, autoloader and oscillating turret, it was time for Franz Jaegar to reenter the battlefield.
