Meanwhile, Paul and Andronikos will head to the farmhouse to make their last stand, where they'll (hopefully) be able to hold out until Anna and Kazimir can arrive with reinforcements. In 410 AD, the empire was negotiating peace talks with Alaric and so, Alaric sent three hundred '''slaves'' as a gift to the city- in which the Roman emperor accepted. Julius was tasked to escort the supposed ''slaves'' into the city of Rome and guard them. Julius, tired after staying up all night for the past three weeks organizing the city guard failed to notice something odd and went to sleep shortly thereafter. During his short nap, he woke up to the city of Rome burning and he quickly snapped out of his laziness and took arms. Outside, he saw hundreds of dead Roman and barbarian soldiers lying before the city's historic streets. Then, a flash of light occurred and he was transported to this unfamiliar place.
