The behavior of a lot of libertarians such as Wilson baffles me, quite honestly. You didn't see this sort of friendliness extended to LGBT people who complained about how they were discriminated against by private businesses. I don't understand the infatuation that a lot of libertarians have with providing the far-right with private services, especially considering that they would trample on constitutional rights given the chance and exalt illiberal writers and leaders.

It landed me between New Keynesian and Neoclassical but I'd personally tend to the latter as much as I hold in esteem some thinkers of the former.

Third is, unsurprisingly, the Chicago School.

The denizens of this thread are a bit more moderate on economics than the Tories on the right and the Marxists on the left, I'd guess this is why most results pin us to the neoclassical consensus.

From my factbook:

Austrian Minarchist (100%)
Chicago School (98%)
Austrian Anarcho-Capitalist (96%)
New Keynesian (93%)
Neoclassical (87%)
Classical (81%)
Neo-Keynesian (46%)
Mercantalist (36%)
Keynesian (35%)
Gandhian (2%)
Communist (0%)

I always saw my economic positions being a fusion of both the Austrian and Chicago schools, which makes sense as I extensively read both Friedman and Hayek. (Road to Serfdom is muh bible)

Classical liberalism is morally bankrupt.

Beats anarcho-capitalism.

Actually, classical liberalism is fine if you are consistent about letting everyone participate in it -- as opposed to historical systems where it got mixed with random racist/sexist crap that isn't an inherent part of it.

No, everyone participating in moral bankruptcy doesn't make it any better.

Morals are relative. What is moral for you isn't the same moral for me, for USS or a communist, for example. Therefore alleging "moral bankruptcy" is a mostly vague statement.

It is absolutely impossible for society to exist without mutual, presumed morals. I can't trust you to babysit if I can't presume you believe raping my child is immoral.

What morals are objective then? I will contend that murder, theft, deceit, coercion, and the like are universally wrong, but what else?
