So Congress "missed" the Deadline for CHIP? Or did they sadistically planned this so that if their Obamacare Repeal plan failed they'd at least get to hurt SOMEONE? Judging by the healthcare bills they have been pushing, it must be be the latter. Every healthcare bill have shown that most of them want is to make poor people die without actually killing them themselves.
