It shows that English has so many weird rules due to stealing 3/4th of its words

Not to mention that this thread split off from LWDT, so I assumed you would think this thread was a "revisionist hellhole".

English has alot of medieval French and Norman loanwords, and our spelling is somewhat influenced by this fact. Not evidence of it being "broken". If that were the case, Japanese would be broken too, since they can read alot of Chinese since their kanji is based on Old and Middle Chinese hanzi.

Japanese and Chinese can read the same text because they both use the same pictographic writing system.

I.....literally just said that.
Much of Japanese vocabulary (like ALOT) comes from Chinese too, so that makes that a broken language too? What about Romanian and it's plethora of slavic loans? Or Maltese (a semitic language decended from sicilo-arabic) with its massive amounts of Italian and French loans?

Well it makes sense since Japanese are literally Chinese who were stuck on the islands when the ice melted. I would not say broken because it stuck to its roots. If it has 3 or more different languages mixed in then yes its broken

Like many things you talk about....you have no idea what you're talking about Keshie.
The Japanese people aren't genetically close to the Chinese, and Japanese is not related to Chinese.
Just because a language has alot of loans doesn't make it a "mixed language", English has kept alot of its own original vocabulary, it simply added new terms from other languages. What you're describing is a creole, like Haitian, not English. And even then créoles have grammatical rules, what you describe doesn't happen.
A 2008 study about genome-wide SNPs of East Asians by Chao Tian et al. reported that Japanese along with other East Asians such as Joseon Koreans and Han Chinese are genetically distinguishable from Southeast Asians and that the Japanese are related to Koreans, who in turn are more closely related to Han Chinese.

Ok, so I'm wrong about genetics....not my specialty tbh. Languages are.....
Still, the Japanese language is not related to Chinese.....at all, they don't have a common origin.

The UN can go die somewhere. Besides, languages should keep their uniqueness.

That is completely idiotic.
Pictographs suck at conveying detail.
