Cenial Liberty 2–2 Northampton

1860 Azoth 1–1 Sporting Cenial
Rushmori Drawks 2–5 Phalanx AF
Tir Snake Strike managed to outplay Golden Eagles in a tightly fought match that saw some good play in the midfield from both teams - no one team was able to emerge triumphant until the end of the match, when Charles Allegro managed to stick a boot in front of a Jenny Na'Matsoo pass, which ended up going in the goal; he built on an earlier Ryan Xandreas goal while negating the efforts of a beautiful Ben Lorennion chip. Polaris and Strat City played a decently exciting match in another match dominated by antics in the midfield, and in this match, nobody truly had the advantage as Strat City's attacking midfielders Kubunga and JKCN clashed with Polaris's defensive midfielders Henri Kierkegaard and Jeremiah Onomah. Corinne Martel-Burns, unfortunately, had to sit out this match due to her red card for punching Sarah Arrowsword last week, so her compatriots Kike and Tim Maitfield scored in her absence; Sascha Falkenrath and Victor Hawking scored for the away team after some good passes from their teammates in the attacking mid.
Whitehaven Triumph barely edged out Fort Roy SC in a match that should not have been as close as it actually was, with Whitehaven's attacking superiority and Fort Roy's defensive inefficiencies. The partnership of David Pascale and Axel Korborg proved effective, with both halves of the duo scoring one each, but manager Kieran Moonwood was a bit disappointed that they didn't score more. Cenial United and Myrmidon battled fruitlessly this week, each team having to settle for a two-all draw in what was billed as one of the contests of this season to watch. Myrmidon, with newly appointed manager, Cenian national team personality Pablito Numede, saw Jacob Zajon and Sam Billic score a goal apiece, with assists from the Echani superstar Marco van Ciavitinni, yet that wasn't enough to see off Cenial United, which was tenacious in its goalscoring; Asher Koromin and Miles Snavely scored one apiece.
Cenial Liberty and Northampton, two of the teams squarely in the second tier in the Terranean League, also could not determine a victor in their match, which ended in yet another 2-2 draw; Gilead Val'Tor and Chase Ziegenhorn, the strike partnership that has proven effective in previous matches, again produced results this match, with both scoring one goal; Northampton, on the other hand, saw Eastfield Lodge's Sydney Ryan and Avon's Robin Horn-Townsend score a goal apiece, good signs for both these promising youngsters. Eastern Stars totally crushed Longtails this week as they kept at their frenetic pace of wins, going six for six; Jackie Crawford and Visnja Brankovic both scored a brace apiece before Longtails got on the board with a last-minute Iain Cyn-Penzag consolation goal, with an assist from the energetic midfielder Saden Khalej, yet Eastern Stars still proved that Longtails was outclassed against the in-form Avonian team.
Sporting Cenial, after having a couple of disappointing results, especially on the defensive end, managed to tighten up the defensive ship and reduce its errors in its match with 1860 Azoth; they successfully limited the home team to only a single goal and grabbed a point out of their encounter. Jake Ingram was looking good, scoring his team's only goal, while the Yesopalithan eternal youngster Nadia Dostoevich scored one for her team. Phalanx AF, with their offensive powerhouse, took no chances against Rushmori Drawks, and emerged from that encounter relatively unscathed, and with a whole lot of goals to boot. Louis Rhodes, Chi-Chan, Adrian del Toro, Jace Votto, and Anthony Baudelio all managed to get their names on the scoresheet in their team's absolute romp against one of the worst teams in the league.

Tir Snake Strike seems to be swinging back and forth between good results and bad results, and this week seemed to be one of those bad weeks; a lackluster attacking performance against Phalanx AF saw them score only one goal, from the boot of the Qasdonian attacking midfielder Ryan Xandreas, although the good goalkeeping of Nephara's Tsattalios could have accounted for some of that trouble scoring. Phalanx AF, on the other hand, had a little less trouble getting pass Joshua Kosokhan, although he did apply a substantial amount of pressure to their offense; Louis Rhodes and Elizabeth Hansen did manage to get through to give their side the win. Sporting Cenial held firm for a clean sheet against Rushmori Drawks, who have only grabbed one point on the table so far, with goals from Alexander Ceren and Eric Garcia, their striking duo from Ceni's north.
Longtails, meanwhile, managed to deny 1860 Azoth the full three points in their match, which probably should have gone to the away team; Azoth had quite a few shots on goal that didn't go in for some reason, whether that be the intervention of the post, the crossbar, the wind, or the goalkeeper, and they left Southpoint fairly disappointed, even though Andrew Daren did give them a goal. Longtails, meanwhile, was happy to hang on for that one point, and their goal from Iain Cyn-Penzag left the club's fans satisfied with their encounter. Eastern Stars continued their good form, hanging on to their winning streak with a 2-0 win over Northampton, courtesy of goals from Jackie Crawford and Visnja Brankovic.
Myrmidon only just managed to defeat the upstarts Cenial Liberty, and the two teams fought a long and grueling game that featured a lot of missed shots and unconverted chances for both teams - both Mathis Woodgate and Dennis Thoda performed spectacularly in goal. In the end, though, it was Marco van Ciavitinni's last-minute shot that broke the deadlock, giving the three points to the #18 team in UICA. Whitehaven Triumph and Cenial United had a much more exciting match, if you define exciting as lots of goals scored, that is. Eight goals could not determine a winner as both sides fell to the curse of the leaky defense; David Pascale, Sophia Fortune, Axel Korborg, and Vivien Gall scored for the home side, while Asher Koromin, Miles Snavely, Ryan Arivelo, and Nico Asturias scored for the away team in the topsy-turvy game, one of the highest scoring so far in the league.
Strat City, meanwhile, had a fairly routine win over Fort Roy, squarely placed within the lowest tier of Terranean League football; Sascha Falkenrath and Victor Hawking saw one goal apiece added to their names in the ho-hum victory. Golden Eagles and Polaris, though, played a more involved match at the Field of Gold. Connie Martel-Burns, happy to be back in action after a suspension, was quick to score in the second half, scoring three goals within quick succession of each other, but she proved too trigger-happy in runs on goal; Golden Eagles waited patiently for the right opportunities to counterattack against the overextended Polaris midfield, and Lorennion, Brahe-Antilles, and Noveth were all able to take advantage - leaving Polaris still without a win this season, leading fans of the Blue Stars to call for manager Jaime del Olmo's head. Del Olmo, on the other hand, blames Martel-Burns and her tendency to hog the ball all to herself - not being a team player, he called it. Still, it seems that the fans would rather have Martel-Burns than del Olmo at this point.

Polaris is still winless this season as Tir Snake Strike managed to eke out a tight 4-3 win in a match where both teams made more than a few defensive errors. Polaris's defense has been pretty solid in the past, and new manager del Olmo didn't make any changes, yet this season, it's seemed to fall apart, as Tir Snake Strike's Xandreas got a brace, helped by Charles Allegro and Belarmin Worsaw with one goal apiece; Polaris, with its world-class striker in Corinne Martel-Burns, should be scoring more goals, yet it only managed to score three, one each from Kike, Cedric Hache, and Martel-Burns, on this occasion, and they've scored fewer goals on defenses worse than Tir Snake's, a performance that has been quite perplexing to both fans and observers alike. Fort Roy managed to upset Golden Eagles, thanks to the tireless performance of midfielder Rudy Valencia of San Jose Guayabal; Ben Lorennion and Will Noveth scored goals, but strangely, that wasn't enough to beat Fort Roy, usually derided as one of the worst teams in the league , on this occasion.
Cenial United had to come back from a 3-0 deficit in the first half of their match against Strat City but they managed to score one more goal than necessary to secure their comeback. Strat City had let their guard down after JKCN, Kubunga, and Luke Vescovi had scored in the first half, and Cenial United took advantage of the away side's moments of hesitation and tiny defensive errors to roar back from the brink of defeat. Asher Koromin, Eli Gomares, Miles Snavely, Ryan Arivelo, and Nico Asturias all took part in this monumental comeback. Cenial Liberty and Whitehaven Triumph both played their finest, but could not determine a victor between themselves as both teams had to settle for a draw. Tristan Lovelock and Chase Ziegenhorn scored for the home team, while David Pascale and Axel Korborg scored for the away side.
Myrmidon finally put an end to Eastern Stars' winning streak as Mathis Woodgate held firm against all Eastern Stars attempts to score, while Marco van Ciavitinni was able to infiltrate the stern Eastern Stars defense to score the only goal of the match and grab the full three points along with it. 1860 Azoth had a fairly routine win against Northampton as well, with Aksil Saidi-Sief proving no match for 1860 Azoth's offensive steamroller. Ben Chillotov, Mijo Nikazic, and Max Svitak scored one apiece in their fairly easy and non-competitive win. Longtails crushed Rushmori Drawks in a sign that their young attackers are fairly promising (and a sign that Rushmori Drawks are still one of the worst teams in the league). Iain Cyn-Penzag scored a hat trick, with assists from Chris MacKenzie and Chris Arthur-Grosseling, while Saden Khalej scored a brace to make up the full complement of five goals against the hapless Avonian side. Gareth Souter and Chris Rakotomaharo were valiant in their attempts to secure the Sporting Cenial goal - and they were successful until stoppage time, when the Sunrisian World Cup winner Chi-Chan used some of her magic to penetrate Callum Polasic's goal and give her team the victory.

Tir Snake Strike and Sporting Cenial played most of their ninety minutes without resolution, thanks to the defensive efforts of the Souter-Rakotomaharo partnership on the home side and Joshua Kosokhan on the away side, but in stoppage time, Ryan Xandreas was able to penetrate Callum Polasic's goal to give his team a win. Surprisingly, Longtails absolutely crushed Phalanx AF - a team with one of the best combinations of offense and defense in the league. Unfortunately for them, neither part of their game was working - they only scored one goal against the Southpoint-based team, off the boot of Louis Rhodes, while the defense could not prevent the deluge of goals coming in from Longtails - one each from Iain Cyn-Penzag, Saden Khalej, Chris MacKenzie, and Chris Arthur-Grosseling - as it seemed like something had made Phalanx less of a threat. Rushmori Drawks made Northampton work for their three points this week as their match was a close encounter throughout; in the end, Sydney Ryan and Robin Horn-Townsend made their presences known, giving their team the win. Myrmidon gave no quarter against one of their main rivals, 1860 Azoth, and as a result, they won by quite a large margin, six to two; Sam Billic, Jacob Zajon, and Marco van Ciavitinni, the club's main striking options, each scored a brace. Azoth's Svitak and Dostoevich managed to throw goals into the mix, but that was clearly not enough to challenge Ceni's undisputed alpha club.
Whitehaven Triumph managed to penetrate the Eastern Stars' excellent defense three times, but Eastern Stars managed to reciprocate the action in their three-all draw; Fortune, Pascale, and Korburg all scored for the home team, while Jack Nilevian, Jackie Crawford, and Visjna Brankovic all scored for the away team in this fairly competitive match that pitted an offensive powerhouse against a defensive one. Strat City definitely pulled out all the stops against Cenial Liberty, and they were rewarded with a 4-1 victory at home, certainly pleasing to the fans at the Gateway Stadium, the largest stadium in Avon; Kubunga, Carvalho-Nagatomo, Falkenrath, and Hawking all scored one apiece, while Tristan Lovelock scored a consolation goal at the tail end of this match, an effort that clearly couldn't alter the course of the game. Cenial United took their A game to Golden Eagles, and they left with three more points than last week for their efforts. Asher Koromin was the man of the match, for scoring his own goal and setting up strikes by Miles Snavely and Eli Gomares. Golden Eagles put out a valiant effort, capped by Will Noveth scoring a brace, yet Cenial United always seemed one step ahead of them throughout the match. Finally, Polaris could not even score against Fort Roy SC, the continual punching bag of the Terranean League, much less secure a full three points. The clamor for manager del Olmo's head is even louder now, and to make matters worse, after an incident on the pitch in which Cedric Hache and Connie Martel-Burns ran into each other headlong, they began to fight; both got red cards and were suspended for two weeks. That'll certainly make Polaris fans' days.

Fort Roy SC put up a fight against Tir Snake Strike, scoring a goal just before halftime to tie things up, but Tir Snake Strike pulled through in the end, thanks to goals from Ryan Xandreas and Charles Allegro. Polaris is still winless in ten games, and the fans are now screaming for blood as they want to point the finger at someone for their absolutely atrocious start to the season. Kike had to take on double duty with two of the club's main striking options out of business this week, and he performed decently well, scoring a brace, but that was far from enough to take on the Cenial United striking machine, which was looking oiled and polished like a machine this week; Koromin, Snavely, Arivelo, and Asturias all got their touches on the final cake, scoring one goal each. The match between Cenial Liberty and Golden Eagles this week could not determine a victor, as both sides would have to settle for a two-two draw; Ziegenhorn and Lovelock, two of the club's three main striking options, got their names on the board this week, while Lorennion and Brahe-Antilles, the two main Golden Eagles strikers, continued what has been three seasons worth of good form, also scored one apiece. Eastern Stars managed to edge past Strat City with some astounding goalkeeping from Ryan Navir, who has really clicked with the Eastern Stars defense so far, blocking shots from most of Strat City's main attacking threats (except for a solitary goal from Kubunga), while Jackie Crawford and Visnja Brankovic, the team's workhorses at the offensive end, ensured the victory with timely goals.
1860 Azoth, a week after being thoroughly crushed at Myrmidon, regained a bit of their lost confidence by defeating Whitehaven Triumph 3-1, with the attack, thankfully, running smoothly after the last week's embarrassment, with Svitak, Nikazic, and Chillotov all getting their names on the scoreboard after the victory; Sophia Fortune scored a consolation goal late in the second half, but she couldn't spur her team on to at least salvaging a point. Rushmori Drawks, one of the two Avonian punching bags of the Terranean League, punched back this week as they led 1-0 against Myrmidon for the first half of their game. However, their momentary glee didn't last for long, as Marco van Ciavitinni launched two goals within quick succession of each other to steal the three points from right under the Avonians' noses. Phalanx AF struggled to score against Northampton for a good portion of their game, thanks to Aksil Saidi-Sief and his effortful goalkeeping, but Louis Rhodes found a way to sneak past the Northampton defense to get a goal and the three points for his team. Sporting Cenial dealt with Longtails, a team with two good striking options, quickly and efficiently, with Souter and Rakotomaharo performing at their defensive best to allow Callum Polasic to keep a clean sheet; Ingram, Ceren, and Garcia all scored to put any notions of a scoreless draw to rest.
