Maybe I don't care if we managed before Title II. Before title II Telecom thugs still committed anti-consumer practices. That we why we got the rules to begin with. However, Ajit Pai, being a Corporate Hack who hates American freedom and Consumers having equal access to the internet, ignored public opinion by robbing us of our consumer protections from Telecom Thuggery. That can't be tolerated and to add insult to injury preempted states from making their own rules. I still think states should ignore that preemption and regulate Isps themselves anyway regardless of what the Courts say on this matter.
