When freezing time, she can usually freeze time up to a minute at a time, but freezing multiple times in a row is extremely tiring.
Secondary Ability: She also has the ability to see possible versions of the future up to 24 hrs. However, the further in the future the less certain it is to come true as well as the less those predictions come to her. At about 3 seconds in the future her predictions have a 95% accuracy rate and are always coming to her. At 24 hrs she has a 0.4% accuracy rate and they only come to her every week or so.

Since then she has gotten better at going back in time, as well as finding out she can freeze time and have a general idea of what is going to happen in the near future. She has used these powers to cheat on tests, avoid accidents, and get into many a restricted area (just to look around, but illegal all the same). After many close calls with the government, they finally figured out who she was. She was given the choice of being charged for trespassing or joining the Young Guardians. She chose to join, because who really wants to go to jail?

Her family clashed with IRA gangsters, and when she was shot, a monstrous snake appeared next to her and protected her from death.

The incident revealed a birthmark on her back, in the shape of a snake's head. The mark was a reddish color, like her hair, and it only appeared after the snake did. She would soon learn that the snake was a part of herself, that could be summoned in times of intense danger to protect herself. Her true ability, however, had manifested itself much earlier. Tee has a way of getting what she wants, to an almost unnatural extent. She has a sense for saying the right thing at the right time, and she's able to sense when her silver tongue is working and when it isn't. Those abilities led to her rising in prominence compared to other young members of her family, becoming a future matriarch of the clan if she stayed on her current path.

But Tee decided that she wanted it all, and the life of an Irish gangster didn't provide enough for her. She decided that she wanted the fame and power of being a Guardian, and left her family behind to search for that. After some doubts about her past, she was accepted into the organization to keep her from being an asset to the other side.

Primary Ability: The moon appears to make her better. Stronger, more agile, more intelligent . . . the moon brings all of these things out in her, everything is enhanced. From a young age she thought her powers came from the night but realised that they got stronger when the moon was larger. In addition, Anika seems to age slower when the moon is out and she does not need sleep. During a new moon these effects are cancelled and she is a normal person.
Secondary Ability: She also has the ability to see possible versions of the future, at all times of the day, though noticeably stronger at night. At about 4 seconds into the future she knows it will come true. At less than 3 hours there is a small chance it will come true. Nothing is ever certain with her foresight. Her overall range seems to be around 1 second - 36 hours, depending on the moon phase (a new moon causes her to lose her power; a full moon gets her perfect accuracy up to 10 seconds). Every year, on the winter solstice, she begins to glow in the moonlight. When the moon is at it's highest and brightest she will hear a voice in her head that will give her a few lines of verse about the most important thing that will happen that year. However, the importance is apparently in correlation to her priorities and she occasionally is unable to decipher what the verse means before it has already happened. Most notably she predicted the death of her nani, her move to Colorado, and the Young Guardians coming for her.

In Colorado, Anika was seen as "the foreigner", not making any real friends. Part of this was her fault though, as she never made an effort to. She did fine in school and was an average enough person, but it was at night that she shined. As she only slept once or twice a month, Ankia would often walk the streets of the Springs, watching everyone go by. Able to see a few steps ahead of everyone else she avoided anyone who she saw might ask questions, save a few times when her powers were weaker in the early waxing and late waning stages. One day, a few weeks after she legally turned 16 (her body was 14), Anika was on the street when a man wearing a trench coat dragged her into an alley and pointed a gun at her. Not thinking, Anika knocked the gun out of the man's hand and turned him around so he was facing the street. Then, dodging his half-hearted punch, Anika pushed the man. The only problem was, she had the enhanced strength the moon provided and the man was thrown directly into traffic and hit by a car. Eventually the authorities came to investigate and didn't believe Anika's story (a small teenage girl throwing a grown man across two lanes of traffic?) and her mothers were called. She was let go without any charges as by the scene it was obvious she had not done anything wrong, though police were unsure exactly what had happened. It was at the moment that her mothers embraced her when they entered the station that the prediction she had made from the winter solstice made sense.

Personality: Sebastian is quite curious, always wanting to learn new things about his abilities and how far he could better improve it to reach its full potential. Sebastian is also Self-Dependent, a trait he picked up at a young age.
Biography:
Childhood for Sebastian had very few pleasant moments. His Mother had disappeared some time early in his life, leaving behind a note saying she needed to “find herself”. This left Sebastian to be raised by a single parent, a father that didn't want anything to do with him. Someone who, on occasion, would call him an “accident, someone who should have never been born.”. It eventually got to the point where his father would leave days at a time just so he wouldn't have to see him, This left Sebastian to essentially fend for himself and become self-dependent quite early on in his life.

Sebastian's powers would show themselves here and there. They wouldn't fully surface until around the age of 16, when a small vehicle was abruptly stopped before it could hit Sebastian. Word of mouth began to spread through witnesses who had saw everything, and eventually it had reached his father. Sebastian's father despised metahumans, even if they were essentially celebrity figures in certain parts of the world. He would often refer to them as “walking paths of destruction” due to them attracting certain groups and causing massive loss of money to the civilian sector from their devastating battles. This would prompt his father to kick him out, going on the reason that he “only bring trouble”.

Travelling from state to state as a wanderer, Sebastian would do the occasional odd job and contracts to get by. On a number of these jobs, he would have the chance to use his abilities. He would utilize those chances to learn about himself, and what he could do. As time passed, Sebastian eventually caught wind of the the Guardians, a metahuman group. With a chance to get off the streets and to get a “permanent” roof over his head instead of motel hopping every night, it didn't take long for him to decide to join and start anew.
