As in an actual horde, as in Tengriist Avars and Bulgars accidentally a nation in the north-northeast of the Byzantines, aiming to stretch from the Adriatic to the Caspian (because, them sweet tasty petrol and natural gas reserves).

Argentina/Super Rio De La Plata, encompassing Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and possibly Bolivia. Because...also resources.

Adriatic? I really doubt the possibility of a horde existing in Central Europe. And then we do have a Cossack state, and a Georgia.

You could be a horde in Asia, but as a horde=like state, you would be at a disadvantage when compared to regular states.

As for the other, it sounds like a lot. I can't say for sure since I haven't looked at a map yet, but it would be appreciated if claims remain as small and viable as possible.

Lets say that the selucid empire also had territory from a more sucessful invasion of India by Alexander and as their middleeastern territories fell the fell back to their Indian territories and effectively began to Hellenize Northern india. That is a rough draft of this history.
