Theresa Waterman, staff at the Tinhamptonian WA Delegation and self-proclaimed Wicketkeeper-in-Chief: Atkemri is emphatically not a member of the World Assembly. Ergo, it cannot be subject to its General Assembly decisions - whether on cluster bombs, landmines, or anything else - although it certainly can be subject to the Security Council's nice, shiny badges. Do you understand yet?

Yes, but since this side HAS committed crimes, they are able to be condemned by the SC.

It doesn't matter if it's legal or not. I don't see it as something worthy for the SC to step in and declare one side is behaving badly and condemning them. I personally think that RP can be as easy as pulling it from one's ass and claiming it's real, even if it's not.
