He served as CEO and majority stock holder from 1983 until 1999 when he left his position to run for the presidency of Mexico.

One paragraph history of your country, faction, or unit: The Federal Republic of Germany is the union of the original Federal Republic (West Germany) and the union of The Democratic Republic of Germany (East Germany) in 1990. The reunification of the country achieved in 1990 following the fall of the Berlin Wall and the greater Iron Curtain. Precluding the fall of the Soviet Union and the dismantling of the Warsaw Pact. Following this Germany as a nation seemed stuck in a limbo of sorts. In the newly acquired Eastern states there was a mixture of nostalgia and relief. In the West there was a stagnant economy and a general sense of uncertainty. The domination of the SPD and CDU political parties, a coalition of socialists and conservatives, led by Gerhard Schroder dominated German politics in this timeframe.

Yet, with economic prospects stagnating despite ever growing budgetary surpluses and general indecisiveness by the German political establishment a populist front emerged. At the time Slobodan took over as President of the Presidency of Yugoslavia, the state was at near collapse, as during that time nationalist from states such as Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia, desired from their separation from Yugoslavia, in due for their independence. Furthermore, at that time, Slobodan was using all of his power to keep the state united, until the Croatian War of Independence, which sparked the start of the so called "Yugoslav Wars", and resulted in Slovenia and Bosnia to revolt as well. Having known that the Croatian, Slovenian, and Bosnian nationalist would eventually rise up to arms against the state, Slobodan mobilised troops from Serbia, Montenegro, and Macedonia, one month before the "Yugoslav Wars" began. Moreover, to garner further support, renowned war hero and former general Nikola Ljubičić declared the nationalist as enemies of Tito's legacy, which furthered loyalist numbers in the state. As a first act in the "Yugoslav War", Slobodan ordered his armies to capture Zagreb, Ljublana, and Sarajevo. Incidentally, Sarajevo was already captured by loyalist forces led by General Ratko Mladić. Furthermore, in Slovenia, Loyalist forces had pinned down the nationalist to the capital, Ljubljana. As Loyalist forces finally reached Zagreb, they encountered a large group of Croatian whom were Ethnic Serbs, that had rounded up a large amount Croatian nationalist soldiers, acknowledging that the Croatians were already at the losing end of the war, the Croatians surrendered to loyalist forces, where their officers were hanged for treason, and soldiers several years in prison. Lastly, the last Croatian nationalist stronghold was in the Croatian Parliament Building, where after 10 days, the remaining nationalist forces surrendered, and dealt accordingly to their crimes against the state. To conclude, to prevent further nationalist forces attempting to separate themselves from the state, Slobodan declared himself President of SFR Yugoslavia, and had dissolved the collective presidency that Yugoslavia adopted after Tito's death.

With Yugoslavia united under Slobodan's hand. They can now focus on several issues that now the government can act on, that could not have been acted upon due to the conflicting views of the collective presidency. Firstly, they dealt with the issue of unemployment and the high levels of inflation, to which for inflation had reached to staggering levels to around 164%. To deal with the over-bearing economic problems, the government tightened its fiscal policy, and also tightened government control in order to create more jobs for the large number of unemployed. Moreover, the government also created various public works, in order to revitilize employment, but also further improve the country. After 3 years of Slodoban's tenure as President, Yugoslavia develops its first nuclear weapon thanks to the efforts of the Vinča Nuclear Institute, Krško Nuclear Power Plant, and Jožef Stefan Institute for the research and developing weapons grade uranium; to which they developed a 50 kt warhead and was tested on. an area of the Libyan Sahara Desert, thanks to the cooperation of the Gaddafi government, to which they in exchange for their cooperation was given in several caches of weapons and ammunition. Lastly, a brief summary of Yugoslavian foreign relations is that with the West(i.e. NATO, USA, etc.), relations with them drastically faltered after the strong retaliation against the nationalist uprisings in Croatia, Bosnia, and Slovenia. Moreover, relations with the West further faltered, due to the increasing cooperation of Yugoslavia with the Russian Socialist Federal Soviet Republic, to which relations with them greater increased due to the historical relations between Slavic people, but also due to acknowledging that they share a common ideology and goal of a Socialist future.

Slovenia and Macedonia seceded before the divergence deadline of 1993. And as for the nukes. No. Your nation would be collectively stomped by both NATO and the UN if you broke the Non-Proliferation treaty, possibly the Soviets as well. As well as the fact that the Croat war for independence was underway for 2 years by the divergence, Yugoslavia would be hard pressed to win at such a point. As for Bosnia, it was underway for about a year, meaning similar scenarios but to a lesser degree.

One paragraph history of your country, faction, or unit: Firstly, with the continued economic and military aid from the DPRK's largest trading partner, the USSR(Now known as the RSFSR); the DPRK continued to flourished. As the state would have not worried about an imperialist invasion from the United States, it had prevented the DPRK from adopting the Songun(Military First) policy. By keeping to the ideas of the Juche ideology, the DPRK was able to flourish, and was able to achieve an early sense of autarky. In the 1990s, it had one of the world's lowest rates for dependence on petroleum, using hydroelectric power and coal instead of imported oil. Furthermore with the continued Soviet aid, the DPRK was able to prevent a famine in 1994.
