This is set after 1922, so the Republic of Ireland is a sovereign independent state which you may claim.

One paragraph history of your nation:The dominion of Ireland was established in 1916 as a response to the easter rising, in order to pacify the Irish population. This strategy mostly failed with the majority of Irish people stating that they were part of the British empire in all but name this led many Irish volunteers to fight for the central powers in the great war believing that a German victory would bring an end to the Irish puppet government. So in March 1922 the discontent had reached a boiling point, riots erupted in the streets and a general strike was called, the Dominion decided to respond to the crisis by sending out the armed forces to forcefully break up the rioting and to declare martial law under general Cian Collins or as he is more commonly known as 'the Brits lackey'. Rather than end the discontent this attempt to save Irish stability failed horribly with many of the Irish counties were horrified by the dominions new authoritarian regime, this inevitably led to the Irish civil war. The civil war starting out had the dominion at an advantage with the resources of the British empire behind it however as the war continued onwards the Irish free republic (consisting of Connaught and Munster)managed to hold it's ground against the Dominion's forces due to the fact that the loyalist force's weaponry was incredibly outdated and that the Free Republic was capable of setting up a successful guerrilla war campaign in the largely undeveloped nation. After years of brutal warfare in the nations the Dominion managed to force the Irish Free Republic to formally surrender in 1927, this promised to return Ireland back to the status quo however general Collins (who has still not relinquished control of Ireland) has stated that Ireland must enter the new age of Tesla no longer will they be the industrial backwater that they have become, now they must forge a new Ireland, one of great machines and iron, and so Ireland looks upon the new age with both hope and apprehension as they make their first steps into the world of Tesla. (from 1893 onwards, not required if nothing has changed from RL)
Government Form:The Dominion of Ireland is officially a parliamentary democracy with the king as the head of state and the prime minister as the head of government with laws voted of by the Irish house of commons which consists of representatives from each of Irelands counties however in the past 8 years Ireland has become more akin to a military dictatorship with general Collins as it's leader and the house of commons being little more than a group of advisors.
Army Size:16,000 regular infantry units which make up a grand total of 4 garrison divisions, with 90'000 being in reserve
Army Description:The Irish army is little more than a group of well trained armed policemen at it's current state with severely outdated equipment and a crippling shortage of manpower, so in response to this the Irish government created a plan known ,as the Collins plan, to build a series of advanced costal forts along the beach's of Ireland instead of investing directly into the army.
Navy Size:8 offshore patrol vessels which are each outdated and under crewed as the Irish government prefers to rely on the vastly superior British navy.
Air Force:72 interceptors,50 fighters, 45 heavy bombers, 25 armed airships, 1 arial fortress. The unusual size of the Irish airforce is because of how effective it proved to be during the civil war weather it was to drop bombs on military units or to drop propaganda onto cities, and so because of it's immense success the Irish government had decided to strip money away from both the navy and the army and instead give it to the newly formed RIAF.(Royal Irish Air Force)
Territory of country:The entirety of Ireland.

Sorry, wasn't clear, but Southern Ireland is only independent. Britain controls Northern Ireland. Everything else is perfect though. You can see this pic to clarify, you control the yellow part:

No one went that route IC but I'm open to someone starting the development.
