New RMB Keyboard Shortcuts [Known Issue w/ N++]

Apparently, you can hold 'Control–B' for bolding, etc. Could this also be mapped such that 'Command–B' works on Macs?

I have chrome and can't use any of the key-commands due to chrome's own (i.e Ctrl+n makes a new page). This makes me sad.

They do not. Lenovo 2015ish laptop, Chrome 60.0.3112.113

I do think that the binding of region to Control-R and nation to Control-N doesn't really work: those reload the page and make new windows, respectively.

2010ish HP Desktop. Chrome 60.0.3112.113

I get the same error report as the guy above. None of the buttons or shortcuts are working.

Can you check to see if Javascript is enabled or if you see this icon with the red 'X' on the right side of the address bar in Chrome?

Javascript is enabled and no red 'x'.

When I click the button, it deselects the textbox like the button isn't actually there and I'm just clicking on empty space. The shortcuts don't work, either.

Are you able to open Chrome Dev Tools (F12), click its "Console" tab, reload the page, screenshot what appears there (errors, presumably), and email it to admin@nationstates.net?

I get a different, but also uninformative message...

OKing that gives the same message in a different message box, OK that then gives the RMB.

Firefox on Ubuntu. Console was active but nothing logged (!).

EDIT: Both messages now have a checkbox labelled "allow dialogues from nationstates.net to take you to their tabs". Checking it had no obvious effect.

Thanks. It looks like you're running NS++, which reportedly does not allow the new editor to work. I've forwarded the screenshot to Eluvatar, which should be helpful in figuring out why.

I am not running NS++

I do run NoScript, but I allow Nationstates.net . Allowing all temporarily still gives the box as per the image I posted.
