Once again, deliberately referring to a trans person (Manning) by their birth gender. He just can't stop doing it.

How and why a traitor is allowed to run for an election? Why isn't he barred from even voting?
He deserved the death penalty for his crimes but if that Justice couldn't be served, he should have got a Civic Death at least.

Manning isn't a player on this site, who exactly am I "trolling" by calling him "he"?
While misgendering rules against N.S players make sense as it can be interpreted as an attempt to inflame the aforementioned people, the same can not be said about personalities especially since it has been ruled countless times that "being rude" to them as long as it doesn't devolve into political nicknaming is OK, making this peculiar exception for pronouns being a warnable offense even weirder.

I appeal this warning.

I've granted the appeal. The rule was previously that such misgendering was actionable, however that policy was reversed a few months back. I don't see the user attempting to turn the debate towards the gender issue in the post linked or in the area around it, they are just using the pronoun.
