FOREIGN MINISTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Bộ Ngoại giao của Việt Nam Cộng Hòa
It is in the interest of the Republic of Vietnam to improve it's diplomatic ties to other countries.
To fight the communists in Hanoi, we cannot merely rely on the power of the ARVN, VNN and VNAF, but we also have to use diplomacy to our advantage.
Therefore, the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Vietnam has given the green light to start an embassy/consulate program to increase the presence of the Vietnamese nation on the world stage, and thus preventing the communists in Hanoi from discrediting our prosperous democracy. We will act to gain world recognition and support for Saigon and the cause of democracy north of the DMZ.
Signed:
- Nguyễn Quốc Quân, President of the Republic of Vietnam
- Đỗ Hoàng Điềm, Prime Minister of the Republic of Vietnam
- Trần Văn Quát, Minister of Foreign Affairs
