The motercade of the dozens of black cars come to a full stop, as it arrives at the Hippodrome. The zombie-like hordes of photographers, news reporters, paparazzi and just the averge joes, flood the road outside the building. The many, many people surround the black vehicles; the sound of the constant talk of the reporters fill up the atmosphere, as the never ending blinking white light flashes here and there. Minerva's presidential ride has parked right at the side of the facade of the Hippodrome. 2 men in black (get the reference?) come to her door, and pull the handle, revealing her. She gets up from her seat, and steps outside. "This is going to fun... Yep... fun

"Mrs Telyakova, welcome" Says a man in a rather ornate getup; showing her the way inside

A LIV 2 (also know as a HMMWV) drives near the Meeting building and a single person gets out.
Anti Tank Rifle slung over his shoulder he makes his way to the Meeting Building, entering trough a side enterance while the press is Lighting up the more prominet Guest arriving at the Main entrance.
he finds himself in a seemigly empty Lobby.
