I guess I don't understand the basis of the lawsuit. It appears to have passed the FCC board legitimately and with a majority, just as the original rules did.
I mean, it's stupid, but stupid is not the same as illegal.

No, your point was about how abuses of power before Net Neutrality didn't happen, hence your choice of wording in "nonexistent."
