Your company has arose to our attention. From the obscurity of Shreminov, to a burgeoning beverage business that has become known for quality alcoholic products in certain parts of the world, some people of discerning taste now know the name of Wakanda.

That being said, we feel that you might never reach your full potential without our help in reaching the rest of the multiverse. We can spread your brand by attaching it to other successful Terembev brands such as Burgunden Breus, Attico's, Gertners and partners like Jory Jory Bottling and Beacon Point.

What I am offering first, is that Terembev own a controlling stake, that is at least 51%, of Wakanda Spirits. We would not interfere with the vital creative staff and daily operations of the business, other than to redirect it to bigger and better horizons. The only personnel changes might be 20% of the top executive board at most to start, while consulting with you on such changes, who we would retain as CEO of the company, or whoever your chosen successor would be. Profit details could be worked out in further meetings. We have a figure in mind for the purchase of this stake, but we would not share it now unless we knew you were willing to sell.

Should you feel that you are not prepared to sell at this time, we can instead offer a partnership where we promote your brands and vice versa, you promote Terembev brands and partners through your distribution and operations. Again, details to be worked out through further meetings.
