My first proposal was deemed illegal, so here is my revision.

The Security Council,

Recognizing that Pro Life-2017 holds what many consider a "petty grudge" against The Dizzy Flying Saucers of Doom of Frisbeeteria, and looked to condemn them for superficial reasons.

Acknowledging that Frisbeeteria is a moderator of NationStates and Pro Life-2017, in fact, cannot condemn them for simply "doing their job".

Shocked that Pro Life-2017 would continue to support their stand on the situation even after the aforementioned statements were made known to them.

Appalled that Pro Life-2017 considered suing the entire nation of Frisbeeteria under the claim of "He is making me look bad, this is a clear cut case of libel."

Hereby condemns Pro Life-2017.

While I find Pro-Life 2017 someone I have utterly zero respect of, condemning it is just too far. It's like beating someone for them slapping someone else. It's childish and something that should be given up.

You realize condemning someone is more likely done, if they invade over having petty differences. Of course, I do not know why you dislike them. Course, I remain neutral on how I feel about them. So it will be illegal every time, most likely.

It either applies to "suing for bad mod behavior" or "libel" - either way is RL in terms of the SC

The player was talking about suing the nation of Frisbeeteria, not Fris the moderator. That's just (poor) RP and certainly not a real-life lawsuit. Still illegal, of course, for other reasons outlined.

We all think Pro Life-2017 needs to stop, but imo a condemnation is overkill. This is like giving the death sentence to someone because they’re being a pest.
