Curing our own citizens. Also, everyone who passes through the border must be tested. If we have the cure by then they will be cured and let in, otherwise they will be turned away. If they would wish there is a bunker set up for those with the virus. They will stay there, protected from the other countries who may be resorting to other methods, until the cure is created. Our own citizens will be mostly required to stay within the borders and tested for the zombie virus. If they go out into the world in order to come back they will have to be tested again. Anyone who is found to have thee virus will be transported to the zombie bunker, the place zombies are kept until they can be cured. This will help our population and keep these people from dying to the hands of another country. If a zombie comes in your door and corners you you are aloud to fight it in self-defense. However you must try not to kill it, as it's somebodies friend or family member deep inside. If you do kill a zombie whilst defending yourself you must talk to their family. You don't have to be all buddy-buddy or even sorry, though it's assumed you would be, you just have to face them. If you fail to do this it's alright, you will not be fined, so I suppose it's more of an option then a punishment, though it was never designed to be one. This seems fair, after all...they were trying to get into your flesh. I mean, even though they couldn't help it, you really couldn't either. If you escape from a house with a zombie in it call the leader immediately. The zombie will be taken to the zombie bunker, this may seem harsh, but it's better than shooting all the zombies. So yes, I'll try not to have many casualties, zombie or not.
