Well I am sorry you think a man who inspired the actions of the syndicalists during the second American civil war isn't important. What next you going to give the southerners, and Midwesterners cause to keep their statues of the Kingfish? Or worse the New Engladers cause to think they should have just stayed in Canada? Oh the bitter dissapointment I have right now Lir.

Stop spreading mistruths. The only statues anyone needs are of President Pelley.

Lenin wasn't the one organizing Five Year Plans and exterminating fifth columnists.
Lenin helped overthrow a democratic provisional government and caused a bloody civil war, only to die and have his revolution hijacked by a paranoid nutcase who became one of the worst dictators of the 20th Century.
If anything, Lenin is a cautionary tale of the dangers of violent revolution and radicalism, but his crimes as the leader of the Soviet Union pale to those perpetrated by his former comrades.

Note so self: Don't start a revolution if you're not 100% sure you'll be succeeded by a sane person.

No Irony there. The land/statue isn't even Private Property when talking from a Socialist perspective, it's Personal Property, unless that statue somehow doubles as a factory being operated by a workforce that doesn't own it.

Or, you know, some people could just dislike having a statue of a murderous foreign dictator in their country at all.
But hey everyone who disagrees with you is just a racist. Winning attitude right there.
