It honestly isn't that important, since even if there is a difference, it's just an average, and you'll still meet individuals whose intelligence is all over the map.
I don't think the idea of genetic differences that correlate with race should be pre-emptively dismissed just because it's politically incorrect, but it shouldn't be used as an excuse to pigeonhole people and ignore their individuality either.
