It's duties are to provide various ministers to the President, hold all Legislative powers within the Republic and finalize any treaties signed by the President as well as be the only acting body to pass taxes and the only body to impeach the President though it has never happened. The Judicial System is madeup of various Judges appointed by the President who then has to have them approved by the Senate.

Army Description : The Grand Republican Army for the Freedom of all of Romania is poorly equipped, mostly due to waiting on equipment from the Russian Republic, but it is well trained and maintains excellent discipline due to the training from Russian Officers, and it's standard issue rifle is The Smirnoff-Kerensky Model 1840. It is 8,000 strong divided into two branches the Infantry, and Cavalry, with those being 6,000 and 2,000 strong respectively, these are backed up by 20,000 Russian Infantry nominally under the command the of the Republican President but is still defacto under command of the Russian Republic.

Army Description : The army is largely split between the professional standing army, the Angarakshak, at around 80,000, the infantry armed with imported Hanyang 44's (pending on Elerian's approval), and cavalry armed with Sherbachahs and swords, and a reservist conscript army, the Shivir based on landholding Jagirs, raising soldiers in times of war, which can reach ~500,000. The armies also hire mercenary Chinese, Japanese and Korean officers, and also those from Europe, to train their troops in more modern styles of combat, and often to lead regiments and division into battle.
Army Weakness : The officer corps of the standing army are largely, though not exclusively, Rajput in origin, and while merit is a large factor in promotion there is a degree of nepotism and exclusion. The officer corps of the Shivir are the Jagir landholders, and those they appoint, and therefore vary greatly in military education and ability. The Shivir is also far less focused on quality, and more on quantity, and as pay is a touchy subject, is more prone to low morale and mutiny.

National Issues : One issue is continuing the modernisation and industrialisation of Bharata Khanda, so that it is no longer reliant on foreign imports, both of industry, weapons, and of officers. Another issue is the semi-feudal nature of the Shishodya administration which holds back state projects, and lessens finances (through tax corruption). Finally the last pressing issue is the factionalism and strife within the court, within the ruling dynasty's clan, and those of other clans.

History : The Shishodya clan evolved out of the Guhila dynasty, which had ruled since 734, owing to a name change after much of the Guhila dynasty died in a last stand at Chittorgarh, and the capital moved to Udaipur. At this time, in 1568, Mewar was a small, and weakened Rajput state which had little influence over India. They spent most of their time until the late 17th century battling both foreign dynasties and other Rajput clans for dominance in Rajasthan.

Forced by the Buddhist Shuddhi dynasty, based in Bengal and one which had conquered the northern plain and in 1675 many of the Rajasthan states, into vassalship, they largely served as generals in the Shuddhi army, one which directly inspired the Shivir. The Shuddhi dynasty was able to conquer large parts of India, though often the gains were short term with rebellion and civil war often causing strife, allowing the Scandinavians to take parts of Bengal. Despite this the Shuddhi were able to retain control until 1785, when Rana Bhim Singh mutinied against Emperor Govindapala III, burning the capital, killing him and collapsing the empire.

Rana Bhim Singh and his successors took advantage of the chaos, and between 1785 and 1830 conquered from Gujarat, the North Indian Plain, to Bengal. In this initial wave of conquest they were disinterested in allowing local rulers to remain, instead remove them and working directly with the Jagirs and other landholders. The recent waves of conquests, largely pushing south, but also the conquest of Assam in 1843, have seen more of a willingness to incorporate former princely rulers into local governments, though their power, wealth and lands are often reduced significantly, and they are assigned ministers to oversee them and repress dissent.

Swarup Singh became Maharana in 1842, and has continued the expansionist policy of his predecessors. He now looks to the east for aid in driving out the Europeans, though he is not above hiring mercenary officers from all parts of the world, and working with European nations against those who have holdings in India. Recently he has been posturing against Scandinavia, though interests in the west and south have kept him from making any overt moves.

Full Nation Name: Kingdom of Apeulika (아프리카)
Majority/Official Culture: Due to its isolation for a century from the rest of the world, they've developed their own culture called Apeulikan which the culture is mixed with Korean culture and Swahili culture although Korean is the dominant influence of the Apeulikan culture.

For the language, people from Apeulika developed their own tongue called "Apeulikan" which became a daughter language of Korean. Apeulikan language came most from Korean and few from Swahili languages combined although Hangul is still the written alphabet of the Apeulikan language. Because of their isolation for a century, the pure Korean language of the once unsanctioned Korean colony began to die out as the new tongue created by the people's ancestors (mainly Korean merchants, traders, criminals, pirates, etc.) arises on Apeulika. The dominant and official language is Apeulikan although Swahili is a recognized language thru out the Kingdom.

For the hierarchal racial caste system; the first-class citizens of the Kingdom are Apeulikans themselves although people who have Asian descent, blood or identity are treated as first-class. The second-class citizens were the Swahilis; who welcomed the Korean settlers with an open arms which they live peacefully with the settlers, the Swahilis were given a chance to work independently and there are Swahilis who were appointed in the royal government. The Korean settlers accepted the Swahilis in the society because they are not considered barbarians or violent due to their culture, foreign merchants/traders that isn't Asian or a tanned-skin/white-skin people are considered second class citizens also. The lowest of the low are the African slaves, basically non-Swahili people. Most of the African slaves came from barbaric tribes who plunder villages and townships of western Apeulika.

Government Focus : As the Kingdom of Apeulika have open its borders, they have shift their stance from isolationism to quasi-expansionist. Unlike their Korean counterparts, their focus is not related to the so-called "Pan-Asianism" as they don't considered themselves pure Asians but a new "sub-ethnicity" of the Asian race. They intend to expand their territories in their territorial claims due to overpopulation but in reality, to spread their language, their culture, and the religion of Confucianism for the Apeulikan people. They also shift their focus to become a regional power in Africa, if not, the Great Power.

While there is still no official ruling monarch of Apeulika, a civil war may happen soon but no one knows who are the belligerents are. With the disappearance of King Joon-pyo who is either alive or dead, families within the Cha dynasty will fight for the royal throne if things went south. The Queen Regent doesn't want this to happen or else the Apeulikan vision will fail.

Government Description : The government is an absolute monarchy ruled by the royal family of the Cha dynasty; the noble family who came from the blood of the legendary merchant that orchestrated a coup d'etat against the colonial government. To avoid political instability and the greed of power, the king; Cha Gun Ho, established the Royal Council (왕실 평의회). The Royal Council is an royal advisory body of the royal government. Although the Cha family rules Apeulika; there are other noble houses who have also the blood of merchant rebels.

• Royal Secretariat (왕실 사무국): it is the most powerful appointed position in the Kingdom, second only to the ruling monarch in authority and responsibility. It is also the ruling monarch's closest advisor, appointed and authorized to make decisions on behalf of the ruling monarch's name. The Royal Secretariat is the highest-ranking member of the Royal Council, and leads meetings of the council as proxy for the ruling monarch when the ruling monarch is absent. The Royal Secretary is also the one who deals with diplomacy and foreign affairs. Royal Secretariats are addressed as "Lord/Lady Secretariat" if necessary. The current Royal Secretariat is Ahn Gook.

• Minister of Intelligence (지능 부장관): it is the adviser in matters of intelligence, sabotage, assassinstion and espionage to the ruling monarch and holds a seat on the royal council. The current Minister of Intelligence is Lee Jae Kyung/Jae Kyung; a cunning and a ruthless man, he is considered the youngest in the council.

• Minister of Law (법무부 장관): it is an important position in the royal council of the Kingdom. The holder is a member of the monarch's royal council, the inner cabinet of the council. The Minister of Law is responsible for advising the king on legal matters, managing the dungeons, and supervising the Royal Justice; the ruling monarch's executioner. The current Minister of Law is in the call name of "Lawyer Jang".

• Minister of Finance (금융 장관): it is a royal official in the royal council of the Kingdom. The holder is a member of the monarch's royal council, the inner cabinet of the council. The Minister of Finance is in charge of the royal treasury, advises the monarch on financial matters, and is responsible for raising money to meet the Crown's needs. The current Minister of Finance is Lord Prince Cha Yoong-Pyo; the Queen Regent's youngest son although his loyalty to the Queen Regent is questioned.

• Grand Admiral (대배심): it is an important position in the council of the Kingdom. The holder is a member of the monarch's small council, the inner cabinet of the realm. The Grand Admiral is charged with commanding the royal fleet and is a member of the royal council in Saeloun. Duties of the grand admiral include arranging for the building and maintenance of warships, obtaining crews for the warships, and commanding naval operations. The current Grand Admiral is in the call name of "Admiral Rin".

• Lord General (주군 장군): it is the overall commander of the military forces of the Apeulikan Royal Army however the ruling monarch can also be a Lord General of the entire military forces of the Kingdom. The Lord Commander is responsible for the military forces, military plans, and other military-related things (except when it comes to navy). The current Lord General is Han Gi Tak.

• Grand Scholar (학자): It is an important position in the royal council. It is a learned man wise in history, science and medicine who also provides counsel. The Grand Scholar sits on the ruling monarch's Royal Council, which oversees the day-to-day operations of the realm in the name of the ruling monarch. The current Grand Scholar is Seok Ho Pil who specializes in science and medicine.

Religious Description : The state religion of Apeulika is Donghak. Ever since the Joseon's introduction to the Europeans and the threat of replacing the Asian beliefs into Western beliefs, it created Donghak which means Eastern learning. The religion itself is anti-Western belief which the religion of the original Korean settlers of Apeulika were in fact Donghak. Donghak is a dominant religion in Apeulika and most of the populace's religion were Donghak however northern Apeulika isn't Donghak-dominated as it has small pockets of Islam which is a Western belief and a folk religion of the Swahili, the government sends Donghak missionaries to eradicate Islam in that area at all cost and eradicate the folk religion if necessary.

Economic Ideologies : It is mixed capitalism and corporatocracy due to the fact that noble families within the Cha dynasty and other noble families have business in the entire Kingdom since their ancestors were merchants.
Major Production : Apeulika's major production are cotton, sugar, and timber which is very common in the territories of Apeulika. The Apeulikans have mastered these three products especially at their current geographical position. There are agricultural products like cashew nuts, tea, cassava, corn, rice, tropical fruits, beef, and poultry.
Economic Description : Despite of having isolated from the rest of the world for a century; they were able to keep their economy intact by trading with other noble families and trading with outsiders in the outskirts of Apeulika. [WIP]

Army Description : The Apeulikan Royal Army consist of approximately 600,000 men due to their quasi-militarist policy because of series of attacks coming from the African barbaric tribes on western Apeulika. The royal army is a disciplined, organized, and trained military force. Because of their quasi-militarist policy, there is a so-called Three-Year draft when males aged twenty are going to be conscripted to the Royal Army. • Queen Regent Tae Im is hailed as an effective and strong ruler of Apeulika which the common people respected however she has many enemies and her enemies questioned her reign being a benevolent ruler as her rule for almost twenty years isn't considered the Apeulikan way.

• Abyssinian Caliphate: it is been assumed that this nation is sending their missionaries to northern Apeulika to Islamize the region. The nation is considered a rival and potential threat to the Kingdom.
• Vandals: The Vandals from North Africa have crossed the line by acquiring Zulu land that is considered a future Apeulikan territory.

History : It all started when the late Joseon Kingdom decided to expand their territories outside the peninsula. The original Korean colonists were bound to settle in the coasts of Malay archipelago to expand the Joseon influence in Southeast Asia however while they were sailing to a designated territory to establish a Korean settlement, a large typhoon hit the fleet which cause their trek to Malay Archipelago changed, there were few casualties during the typhoon. After the typhoon was gone, their journey to the archipelago continued although the officers of the fleet are getting suspicious about why their trek is so long and in the course of three months, all they see is a sea and then a tropical cyclone hits the fleet which cause them to split directions. One fleet was heading west while the main fleet was heading east. The main fleet didn't know what happen to the other fleet after that. As the main fleet saw a land, they were cheering as they finally found their designated territory to settle. When the original Korean colonists embarked their fleet on the beach, they were greeted by the Swahili tribe who were very cautious of them. At first, the Swahilis never trusted the Korean colonists although the colonists decided to make friends with the Swahilis which they leave peacefully as the Korean colonists establish townships and villages in the new lands. The colonial officers realized that this was no Malay Archipelago at all but some sort of a new land, the tribes don't even look like Southeast Asian but pure Black. As the colonial officers and the Swahili chieftains made a pact, they emerge into a state, they call it, 'Apeulika'.

Apeulika soon expand, conquering the enemies of the Swahili tribe from all directions and the war was somehow devastating, especially to the opponents who were having a technological gap against the Apeulikans. The Apeulikan expansion stop when the Swahilis plan to betray their Korean comrades and get their weaponry and technology, this cause the colonial overlords to orchestrate the 'Swahili Purge' where they killed hundreds of Swahili people who were involved on the plan of betrayal. The Swahili chieftains were executed in order to break the morale of the Swahili people however the remaining Swahilis were given a chance to live in Apeulika as second-class citizen, the colonists said that 'if the Swahilis plan to betray us, their kind would be ceased to exist' and those words hit the Swahilis and they realized that the colonists are the people who aren't to be messed with, the Apeulikans soon created a town near a lake (Malawi Lake) called Saeloun which later become a large city in Apeulika and became the capital of the colony. It is now 1760 and the Apeulikans continued their expansion little by little and year by year, the colonists heard that the Joseon Kingdom became the so-called Imperial States of Korea, the colonial overlords sent letters to the Imperials throne that they were the large colonial fleet who were bound to settle the archipelago but ended up in a new lands, the Imperial Throne noted about this although they see them as an extension colony of Chuk-Jae-Do even though don't know the exact location of the lost colony. This caused the merchants and traders from Korea to find the lost colony, after months of finding the lost colony, they've finally found it. The other fleet who went West many years ago was also discovered as another lost colony, they were located in western Madagascar and they name it "Seukaleu". The Seukaleans joined the colony of Apeulika afterwards. There was an era of tranquility until the colonial overlords of Apeulika became corrupt which cause the merchants to rebel against the colonial overlords. Most of the Apeulikans joined the revolution and ousted the colonial government. A merchant named Cha Rin-Joon was the one who orchestrated the revolution and the people crowned him as the King of Apeulika which led the establishment of the Kingdom of Apeulika, the creation of the Cha dynasty and the declaration of indepence from the Imperial States. Other merchants who helped Cha Rin-Joon also became nobles of Apeulika. With Apeulika being independent from the Imperial States, they closed their borders so that the Imperial Throne wouldn't invade Apeulika even though it's impossible for the Imperial throne to invade a rebel colony that is far away from Asia. Their isolation lasted for a century and there was an era of peace once again.

Another decades have passed by, new generations have sprung up in Apeulika, people began to question if the Cha dynasty is still a strong rulers or weak rulers due to its benevolent rule. In 1816, the year where a devastating civil war in Apeulika occur that will last for five years, the Apeulikan Civil War. The Na family was considered the second powerful noble family militarily and their loyalty to the Cha dynasty was questioned. The civil war started when the military forces who were loyal to the Na family marched to the city of Saeloun and captured the royal residence however the King Gun Ho and his royal family was evacuated safely to the island of Seukaleu (Madagascar). The Na family ruled the heartland of Apeulika for five years until Saeloun was recaptured by the combined forces of Cha, Lee, and Han families. Over 500,000 people were killed in this devastating conflict in an isolated country and the Cheon family is the only noble house who stayed neutral in the civil war. The civil war was also a spillover as African barbaric tribes raided western Apeulika which caused distraction among noble families. When the Na family was defeated, all of the family members were executed except Na Seok Cheol, a teenage boy whose face was heavily wounded in the hands of the young Han Gi Tak who is currently the Lord Commander. The once proud Na family was now a remnant and a small family, and it became a vassal of the Cha dynasty afterwards. People feared the Cha dynasty once again as the rulers were still powerful as ever which the Apeulikans respected. After the civil war, King Gun Ho created the Royal Council in order to avoid political instability in the future and the infrastructures were soon rebuilt.

Decades later. In 1836, King Gun Ho and Princess Seo Yon (wife of Prince Joon-Pyo) was assassinated while they were heading towards the Apeulikan capital of Saeloun, the perpetrators weren't found up to this day. In this year, the eldest son of Gun Ho, Prince Jae-Hwan, was going to be crowned as the new king of Apeulika however Jae-Hwan rejects to be crowned as king and the crown was passed to Gun Ho's second son, Prince Joon-Pyo and became the new king of Apeulika. His reign didn't last long, the royal residence was burned down during the celebration of Joon-Pyo's secession to the throne. Many believed that Joon-Pyo was dead but in reality, he was secretly confined by his mother, the Queen Regent Tae Im. The Queen Regent's reign was shaky and yet stable, many of the noble houses aren't loyal to the Queen Regent including the noble families within the Cha dynasty. With the comeback of Joon-Pyo's only son, Joon-Young, the political situation in Apeulika became shaky again and there are predictions that another civil war will start but this time, this civil war is different. Will the Queen Regent attempt to unify the noble houses once again to focus on the vision of Apeulika or will the Queen Regent fail that will start another devastating civil war that will cost millions of lives?

History :

The History of Russia begins with the history of Novgorod. Originally a staging post for trade between the Baltic and the Byzantine Empires,
Novgorod functioned as the original capital of the Rus' people until 882 when Oleg transferred his administration to Kiev. From that time until 1019-1020 Novgorod was a part of Kievan Rus'. Novgorod Princes were appointed by the Grand Prince of Kiev (usually one of the elder sons). Novgorod was sort of a spiritual center as by legend it was the first city of Rus'.

However, Novgorod began to assert its independence further on in history. Granted freedoms and privileges by Yaroslav the Wise of Kiev for their support in his war for conquest, Novgorod's Republic was laid before it. Whilst officially still a part of the 'Rus, its regional power allowed it to be practically independent of the affairs of the 'Rus' hegemonic power in Kiev.

In the 12th–15th centuries, the Novgorodian Republic expanded east and northeast. The Novgorodians explored the areas around Lake Onega, along the Northern Dvina, and coastlines of the White Sea. At the beginning of the 14th century, the Novgorodians explored the Arctic Ocean, the Barents Sea, the Kara Sea, and the West-Siberian river Ob. The Ugric tribes that inhabited the Northern Urals had to pay tribute to Novgorod the Great. The lands to the north of the city, rich with furs, sea fauna, salt, etc., were of great economic importance to the Novgorodians, who fought a protracted series of wars with Moscow beginning in the late 14th century in order to keep these lands.

Novgorod's truly finest hour came at the Battle of Shelon River, where despite having overwhelming odds on the Duchy of Moscow the army was feared to be complacent and unorganised. The Novgorodian Commander, Daniel Kholmsky, inspired the day by calling for the ideals of the Novgorodian Republic to be defended that day. Taking the reigns of the cavalry from the Archbishop of Novgorod, the Republican Army was able to best Muscow's far superior army in terms of quality.

Taking the initiative, Kholmsky laid pursuit to Moscow, before capturing the city in 1478. Moscow and its territory was annexed directly into Novgorod's republic. She began to expand further, still, now encompassing lands to the south as far as Kiev. Novgorod began what has now been called "The Gathering of the Russian Lands", hence the terms "All Russias."

With much of what is now Western Russia solidified under control, Novgorod began a friendly discourse with the Byzantine Empire. However, at this time, it also began to reform its own inner workings. Novgorod the Great was slowly taken from the hands of its aristocrats, with the mercantile middle classes of the city slowly given more power over it.

Novgorod began to expand eastward as well, towards the Urals, during the 16th century. Novgorod defeated the Khanates beyond the Urals in this time as well, and began to expand towards the Arctic Sea coast. The Novgorodian Merchant Family, hungry for continued fur trade, pushed Novgorod's expansion into Siberia and its war with the people there. Novgorod declared itself the "Grand Republic of All Russias" upon the appointment of Grand Prince Pyotr Potemkin.

From such bases as Mangazeya, merchants, traders, and explorers pushed eastward from the Ob River to the Yenisei River, then on to the Lena River and the coast of the Pacific Ocean. In 1648 Cossack Semyon Dezhnyov opened the passage between America and Asia. By the middle of the 17th century, Russians had reached the Amur River and the outskirts of the Chinese Empire.

After a period of conflict with the Chinese, Russia made peace with China in 1689. By the Treaty of Nerchinsk, Russia ceded its claims to the Amur Valley, but it gained access to the region east of Lake Baikal and the trade route to Beijing. Peace with China strengthened the initial breakthrough to the Pacific that had been made in the middle of the century.

When the American Revolution occurred, 'Russia' was particularly interested. Having colonised 'Alaska', Russia saw the proclamation of a Republic by the American Revolutionaries as something noble. Despite their distance, military advisers were sent to the young revolutionaries and despite being trapped within the Baltic, her navy tried her best to aid the colonial revolutionaries.

With America's Constitution and Articles of Confederation, Novgorod found inspiration. It found many interesting ideas, adopted its own constitution in 1790, and outlined the political work of art outlined above. The emergence of a strong mercantile middle class spurred revolutionary thought within Novgorod and on July 31st, 1801, a small but decisive civil conflict occurred within the 'All Russias'. The dominant political thinkers we see now, The Young Kadets, were revolutionary in their terms of emancipating all men -- and upper class women, eventually -- to truly turn Russia into a 'republic of all russians'. Despite this however, voting is immensely costly and difficult given the fact its a giant state trying to exercise full political sovereignty.

The Young Kadets appointed the Novgorodian man-of-action, Mikhail Kutusov as 'Grand Prince', the appointed executive of Novgorod the Great, in 1815. He exercised constitutional expansion into central Asia, the Caucauses and Tannu Tuva, giving birth to the Tuvan 'Sister Republic'. Bessarabia and Bucovina were conquered and declared independent in later wars in Europe.

At any rate, overall very good, but I would like to ask for a bit more detail on economy and history. The app as it stands now is good as is, just that I want this app to express a bit more of your nation so that it can be used as a diplomatic points of interest between you and rest of the world.

Specifically, I would like to know a little bit more information on exacts of your economy and trade network, as India has been core of colonial interests for some time. Furthermore, I would like to know a bit more about urbanization and industrialization process. It would be nice to know if it is ongoing, if any.

On the history department... I would like a bit more on point of divergence where your nation started to differ from your period. Also, since your nation has historical recording starting at 750-ish, I would like to know how you have interacted with key historical events... Mongol invasion comes to mind... not sure how exactly it affected India at the time. Another something interesting would be... how you interacted with current Asian and or European nations that are already accepted. I understand that is a tall order, however, so I would understand if you do only partial or none at all.

Just remember that Communist Manifesto was written in 1848. You cannot make your nation into a thing within 2 years otherwise you would be playing a mess of a fragmented nation with plenty of revolution everywhere. ... or somehow you impress me with sheer detail on how these two years somehow magnificently trumped all oppositions and installed an unprecedented communist government.

...and if you read the economic section, or the government section, you'd know that neither the government - nor the economic system - is communist. The government is left populist and egalitarian; much like other radical republics which have existed around this time... it places a soft influence on a form of socialist syndicalism - an economic ideology which has, in fact, existed far longer than Marx and Engels - and as showcased in the app, has not fully transformed the economy; the fact that businesses have a place in the corporatist system showcases that private industry does, in fact, exist. The fact that you assume the revolution must have occurred in 1848 seems to be undercut by the fact that there were other radical revolutions far before this; a certain Romance-speaking nation comes to mind? Further, to assume that the entire government is both "unprecedented" and has "magnificently trumped all opposition" is to discount that I, having stated that the app was not finished, hadn't added the other national issues...

I would have to dispute that the use of Karl Marx being unlikely with the utmost veracity... given the immensely diverse options for points of divergence allowed in this roleplay - and that by the start of the roleplay, as you mentioned, Karl would only be thirty years of age and would have only recently written the Communist Mannifesto - it is not unlikely for his path in life to have changed. Unless you are a predeterminist, which would in fact undercut the entire validity of alternate history, then it is simply ludicrous to assume that the roads on which people travel cannot be altered... especially with a POD that pre-dates the birth of the person in question, calling even the potential of their birth into question... further, it is not unheard of for unwilling candidates to be drawn into the political arena when great change and turmoil hits a nation, as history has taught us...

The fact that Francia - played by a player who hasn't even posted in this thread since January 10th; ten days ago and well past the expiration date of his reservation which was posted on the 1st of January... this player, who is very clearly inactive and disinterested in the roleplay else he simply does not care for it's rules, also claims that not having the Rhineland would severely weaken him? He seems not to understand that France was the premier power in Europe for most of history; and that he also is given parts of Switzerland, at least in his app. If he claims to need it in his app, then quite frankly he doesn't understand the history or geopolitics of his situation. Frankia should not be given the Rhineland for innumerable reasons; not least among them that the nation doesn't need it and the player is very clearly not worthy...

The Frankish player has been working on improving and editing his app over telegram with some of the members of the OP board. Due to that, unless he doesn't show up in the thread soon, his claim is still active.
