Course of Action
Following the draw in the Great War, Austria Hungary fell into anarchy. There were riots in the streets of cities all across Germany. The Ottoman Empire completely collapsed, and Bulgaria, during all of the confusion, invaded Constaninople, Greece, Serbia, Albania, and Montenegro, forming the Southern Balkan States (SBS), a communist dictatorship. Tensions have been rising in the German regions for about a century, and riots got so severe that the National Guard was called, and military vehicles began patrolling the streets. Germany was in a state of martial law.
The king was taken out of power, being sent to a bunker, and General Ludendorff took power. The Navy policed German waters, ports, etc., all airspace was restricted, and the riots increased in severity as the military presence grew, most notably an incident in Munich when rioters blew up the Austro Hungarian embassy, as well as multiple homes. The Royal Guard came under siege by armed rioters, being stuck inside of the building for multiple hours, leading to hundreds of German forces moving in, the rioters either being arrested or shot dead. The economy crashed, increasing the scarcity of food. During this time, Denmark was in anarchy, and the Germans decided to send 1 million men, 5,000 tanks, 10,000 aircraft, 20 battleships, and UAV drones. Within hours most of Southwestern Denmark had been conquered and the Danish managed to assemble a militia using German equipment, however, the closer the Danish got to Copenhagen, the more German soldiers that would leave the country. The German casualties counted up to 20,000, and the Danish Anarchists suffered roughly 100,000. Germany enforced total conscription, leading Bavaria to began a coup, which failed. After this, Bavaria declared independence, as well as Solesia and Prussia. Trench warfare ensued, the Germans had total air and naval power, and the borders were completely locked down. After all of this, the Central Powers, Balkan League, Iberian Union, Northern Lights, and Benelux debated over what actions should be made.
